I was originally skeptical of ordering new slings for my chairs so after I ordered the samples and choose my favorite, I ordered one sling.The sling was much more difficult to install than the videos that I watched suggested, but I was still very happy with the outcome! It took my husband multiple days to do the entire set once we ordered 4 more slings because it was so difficult. We also had to use Vaseline to get the slings to move. This could have been due to the age of the set or the curve in the design.It was a much better option to order new slings than replace my entire patio set. These slings make my patio set look brand new!I also didn’t know the make or model of my patio set prior to ordering. So I sent a picture to the company and like the patio set geniuses that they are, they knew exactly what I should order!Very happy with the company and the product!Before on the left and new one on the right(don’t mind the wrinkle in the top of the new one. We weren’t 100% done putting it together)

I had some custom made slings for my chairs. I sent them pictures and exact dimensions of my slings and they followed them to a T. I live all the way out in the Pacific Northwest and found Outdoor Patio Supply in Florida on line. I had very good communication with them. They made a very high quality product. Since I spend many years in quality control I looked for flaws and could not find any. Even though these are covid times the delivery was on time and I didnt have to wait several weeks. I will order again from Outdoor Patio Supplies.

I needed to replace the plastic leg inserts on my patio furniture that were worn out, both sets of table and chair legs. Great product and even better customer service. I have a restored set of chairs for which I was unable to identify the manufacture and slings I needed were an hourglass cut rather than rectangular. The materials we received from outdoor patio supplies were very high-quality. And the result looks wonderful. I replaced slings from telescope chairs that were 19 years old.They looked better than they did knew. However, the process to put the new slings into these chairs was extremely laborious. My hands hurt for days after I did the work. It may be easier now with newer chairs. All I can say is the next time, I buy new ones.

Replacement sling was high quality and heavy fabric. It was quite a challenge to get the fabric and the retaining bead into the rails. Lots of dish washing detergent and an extra pair of hands were needed. The sling replacement returned the chair to a like new condition. My only comment is that the lead time to the arrival of the sling was quite long. Otherwise no reason not to deal with OPS.

I was very pleased with ordering the material for our patio chairs. The company made it super easy explaining how to measure our chairs and sent us samples to choose from. Once the order was received, we were able to do our sling backed chairs easily with the instructions supplied. Its like we have a new patio set once again! We were very happy with the outcome!

OPS worked with me to figure out the brand of my 20+ year old chairs, and they helped with the measurements.Everything was to spec and Im happy to say the chairs look great. I spray painted them with textured rustoleum in addition to replacing the slings and youd guess they are brand new.Would have cost a LOT more to buy a new set of this quality so Im happy that I was able to fix them instead.Definite recommend of OPS!

Reasonably priced, good looking set. Easy and fast to assemble. Comfortable. Good value for the price. Probably due to COVID, it took over 10 weeks for the set to arrive. And it was difficult to determine the status during that time. But now it is here, we are happy with it.

Excellent product. Fits perfectly. Colors matched exactly the colors shown on the web site. It took a few days before the items were shipped but the company notified me when it was shipped and provided a tracking number. Re furbished my patio sling chairs. They have a lot of fabrics, colors and designs to choose from. I recieved the samples promptly. Once I choose my fabric, no problems with my order. Installation instructions were great and clear. Now I have brand new chairs.

Good prices! The installation of chair slings was challenging!. It DEFINATELY takes 2 people for the job! On-line videos were most helpful. You must have a stretching tool for the job which can be purchased at a Home Depot or Menards.

I asked for some help on the replacement sling i needed. By simply sending a pictue of my chair with the manufacturer name, the salesperson was able to tell me the model with the size measurements that the chair should need. Of course they cautioned that i should verify the measurements. They were spot on. Great job. I replaced 5 chair slings.

I love the chairs now that they are done. Unfortunately, the measurements were too narrow to fit in the chair properly. This may have been my error or due to the chair not being the exact build in the picture. Thankfully there was enough fabric to let out the seams and make it work. Love them now!!!!

Got vinyl strapping for some chairs. It was impossible to put on. Apparently not for double wrapping, although no mention of that was made on website. Paid an installer and even he could not use the strapping, it just doesnt stretch and the pins dont fit. Total waste of time and money. Sorry I purchased it.

Everything came in and seems of good quality. A little tip though, if you havent done it before, order extra rivets. They give you a few extra, but Im special and needed a few more.

We invested in Telescope patio furniture almost 20 years ago. The aluminum frames were still beautiful but the slings needed to be replaced. I ordered 8 slings from Outdoor Patio Supplies. They fit perfectly and the print was very contemporary in shades of gray and beige. Looks great on our new gray deck.

Found tires for a 60+ year old recliner that fit well. Good service: I mismeasured and ordered the wrong size initially, but they immediately cancelled the order (pre-shipment) when I notified them, and resulting shipping was prompt. The only reason for not 5 stars is that it was somewhat pricey, but I guess this is understandable for such a niche item.

We were pleased with the service when we ordered 2-piece slings for six patio chairs. Outdoor Patio Supplies quickly replaced and shipped one of the slings that was originally made an incorrect size. It was easy to order with Outdoor Patio Supplies free fabric swatches and measuring instructions. The slings must fit tightly, so we had to use a fabric spreader bar which was difficult to do ourselves, but mission accomplished and they look great.
