Not sure how much you save buying older, dented appliances here, but a good selection of most major appliances and the (minimal) staff is very helpful. I think Best Buy has better deals but its nice to know American Freight is in the area

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Would never return. Bait and switch pricing plus HORRIBLE customer service. Store Manager actually yelled at us when we expressed impatience after waiting an extraordinarily long time to purchase a dryer. All we needed to do was pay for it and he yelled “now I am going to make you WAIT!!!” No warranty. We immediately walked out. Never again!

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and caring. They were very attentive and understanding to my needs and budget!

Hot and miss. They do have a pretty good selection of outlet washer and dryer as well as a plethora of refrigerators at discounted prices.They use to get in some Craftsman tool chest and boxes as well as tools this year its a little sporadic.I recommend to come out and take a look. Its a third party operation not really Sears.The only negative is lack of cashiers and sometimes its a long wait.

Found the best price on a Queen boxspring here after shopping around. Store is open until 8pm, we arrived at 7:50, feeling sheepish coming in so last minute (but really not wanting to spend another night on just our mattress on the floor!) Customer service means everything. When purchasing appliances, sometimes things go wrong. It happens. A companys response is critical. I purchased a dishwasher online recently. After having it installed, we discovered a defect. The installer returned the dishwasher to the store. The store did not have the same model available. The manager, Kay, went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed and that it happened immediately. My profession dictates that my attention stay focused on work during working hours. The fact that she was able to make my transaction happen seamlessly despite a defective product means that this company has earned my trust and my loyalty. Finally, somebody gets it. This particular place is like going to a glorified Goodwill store except at the Goodwill store actually offers more at a better price. I ordered a trailer the pull behind my garden tractor and it came in damaged five times the 61 was still damaged but I kept it anyway because I needed one and the damage wasnt horrible but nonw the less, it was damaged.

The manager Ms. Jackson has a great personality... Ill be back to purchase more..

We were welcomed into the store but once we asked about the furniture the woman behind the register got smart with my husband and then told us that they are out of all the furniture in the store and she doesnt know when a new shipment will come in. We left.

Gentleman that helped me was very thorough and courteous. Guys that loaded and tied my freezer down, didnt have a clue..but I made it home!!

Bought a dining room table from this establishment. It was new in the box but a small crack where the legs needed to screwed in. I went back to the store and they exchanged it the next day with no problem. Even though it say all sales are final, they accommodated me and did not cause problems. I will be shopping here again.

Called looking for pricing a scratch n dent clothes dryer but they had none.

I wish I could rate it 20 stars. $1700 professional range for $535. All I had to do was replace 2 knobs. Enough said. You couldnt get me to buy my appliances anywhere else.

This place is a rip off. Go to Home Depot or Best Buy and get completely new appliances for significantly cheaper! There is also no return policy and you only get a service option no warranty. Only 2 stars because the staff is nice.

Dee was absolutely awesome! We went in probably an hour from closing but her customer service was outstanding. She took the time to explain the warranty and the different services/products available through that. Very easy process and she had us in and out in under 45 minutes with our brand new fridge!

Bought a Samsung dryer and they wouldn’t let me pick it up the same day because it was almost past 8:30 and the warehouse was closing. When I picked it up the next day it was scratched and dented even though it was in great condition when I saw it originally. Very disappointed.

I couldnt get anyone to answer the phone. Drove there anyway to be greeted by a rude cashier. Prices on washers and dryers are no where near scratch and dent/open box. Try best buy outlet instead. Way better service and price!

On 11/1/20 at 5:09PM and walked out 5:20PM, my brother and I walked in this store looking for a fridge and a microwave for his new office. Poorly greeted by a worker, we were asking for information he couldn’t even stop and talk to us. He kept walking and talking to us while his back turned.We managed to stay and look around, later I decided to purchase pillow cases there were no one to cash me out because the gentleman supposedly was in the bathroom. I asked another lady to assisted instead she yelled at me.I feel bad for the his owner, I don’t see this store staying open for a long time. Bad customer service.

Got a great deal on a Whirlpool refrigerator. Saved $$$. The guy who helped get it on my truck was a true pro. The sales rep kept trying to get us to buy a warrantee. She pushed it and pushed it. It became slightly annoying, but I understand she was just doing her job. I would shop here again in the future.

They have stuff, its organized. The prices arent really great. No one in the staff bothered to say anything to us or acknowledge our presence. They did, however, shout about someone coming in the store to make a large purchase while walking right past us.

I was in search for a refrigerator and was about to head to Home Depot. I passed Sears outlet and decided to stop by. Im glad I did. I got an awesome deal on a nice refrigerator. The refrigerator were marked down and you get an extra 10% off. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to others. They have really nice appliances, mattresses, and kitchen tables. Dont sleep on this place.

One of the most dysfunctional stores Ive ever been to. It takes a miracle to actually find an employee. God help you if theres even one customer ahead of you, because it literally takes 45 minutes to check out (thats not an exaggeration). Their website proclaims that they will have items in stock (they claimed to have 4 of them, in fact), only to be told that the websites wrong and they cant change the website. Their refurbished appliance broke down in about 2 weeks, and its on you to bring it back for replacement/refunding (I was told only in-store credit would be provided). Save your time and money and go somewhere else; itll be a little bit more expensive but it will most likely last longer than 2 weeks. Them relabeling to American Freight instead of Sears Outlet didnt fix any of their competency issues.

Keisha the manager told me to come in and pick a new set out and they would get it delivered by Monday. He didnt care about our inconvenience. He cut me off while I was talking and said I only had two options. After hearing the options I said I wanted to call my husband to discuss the options then the tech said youll just have to contact warranty for another tech when youre sure. It would only take a minute for the call then I could let him know if we wanted to order the part. After that we decided to return the purchase.This item cost way to much to have problems to this magnitude and an unfriendly, unwilling to work with me service tech on my property.In store staff is great but it doesnt make up for this experience.

I was really dreading ha omg to pay an atm and a leg for a new one. Luckily I found this hidden gem. The prices here were even cheaper than some of the “scratch and dent” appliance retailers—without the dents!! Chris on the sales floor was very helpful and had such a great attitude. Dee, bless her heart, was swamped with people trying to purchase, but still was very personable and friendly to everyone in the line waiting.
