Ive been coming here since 2006 for every single one of my car washes.After 15 years, I have to say Im done.I did have an issue with a manager once and corporate corrected it quickly.Today, Ive decided Ive had enough of the rude people that work here. The way they talk to each other in front of customers is just awful. I thanked one of the employees for cleaning some bugs off my car, and she looked at me like I didnt belong there and just walked away. Then another employee came and said these are some lazy as*es. They dont want to do s**t, among other things.Enough. Im done.

I would 100% recommend here. Normally I use a hand wash service that comes to my home. I was skeptical to go here. I am glad I visited Car Spa. This was the best wash/detail. My car looked better than it did when I brought it. I didn’t even know the car could look like this! I was impressed, which seldom happens. For single parents wit mommy looking cars… that’s exactly what I dropped off. I was considering throwing the mats away. Q definitely revived my whole car. I will definitely be back!! I visited in the morning on 9/2/21. The lady at the front desk was professional, and patient! As long as Q works there you guy’s have a customer for life. Quit playing with other car wash’s, run to Marietta Car Spa “NOW!”

Fairly decent cost x benefit. Car left with a few minor spots that should have been washed better. Oh well

Although I waited 90 minutes because it was busy... I dont mind a wait assuming that they are being thorough with the detail. I got everything but a wax. My car was ready and the windshield was not cleaned, backseat not vacuumed and interior was not wiped down properly. For the cost I expect better. I understand the volume of vehicles that come through but I have been to other companies that are busier and faster who have done a better job.

They did a decent job with my car. $54 special. Interior package. Could have been more detailed, missed my rearview mirror, inside of my windows, door panels, and sunroof.

They did a nice job of cleaning my car. The trip through the wash took no time, but the interior cleaning took awhile. They cleaned all the windows, vacuumed the interior, washed my mats and shined my tires. My car looked pretty great as I drove away.

I love going to this place. I look forward to going there. I get well treated I love how the manager calls me boss man. After I get my oil change they give me a slip to give me a free car wash and the car wash is very good. I liked it so much that I did the $50 car detail. It took about 3 hours so my ubered on home and came back later they did a fantastic job.

The prices are a bit expensive for the quality of work. I got a full detail and still found myself having to wipe down some of the interior surfaces of my car. The staff seem to work hard and as a team. Good customer service, but just ok quality. They are practicing social distance in the lobby area, sanitizer available and staff wearing mask.

Car spa never disappoints. Car comes out clean every time. If possible Ask for AJ. He’ll make sure to take care of you. Super professional and he sings 🤩

Great place to get your car cleaned and serviced. Has genuinely good people working here too. To name one specifically, AJ is awesome, getting it done and smiling while he does it.

They have taken over an hour just to do an oil change and a wash. I am here at the end of the day trying to get a refund for them not to even start on the wash and have been waiting for that to get processed for 15 minutes. Noone apologized or offered to do anything about this. Clearly this is a place thats doing just fine without my business.

I have been there several times and they do a very good job cleaning my car. One thing I considered calling the manager about is the difficulty leaving the staff a tip. I like to tip when I get good service. I didnt have cash and they would not give cash back on my debit payment. They have an ATM machine that cost you $3 in fees which of course makes the cost of the tip go up a great deal. I only had a dollar in my purse and I left that. I would like to see a change. It shouldnt be too difficult to add a tip line to a purchase like most other services allow.

Wow! I had such a great experience here! I’ve never been to a car wash or “car spa” like this before! I had amazing service! Everyone was knowledgeable and kind and very helpful! I felt like the price for what I received was a steal of a deal! I liked that I could watch my car going through the wash as well. My car was clean and looked so nice afterwards!! I can’t remember the name of the car wash that I got but I paid $40 plus a $5 tip. For that I got the works on the outside and a vacuum and conditioning of the dash and all the plastic in my car. I felt like it was well worth it and will visit the car spa again!!!

I went to this location once before and didn’t have an issue. Car wash was good and timely. Today was a different story so what this review boils down to is consistency. I have no problem returning as long as the service I receive is always the same…better to best. Today was horrible. I pulled up and waited for ten minutes before going inside to ask if the car wash was operating and was told someone would be out. Then the guy who I guess was supposed to be out says “oh I’m going on break”. They both walk away. I return to my car where I was second in line. The guy behind me asks, “do I need to go inside to let them know I’m here?”….I pass on the message and asked him to back up so I could exit….as I was waiting for the light to turn green out of the parking lot, I noticed everyone who got in line leaving. I can’t blame this on covid because everyone gets that pass but my first time here was also during covid so I throw my hands up. If they’re short staffed or whatever the issue is, it would be best to let your customers know so they aren’t just waiting without ever being informed as to what’s happening.I left and went a few blocks down. Was greeted immediately and my car was hand washed inside and out within 30 minutes for half of what I would have paid.

I REALLY wanted to like this place as I like to keep my car clean and am not a fan of doing it myself. Ill start by saying for the customer service and the exterior, Ill give them 5 stars. Im dreading adding on the package to clean and condition my interior because it was a pretty sloppy job. From the looks of things, there was way too much product used. My wheel was greasy, the dash was streaked and I truly have no clue how to blend this stuff so the demarcation lines arent so defined where the cleaner was applied and not applied. I wiped it down with a napkin that I had in the car and it was as if I had just eaten fried food. Im not sure if Ill be returning here.

Came for oil change, did not get what I needed and then they tell you one price and charge you for other. You’ll have better luck trying another place.

Curtis Brown was so nice and cleaned my car really good.

Overpriced for the monthly membership. Employees do not seem to care about the service they provide. They did not wipe everything down and what they did wipe down was done very poorly. Employees are not friendly. Overall a terrible experience every time I have been there.

Ive used your service three times now twice on my personal vehicle and once on my Company vehicle. Each time I had to show them the same places missed. Im unsure why but please stress to the Employees that they are greatly appreciated and I know that they are tired but could they make sure to finish the job in its entirety the first attempt, which will prevent them from having to go back for corrections.

I didnt get my car cleaned or detailed but I could see them working on other cars while I pumped gas and they looked like they were doing a great job. The employees I talked to were really nice and the bathrooms were spotless. I wish I could have paid at the pump though. I had to prepay.

This my thirst time coming to this location the first two visits was wonderful !!but last time I came was horrible nightmare !!!!! I came was speaking to one of there car wash me. Which was really cool he gave me instructions to go inside . All of sudden Im guessing the manger with darker blue shirt with dreads on rush over asking all sorts of question aggressively .. fromBeing his energy was off I simply brushed off waited inside ... I was given a ticket to pay for wash I paid then walked out towards my car because it was ready ... all of sudden manager comes towards me asking did o pay I told him yes he then kinda block me from my car ask me to show receipt.. I was sooooo shock like sit Im driving brand new Benz do you really think Im running from $16 .... it was embarrassing to sayLeast ..... he took his positionWay tooo serious and taking advantage of his position at this work place .. I loveeee alll the other guys there sooooo cool and polite .... I probably wont visit again .. thatGuy energy was wayyyy offf and aggressive .

I took my Chevrolet Cruze to the Car Spa on Windy Hill. I wanted to treat myself and my car to a good car wash. I have not taken my car for a wash this entire year. Every single employee was so very kind. Kindness is so very important especially in these challenging times.The Car Spa has a large menu of options to choose from. I knew what I wanted yet I wasnt quite sure what to choose. The woman inside recommended a service that was very affordable for me.I chose the Silver Full Service. I still cant believe the service I received for such an affordable price. When I looked at my car I could hardly believe how nice it looked. The inside looked as if it was a new car. They took what was a dirty car inside and outside and transformed it. They also transformed how I felt.I asked permission to include the names of the two young men who took such good care of my car. They are Kirabo and Frank. When I go back I will make sure to ask if Im allowed to ask for them. I hope they are recognized for the quality of their work. I will post a picture of them while working on my car.

Aj and crew were awesome. They even wore their mask per my request. Ask for Aj he is the man you want to see.

Dont try getting your car clean on a busy day. They told me I would have to get a membership if I wanted to get my car clean, but told the car before me that their car would be done in an hour and a half. I dont care how long it takes, I can go walk to kill time if I need to. Put me at the back of the queue if you need to but dont threaten to not wash my car that day if I dont get a membership. Anyway, I pushed back and they washed my car, but the job wasnt even that great. I still had pollen in the door frames and crude in the cup holders. Ill likely go somewhere else next time.

Car Spa did an excellent job on our car! The staff was nice and the entire process was seamless and stress free. I will definitely return and I highly recommend to anyone needing a quick wash or a thorough detail.

This is my 1st and definitely last visit here. I paid for the $30 interior/exterior wash/detail package and lets just say I couldve done a better job with a water hose and a small hand held vacuum. I left with much of the same dirt inside and out as I came with. Whats most upsetting is the amount of scratches that were on my new vehicle after the service!!! Looks awful like some areas were washed with a brillo pad!!! I am livid!!! A TOTAL waste of $30 and now I need scratch removal service!

I had been taking my truck here for oil changes regularly. I decided to take to a different place a few months ago and discovered the oil was only half full in the truck and there was no oil leaks, meaning Car Spa had only filled the oil half way. I will never use this business again.

Whatever estimated time they give you add 10-15 minutes. If you have any spots that need extra attention and may need extra care, dont expect them to clean it. Other than that pretty decent job cleaning my vehicle.Update:after being in better lighting I was able to see that pretty much anything that required manual labor was done half-heartedly. My front and rear windshield have smears all over them and my rear windshield is only half clean.Second update:Took vehicle back to get shortcomings fixed and while they were reclining the inside the detail cart bumped into my car and it wasnt until I got back to work that I saw there was a chip in the paint.

I used to come here at least once a month, but the quality has been falling off. I had to have multiple spots wiped before I left, just to go home and have to clean my windows and spots on my seat.. worst part is I already get the highest level wash.

First time I have ever had to go home after a car wash to wipe off the dirt on my car because it didnt get clean

I am not one to complain or to write complaints, but I had a horrible experience with the car spa. If I could rate this experience a zero or negative numbers, that would actually be more realistic. This was my first time coming to Car Spa for car washes, needless to say I will not be back. Here is a brief description of the experience.Pulled up and decided to get the full service gold package (interior exterior wash) at 12pm. Paid in full and than waited for the wash to be complete. The wash took an hour and 10 minutes for a basic $19.99 car wash. Once it was finished I walked out and got into my car and noticed a scratch on the touch screen dash. I asked for a manager (Aaron Harrell) and we had a brief conversation and he stated it is impossible that it could be them, meanwhile there is two major scratches on the touch screen and the entire rest of the dash board is scratched up. I told him it is definitely not impossible, that someone could be using a towel with gravel in it and that would be the clear reason. He refused and walked away from me mid conversation. I grabbed him again and he stated hes not accepting responsibility. I did not like the lack of integrity that comes with walking away from a bothered customer. Anyone in customer service should know that the customer comes first and you must always be courteous to your customers. I than noticed that the exterior of the car had been half a**ed as well and there is still dirt and residue in multiple sections of the car. He tried to wipe of the residue unsuccessfully. I asked to speak with his boss and he referred me to corporate complaints.I have filed a complaint against this company and will seek full payment to replace the dash as this is a leased vehicle and I will be required to pay for the damages if they do not.DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE, you are better off with a dirty car than a damaged car.

Good. Worth the price. Great with oil change. They usually do a good job with the wash, however there was wax on my windshield my last visit. I didnt realize what it was until the next day because it was later in the evening. They should have caught and corrected thst.

I paid $60 for me to have to wipe my own car down right afterwards.

I have visited this car wash several times since moving to Atlanta a year ago. Great location in Windy Hill area with reasonable prices, friendly staff, gas & quality cleaning.

Machines are too hard on the car body. Staff beyond the staff collecting payments have no clue what theyre talking about. Tire shine guy acts like he doesnt want to work. Vacuums are NOT free. Dont waste your money. Go somewhere else

My wait time here....1rst two visits were great ....my last 2 have been unsavory. The computer to check me in stopped working so I was told I have to wait 10+ minutes for them to scan the member barcode🤨...and the car wash legit just stopped working on me as I type this out[working now]. Todays wait was also long...Attendant was kind and attentive.

The carwash as such for the price was OK (Silver Full Service option). But they made us wait for an unreasonably long time. The wait times were comparable to getting our car serviced at a dealership when all you are getting is an average Carwash service. Not recommended.

In my opinion they have a nice facility where u can just drive in drop ur car, wait on the lounge, relax and have some coffee while ur car is getting cleaned up externally as well as internally .The work that they do exterior and interior is really good . There are variety of packages available to choose from. You get what u pay for.

I just want to take a moment to really appreciate the staff at Carspa, and especially the manager Aaron! I had a concern with one of my car wash services and reached out to Aaron, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and allowed me a free car wash to make up for the inconvenience!😁 He has been extremely kind, and I also want to shout out Erica, John, the other Aaron, Leo, Chi, Michael, and all the other staff for going above and beyond to clean my car the various times I have come! My car looks so good on the inside and outside, and they were also very meticulous about getting out the pet hair, which can be difficult to remove, from the carpet floors. They also cleaned and conditioned my leather seats well. I would highly recommend this place, and if you have any concerns, please talk to Aaron, and he will take care of you. Do not offer people wiping off the water off your car that was the initial service they rendered when they first opened in Cobb & I was one of first to patronize them. Its a shame service has declined here.

Don’t come here if you are just looking for a quick regular wash. I came in to get a basic wash and get my emissions done. The employees I encountered were rude/cold and seemed like they were annoyed at me for being there. I wasn’t allowed to use the vacuums after either? I have never in my life been to a car wash that doesnt include self vacuuming for all of their customers. Left irritated and drove out of my way to get my emissions test done somewhere else. I will not be returning.

Mike and David were very helpful! As well as persistent about integrity of the business! They went above and beyond to provide exceptional services. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I suggest hiring workers who at least act like they want to be at work.

I have been using car spa for over 5 years. Within the last 2 years they have become sloppy. Ive called headquarters & they had the GM of the Windy Hill location reach out to me, his name is Aaron. We spoke and I told him every time I come to car spa, always in different vehicles, they always do a sloppy job. I still always have dirt under my seats, ashes still in the cup holder, dust still around the dashboard, etc. I went in yesterday 10/17 and the manager decided to comp a free wash, by the time I got there he acted as if he didnt want to be bothered.I was told on the phone that he wanted the meet me to know who I was because its a constant issue. I watched him assist the people outside by double checking each car and going over what they forgot before the customer was called. He left after a certain point & the work was back to being sloppy. I will keep complaining until they get better at their job. This car wash is 5 mins from my home....... I shouldnt have to change because I need better work. I pay for that already & whatever polish they use inside, they use wayyyyyy too much. It leaves everything super greasy. This location is unprofessional and doesnt care about you if youre not spending $50-$150 on car detailing.I will continue to call and complain until car spa gets back to doing quality work and treating people like they actually care about their job.

I hadnt had my car washed in over a year because of personal faults and shortcomings. :-/ It had gotten so bad, I was afraid if it rained again, I wouldnt be able to see out of my window. I got the platinum plus package and I didnt even recognize my car when I was called to get it. The inside was as clean as the outside. The only thing Im dissatisfied with is that there wasnt a convenient way for me to leave a tip using my card. Destiny and the others who worked on my car definitely deserved it. Next time, Ill be sure to bring cash.

I’ve used this service a few times, primarily to save time. My last two experiences were not pleasant due to the quality of service. I paid 50$ for the interior super clean and my seats still had crumbs and the windows had dirt on them. Today with a different vehicle I paid for the platinum plus which was 30$ and my back seats were not vacuumed my dash still has dust and dirt and my panels on my door were not wiped down because it was still sticky from a coffee spill. Both previous times I was in the lobby for over an hour waiting. That’s just unsat to wait that long and have poor service. I don’t plan on going back after this. You’re better off doing self-wash service.

Today was an awesome day at Car Spa! I got my windows tinted, oil change and a customized detail experience in regards to my truck.When Andy introduced himself to me while I was waiting on my car to be completed, he asked were there any questions or concerns I had before telling me my car was done. I pointed out a few things and he took care of them pronto! That’s great control!Tiffany the manager is always out front and Working diligently to provide a quality, timely service!I enjoy coming here!

I actually drive 40 mins to this car spa even though its one 10 mins from my house the service is always good. And the employees are always in a great mood especially the cashier! Cant remember names at the moment but as soon as i do i will update😜

I bought my car in filithy and ordered the wash and hand wax. I will say I wasnt expecting much from a car wash which is like an assembly line but when my car was done....WOW. My car looked show room new. It rained later that day and my car still looked clean and untouched by the rain. The only thing lost in the rain was the Armour All on the tires. I consider that great trade off. I will definitely keep coming back.

I have always had good experiences with this location, but today was the best experience I have had at any car wash. I had a few specific requests for the staff prior to my car wash because I have a dog and know that his hair gets everywhere. Andy and David put in so much time and care to the maintenance of my SUV. My vehicle has never been so clean and there is no sign of my owning an animal or having a toddler. I would recommend this place to everyone. Andy and David were so kind and welcoming. I recommend asking for them specifically if possible.

It’s a great car wash. But it’s outdated and they are very slow when they have more than 2 cars in line.

They do a good job but its too slow. 12:17 drop off and its presently 1:12 and car still not ready. An hour is just not acceptable.

This crew did a Great job detailing my van. Carpet was so dirty and now it looks like new. Scuffs on the back quarter panel feared permanent are gone thanks to the Car Spa experts

Today we got a car wash at this business and as we got to the end of the wash cycle at the very end there are like 5 speed stoppers making it vey difficult to get over them, I tried driving around them but the curb is to close and as a result my tires scrubbed the curb. I really hope they can remove the speed stoppers because Someone is gonna do some real damage to their car if Mangement doesn’t fix this problem soon way to many speed bumpers at the end of the car wash not happy at all with my experience here concerning this.😠

Came to get a full service done on my car and they did an excellent job .. didn’t have me waiting hours and the younger lady who greeted me to my car made sure everything was done proper will be coming back!!!

Had the Exterior Platinum Plus car wash.Big mistake, not worth the money ($18.00).I knew my interior would not be vacuumed but the exterior was not even wiped down. I had to clean my windshield, all other windows and noticed the dirt on the rear bumper and one passenger door. Next time, if I ever go back Ill get the cheapest wash (7.99) they have and will probably get the same job.

It took over an hour for a wash vacuum service. I stood outside and watched all the conversations and wasted time, also it did not appear there was a system to determine who was next as a car that came out after my car was brought to the front for immediate detailing. Over one hour is too long for a wash/vac, I wont be coming back here again.

Andy and Tiffany did an outstanding job on my vehicle. Andy explained the 48 hour rain return policy and was very courteous and professional in his duties of Quality Assurance. Ive spoken with Tiffany before and she has always been friendly and professional. Great customer care experience at this location.

I love this place. I get a wash and oil change all the time. Sometime they are slow so you can’t be in a rush. But you car comes back brand new! I moved and still come back to this location.

I’ve been a regular here for months now since I signed up for the monthly membership. I really appreciate the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. They are always kind helpful and knowledgeable. Victoria Tiffiny Andy Eric David to just name a few are outstanding at what they do. Check out this location for your car wash needs and these guys will surely take care of you.

Tried this place a few times and have been moderately impressed with service. This last time though I paid for a top platinum service and had to request someone wipe down the dashboard as it was obvious they never even tried to wipe down the interior. The manager did a cursory wipe but I still had to go back and wipe down inside myself when I got home. exterior cleaning was also poorly done, bugs and dirt still over front of car. Also staff were very disrespectful to each other on the radio while customers could hear. The maintenence workers did a good job when I replaced window wipers.

It was great they were open on Sunday. They did not pressure me in upselling.I called ahead and they quickly confirmed what they offered. The staff was pleasant and did an excellent job with exterior interior wash.I don’t have additional feedback at this time. It was a very positive experience I went on a Sunday morning when it was not busy so it did not take that long. So I am not sure how it would be during peak hours.

Might as well have cleaned my car myself. Not sure what I just paid for. My Matt’s still have dirt on them, there’s still dirt in my car. I’m extremely disappointed this wasn’t even a difficult clean. It required no skill level just someone to actually take the time to vacuum and wipe down. I just got home and did it myself. Like there’s still dirt all over my floor mats.

Reasonable prices, decent results, definitely wont be the fastest wash if you get a full detail, but they have a nice, roomy, and large lounging area.

Car Spa is consistently exceptional. I joined the club membership 2 years ago and continue to be pleased. Aaron, Tiffany, Andy, Karlly, Bill and Pasha are unquestionably the best in the business. Any issue that I’ve every experienced has been addressed on the spot with no hassle. I highly recommend the services and personnel of Car Spa!

Ive been a few times. Nice staff. They get my car decently clean inside and out. Some older, dirty spots may be left on the exterior every now and then but the rest of the service is great.

They all were very polite, how ever the inside of my car looked like it had not been touched. There was still hair and dust everywhere.i even asked if they would get everything out of the cup holders and door spaces and was told yes. Very disappointed, I usually go to the Alpharetta highway. I also was charged for the gold package when I told him I wanted the silver. The lady up front was nice enough to charge me the correct amount after I addressed it. A lot of them were just standing around, I was told it would be 20-25 minutes and it took about 10. That leads me to believe it was not done properly. Would not recommend going here.Update: on further inspection they didn’t bother to do anything on the inside of the car. We had discussed interior and exterior. Looking at the rims there is still a large amount of dirt on the wheels. It feels that they looked at the inside and most of the outside shrugged their shoulders and say “well good enough”.

Worst car wash I have ever received, Id give 0 stars if I could. There were not that many cars or employee, taking over an hour to complete the job. Once completed I had to ask for an additional wipe down on the exterior since they had not done a good job getting dirt and debris off. Unfortunately, that was only the start. I looked inside and it didnt look like they had wiped anything down or vacuumed the interior. I complained and they basically I should of paid for more of a detail, which I would have if know before but didnt want to waste anymore of my time. I will never return to the establishment and was applaud at the job.

Takes care of my car very well God bless Rev. Ross be encouraged always

I really wanted to love this car wash, it is convenient to where I live and the prices seemed to be decent for what they have to offer. Well, there’s a reason the prices are the way they are! I got my car washed as well as the interior. I paid somewhere from $30-$40, so I was expecting it to be immaculate! I got in my car and immediately noticed all the dirt and dust still on the inside of my car. My cup holders were still dirty, as well as where my door handle was. My seats were still covered in dog hair, and I could see the dust all over my dashboard. I hate complaining, so I thought to myself I would just get it when I had a chance. Then I got home and saw my car in the light. It was filthy on the top like it hadn’t even been through the car wash. There was still brake dust on my tires that was easily removed by my finger. I was extremely disappointed. THEN my boyfriend went to the car wash and the same exact outcome. They legitimately left DIRT all over his seats and told him they “don’t vacuum seats”. How are you going to charge $40 for an INTERIOR “DETAIL” if you don’t even bother to vacuum or wipe down seats?!?! Do yourself a favor and take your car to a $5 car wash and vacuum it yourself!

They really took the time to make my car spotless! And a great price too!

Get the monthly unlimited wash $20, NO hand dry for this deal. I Still think its a good deal. Apparently, it IS auto pay... No biggiw; makes it much easier
