I ordered replacement fabric for two heavy patio sling chairs. When I had difficulty installing the fabric, I called the company and Pedro immediately called back. He was extremely helpful. He told me I needed a 600 lb spreader and he was absolutely right. He directed me to Home Depot and I bought one for $31.00. Now they look perfect!

This companys website provides very good instructions on how to measure your chairs for new slings. We had a set that did not have a brand name listed. Though I did all the measurements as instructed and entered them, they asked me to send them a set of the old slings to ensure that they got the new ones just right. Though installation was a bit difficult (not the fault of the slings, its just a tight fit) our chairs look BRAND NEW. We expect they will last another 10+ years. Doing this saved us a long of money. I would use PatioChairSupplies again. I have 30 year old chairs with a width difference from top to bottom and they worked with me to identify the exact fit. Even requesting pictures. I bought two (2) slings on my first order, which work superbly, then I ordered four (4) more to finish off the set. I am highly impressed with their quality and craftsmanship of the slings they made me. They were by far the best I could find and communicated with me in short order to all my questions. You will not be disappointed.

We bought new slings for our Alumont Outdoor Furniture. They were very well made and the colors were even better than in the pictures. They were easy to install and look great on our chairs. I would definitely buy them again if the need arises.

I have a Marlin slider that lasted 24 years until the material started to tear. A new one was over $1000, so I searched companies that sold the material. Patio Chair Supplies had a variety of choices and the material is very high quality. So I got a brand new looking chair for 10% of the cost of a new one.

Ordered a replacement sling for a chair with a trapazoidal seat and the replacements fit perfectly and matched the back of the chairs to a T. Could not be happier. I ordered Multi Guage inserts for my Deck Lounge Chair...When I received them I was thrilled they were the right size and was able to replace the bottoms of all the feet of the chair. Had to MacGyver mine by grinding them down a bit to fit my old lawn chair legs. Pounded them in and the nylon will last a lifetime. Happy to salvage the chairs and glad product is available.

After attempting to put the back slings on, I realized they were narrower than I ordered. I contacted Patio Chair Supplies and they promptly got ahold of me. Pedro worked with me to assist in getting the back sling on. I would definitely purchase from them again.

First order very good. Second order had a size error.I ordered replacement slings for my patio chairs. The first order was 1 sling which fit perfectly. I ordered 3 more slings with the same measurments. These slings were about 3/8 in too narrow. I was able to us them by using longer bolts.I did not realize the second set of slings were too narrow until I installed one... it takes a lot of time to slide the slings into the rails so I decided it was not worth removing the slings and returning them. I have 2 more chairs to repair, I will verify the measurement of the slings before I start the installation.

I ordered replacement parts for my patio lounge chairs. I ordered black and received white. There was no description of how many holes were on the parts and did not fit my chairs. I had to drill holes in the plastic. The website was very poorly organized, not user friendly. I will not purchase from this company again.

First time we replaced the fabric, it was a challenge for us but the fabric was perfect size and just what we ordered. The chairs turned out great!

Would have given them four stars, but when the order arrived the slings were about half to three quarters of inch shorter than the measurements given. Not a huge problem as it isnt noticeable now that they are installed. Ordering was easy and shipping was fast.

All i can say is that my experience ordering replacement slings to repair my patio chairs was flawless. My chairs slings were really damaged and i did not want to buy new chairs; so i decided to take on the task to find quality slings and replace them but wasnt sure about getting custom slings. So, i called Patio Chair Supplies and they helped me with the process of getting the measurements right as well as choosing a sling fabric (Got some fabric samples. That helped a lot as well).
