My husband and I purchased a front load washer on Saturday (7/17/21). We were greeted and served by Joe. He was AMAZING, and very informative. They don’t deliver due to COVID, but offer delivery alternatives. We chose Craig, and were pleased with the delivery cost and service as well. I am in love with my new blue toy! This store has inventory! Unlike all the major retailers who make you wait for weeks, Smith had a good selection and it was all on hand. In addition, they carry some nice scratch /dent bargains. Although the store is a bit tight to get around, the friendly staff and good return policy make Smith Appliance worth the trip.

This was a nice experience. Buying appliances from a family owned store just means something to me, its old school. So few ma & pa shops around anymore and these folks were helpful, have nice selection and just plain enjoyed talking with them. Had my USA made washer in stock and we left with it. Low overhead, low prices, real scratch and dent old time family owned appliance retailer, looking for high end shop here in a no show room environment.

Purchased a new set of Speed Queen washer and dryer January 2020. Upon having an issue I had to call for warranty repair only to find out that my units had been sold and registered to someone else 60 miles away in December 2017. With that said I was told I now have a 3 year warranty left instead of the 5 year. I called Fred and he said he would handle it by checking with his distributor. I called 1 week later and he still didnt know anything. Called the third week and had to leave a message with an employee and still no return call. Finally after 4 weeks I called Speed Queen myself and reported my issue and after a couple days I now have a 5 year warranty back. Did it on my own. Next step was an attorney. Buy a premium brand, drive 40 minutes away to buy them only to be treated like they do not care. Buy Speed Queen but not at Smith Appliance.

I did not purchase - yet. Amazing scratch and dent prices. Couldnt find the dents or scratches. They also can order/find new appliances too!

Called only to find out they will not repair a clothes dryer and they only sell them.

They have some nice stuff. Not sure how great a deal you are getting here. Definitely do your research. We searched online and found one of the stoves for the same price new online. One of the GE fridges was at Costco for same price brand new.

Smith Appliance is wonderful! I purchased a washer and dryer a week ago from Home Depot and was promised delivery on Friday. I received a call on Friday morning that the dryer would be delivered but the washer is on backorder for 4 more weeks. Smith Appliance had the washer and dryer in stock and delivered both to me the same day ... for a lower price than Home Depot! The people at Smith Appliance are very friendly and helpful. Delivery was on time and professional. I’m very happy with my new washer and dryer.

I can not say enough good things about Smith Appliance and Fred, the owner. I purchased a new GE washer and dryer which was delivered yesterday. Both Chris and Tim were professional and did a great job taking out my old appliances and connecting my new ones. And it was a very tight space with which to work. The dryer had a slight unusual noise and Chris did make it sound better. The problem came when I did a load of wash. The noise was horrendous! I sent Fred a sound video and he called that night ( after hours). Today Fred came himself with one of his men...not to try to fix the washer - but to deliver a brand new washer and dryer! He installed and stayed until I did a load of wash and made sure I was 100% satisfied. Have never had this kind of customer service! Smith Appliance is my new “ go to” appliance store.

Went in looking for a dishwasher. Found one for the exact same price as a brand new one at the big box stores. Owner would not come off his scratch and dent price, and then said he would order me a brand new one for the same price if Id like him to. I wasnt looking for a huge discount, but something better so that i wouldnt have to leave his store. He also charges for delivery, and the box stores dont. I walked out and bought it online for the same price delivered to my house for free! He missed a sale.....

We purchased a speed Queen washer and dryer from smith Appliance in Marietta location.Very professional sales and didnt push us toward anything . our salesman (Todd i think)Answered our questions and made the whole process easy.Herb and Chris did a fantastic job with delivery and setup and checkout! Thats right i said checkout, they ran the new set through a cycle for both washer and dryer and made sure it all worked correctly.If you want home town service please go see them.

I got a washer and dryer from these guys. They were knowledgeable about the machines and just showed me the machines in my budget and what features the different models had. Delivery and install was way cheaper than I expected, I have no regrets about not making 2 trips and wiggling a washer and dryer into my house. The install guys were very professional and knew what they were doing.The prices were competitive and they had a large selection of appliances. I absolutely recommend giving them a visit.

Straight talk, fair prices and good service. Ive used these guys a couple times and they always come through. Once I messed up my own order, and the let me correct it without a lot of hassle.

Stopped by to get a part for my dryer and got excellent service. They are extremely friendly and they even drew me a little diagram showing me how to complete the project on my own. Definitely will be shopping here in the future for my Appliance needs

Bought a Microwave Oven and Oven Combo, only place in town that had one in stock! Matched Home Depot and Lowes price, and install was way way less expensive and much more professionally done! Clean up was done and installers gave us a short presentation on how to use both appliances. Great place for all your appliance needs, especially GE.
