Super friendly staff, really good variety on items. Ive rented from them a couple of times and each time Im treated with nothing but hospitality. Id 10/10 recommend anyone who was looking at renting from someone else shop here instead. Great pricing and flexible payment plans.

Dam I thought it was a good and fair company until they started stealing money out my sons banking account and he is not even on the lease he made a payment for me as I was low on money they decided to just start stealing his money and the account was not even late

Marietta rent 2 own is simply the best! The staff is fantabulous; very helpful and friendly. Theyll do whatever they can to get or find you what youre looking for. They work with you on your payments from weekly to monthly and just about everything in between. The prices, both regular and their deals are usually better than most other rental places(that Ive been to anyway). Theyve always got something fun going on at the store and the people are just overall great to be around.

They have helped me in a few different occasions. Great place to get affordable tires that you can pay off over time. Always courteous and polite. Associates are helpful. Great people to work with. Tons of merchandise.

Great customer service. VERY easy to work with. I just started my 5 or 6 contract with them. Yes, youre going to pay a bit more, but thats the nature of the business.

Excellent customer support, Great service, Sales often, Insurance available and fast replacement if needed, which I recommend because you will use it at some point. They always find ways to work with you. If they dont have it, they try their best to get it. Ive been a customer of Rent A Center and most disappointed. Switched to R2O and have stayed for almost 10 years now! Club member perks are an excellent advantage too. Great products that last. Clean atmosphere, no worries with bugs or stains! 5 stars for sure!

This place is bad news. Most of the stuff they have is heavily used and still want full price. Like if youre gonna spend youre hard earned money on something get you something new even if you have to save up. Youll thank me in the end.

Rent to own staff are very helpful and genuine. I have never had an issue with anyone. I especially like working on things and making new agreements with Ben. Quality items, reasonable prices. They have in store promotions, rewards for on time payments and much more.I would recommend this store to everyone.

Good stuff at low price

R-2-0 lost a potential customer today. I was looking into gaming laptops online when I came across a refurbished Motolora Droid 2. The Motorola Droid 2 is an older phone that came out in 2015. You can purchase a BRAND NEW one online for around $150. The are trying to rent this REFURBISHED phone for $19.99 a week for 60+ weeks. Thats over $1000 for a used REFURBISHED phone that is 4 years old. That is outrageous, should make R-2-O feel bad for doing people that way.

Reserved an item online and called the store after and was told the item wasnt there 2 different days and cancelled my order was called the next day with them trying to sell me the item but telling me they sold the last one the day before after I was told they were out of stock for 2 days. Rud employee named Stephanie do not work with her.

This isnt actually anthony this is pamela his wife my experiance is horrible im being harrassed over a phone i didnt know my husband had got or was renting talked to like a dog called a lier and being accused of co borrowing with no aknowlagment till after i got MY phone MY stylo 2 to be exact not the phone the rude representative called about back from my husband they need to learn how to talk to people and quit being rude to people who answers my phone i will be making them prove where i alledgedly co borrowed this phone further more she will be apologizing to myself and friend for her rudeness and poor behavior and will be hearing from my attorney if the harrassment continues i refuse to be wrongly accused and to be disrespected if someone signed my name there best be investigations on who forged my name and why they didnt make a copy of id very very rude and in no way shape or form am i doubting my husband rented it but i how ever knew nothing as we are currently seperated and the only time i see him is when he visits his children as we attend counciling they do have nice murchandise from what ive seen on the website and only have spoke with this rep and never have seen the place or been near it let alone in it.
