Overall starting out with good service but the more you pay on the rent to own items prices never drops down, as we’ll always calling even before you can make your payment and don’t help people if their are late on a payment. I’m just trying to pay the items off completely because people can’t help if their paycheck comes late. We all have hard times better customer services.

We have been clients for about 5 years. Our entire house has been furnished with Rent A Center. We started off with absolutely nothing. I cant thank Tasha and Charles enough. They are truly amazing. They go above and beyond. Customer service is 110 percent.

Ben, our delivery guy did an excellent job. He was sent by himself to deliver and set up our bedroom set and washer and dryer. Courteous, respectful and extremely well mannered.

Awesome people great merchandise!!!

Mercedes the store manager is very unprofessional, she takes personal calls while talking to customers, the sales person Ben added merchandise to my agreement that i did not authorize and called me for a payment on that merchandise before they would deliver the merchandise i did order, they were supposed to issue me a refund and it has been over 30 days and they are saying that it was added to my agreement which is false because i reviewed my pay history and it was not there yet it was taken from my bank account.

Such a ripoff . My mom purchased a table from this place and they told her it would be 1000$ but then they kept taking money out of my card to charge it and the girl Amy said thats what theyre suppose to do . Literally such a bad employee so I recommend never to buy from them . Go to Aarons instead .
