Drove 1.5 hours to this Cavenders since the one closer to me has been under renovation for several months. After getting home, I realized the cashier never bagged the $20 earrings I bought. I called the next morning and while I couldnt be reimbursed for the earrings without going back to the store, they offered to mail the earrings to me. To my surprise, I received the earrings in the mail a few days later. Great, clean store with friendly employees. I will be driving back despite the distance!

Huge selection and very helpful staff.But as usual, my odd foot size was hard to find a boot in my preference.Im sure they will have what I need the next time I go, I didnt leave empty handed though...I have a boot fetish...so I got something I wanted instead....lol

Awesome! This location and the others. People are great. Western wear for men, women and children you cannot find anywhere else. Boots, belts, hats shirts and more. Be careful..... we went in for a belt and got it. Plus three shirts for me and two pair of boots for my wife.

I came in at noon and was told to come back in 45 mins to get my Stetson shaped. I came back at 1 and was told to come back in 45 mins because the boiler needed to warm up. Not the end of the world, just really inconvenient to have to drive 30 mins to get here. The one star review is more for the “matter-of-fact” attitude the 2 gentlemen had. As if it was something I should have known.

Quite selections if youre into country style and 🐎 riding. We got plenty of assistance for sizing horse riding helmet, boots and attires. Wish they were more windows and opened as this odd time we dont need to be contained in an close-in space 😁.

The website said clearance was a extra half off. But no its not at this location. They have all green tags in the store and it says only extra half off orange tags. The Locust Grove location has the same boots and they are a extra half off clearance. So I wont waste my gas driving to this over priced location.

I LOVE this place. I could just stay in there all day long. The staff is helpful and kind. And they have FREE leather smells anytime. 😊

I stopped in because I saw the billboard on 92. I dont ride horses, but I wanted to browse the leather goods.If you are interested in the Cottage Core look, this is a great stop. Fairly affordable and very cute dresses and tops. Make sure to read the care instructions because a lot of their clothing is dry clean or hand wash only. They have modern cow gal looks too.I was hoping they had custom belt cutting like some western stores, but they didnt. My boyfriend is a small guy and perfers a 30in belt, but even 32in was scares. Small shirts and pants were lacking too. Even the smalls were shmediums.

Horsetown is just great. A wide selection of not only western-wear, but also work boots. Its really helpful to find something that fits instead of randomly ordering boots online.

Overall the store was amazing. Staff was friendly. Only negative issue I had was woman in store letting her small purse like dog jump around on the furniture and then come towards my service dog who tried to ignore it and resulted in him getting his paw caught by my wheelchair wheel trying to avoid her animal being allowed to have free roam in store. Made me angry and ended my store time quickly.

I met the owners at a hotel in Georgia, Marietta when I was staying in there for training for the company I work for. Great people & we instantly got along great. The next day I took one of my coworkers there to check out the store and was pleasantly surprised. Fantastic inventory, super friendly staff & very clean store. Found a nice George Straight edition wrangler shirt and made my purchase.

Its not always easy to find American made products but I found some really great boots here. The staff was helpful and courteous! I believe Chase was the name of the employee that assisted me. I would highly recommend seeking him out if you stop by for some top level advice and customer service. 2 thumbs up for cavenders. I may increase to 5 stars on my next visit but I never give a perfect score on first visit. A+ experience though.

We were staying at a horse ranch and wanted some western wear. We had stopped at another store but the staff either didnt know what they were doing or just plain didnt want to help. We Googled a saw there was a Cavenders an hour away but it was so worth it!!A nice young man (also from Florida) was so friendly, patient and helpful as we were there for hours!! The selection was so amazing between the 3 of us we purchased 6 boots and 3 cowboy 🤠 hats. They even offered a military discount!This will be my go to place for western/horse gear!!

I was with my brother in the store because he loves to wear cowboy boots. I noticed that the store was well-organized and had a large variety of boots and clothing. It was a very nice atmosphere and the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Love this store! Its been around forever when managed and owned by Otto Myers at that time known as. Horsetown, now owned by Cavenders they still carry everything from boots, clothes, tack and horse supplies. Quite a numbrr of name brand jeans, great selection of saddles from low end to high end show gear, bits, bridles from Western to Hunt Seat. Stop by soon. Came in looking for apparel specialty boots for a wider foot we got hooked up with Anna aka shorty and she was most helpful in getting us what we needed. She was pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about your stock and what would work in what would. Very pleased with her sales expertise.

They have good selection and the women at the desk were very friendly. There was a man working in the hat section who was great too. Total gentleman. But I was followed around the store like a criminal by another employee. After we left my girlfriend said she didn’t feel comfortable being there thinking she was a thief or something. Him and another person just hovered around us the whole time. After I found what I was looking for he asked me 3 times over 10 minutes if I’d like him to take it to the front desk for me. I finally got the hint and gave it to him and he said “I don’t want you to put it in your jacket and walk out with it.”. I just chalked it up to having long hair and wearing a face mask in the store. I’ve been here a few times, overall cool place but y’all gotta ease up on the military policing of customers.

This store has just about anything you could want or need to complete your western look. There is also a few good things for the home and even the stuff to please that sweet appaloosa horse in the stall back home!! The prices are also much better then some of the surrounding western stores!!

Great place to shop for anything leather and Western themed. I liked it a little better as Horsetown but Cavenders has added a bit more selection. Go see Regan in boots to help get you squared away.

Loved visiting this place for the first time. I had took my coworker who needed new boots, but once I saw the place I couldnt help but buy a spare pair of work boots. Its not easy to find my size, and I couldnt believe how much I saved buying a name brand like Ariat.

I am new to riding and was walking into a whole new world when i visited Horsetown. The staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions. Even the patrons were happy to share their thoughts on brands and products they use now. Definately a great place to shop for western and english style riding.

I used to really like going to the original Horsetown and rarely did I come out without buying something. Things seem to have turned downward since the place was bought out by Cavenders. There seems to be a lot more stuff made in China being sold. I miss the store prior to the buy-out.

This is my new spot for boots and Western wear! An excellent selection for both adults and kids that is well priced and a very friendly staff that made my experience feel over-the-top. Theres plenty in this store that I havent seen yet, but I cant imagine it will disappoint me in the slightest. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone!

Went there for the first time yesterday. The customer service was amazing. I loved the fact that masks were optional, not everyone is terrified of a virus with a 99.7% survival rate. The prices for the boots are fair and the prices on apparel is outstanding.

Theyve got it all!Employees are kind, patient, and know theyre stuff. One young lady (cant remember her name, unfortunately) stuck with us for an hour while my youngest daughter tried on boot after boot. Not once did she become exasperated. I did 😂. I could tell she wanted to help my little girl find the perfect pair of boots and she did!Best place in town!

We brought our son in for a pair of boots. What awesome experience with Trail Boss Keith. He went out of his way to find out exactly what he was looking for. Without his help we would have ended up with the wrong size. I never knew there was so much involved with finding the right pair. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a pair of boots, you wont be disappointed with the huge selection thats reasonably priced.

When into Horsetown today 1st a woman on the phone looked at me once i approached the front desk, she got off the phone walked past me like i wasnt there. I preceded to walk around nearly 15 to 20 minutes, and still the 3 women standing at the desk never attempted to come help me even after I elaborated to them what I was looking for when I came bk to the desk the 2nd time. I just got fed up and walked out. Service was horrible. 4/16/2021 2pm

Very very helpful staff. There is a young girl that helped me a while back over in the horse care products. I guess thats what youd call it? I think her name was Taylor. She helped me find the right horse liniment. Another young man was working in the western hat Department he was extremely knowledgeable and help me locate what I was looking for. I needed a turnout blanket for my 30 year old mare. I was having a hard time finding one in her size so I called Horsetown, the store associate looked through their stock and found her size (the only one they had) and even texted me a picture of it. When I arrived she had it out and ready for me! Very helpful staff and a great selection of all the good brands! While multi colored hedgehogs wouldnt have been my first color choice, lol, I was glad to get a great quality blanket at a very reasonable price and my old horse will be comfortable during the coming snow this week:)

Went in to buy a belt & came out with a hat & a pair of carhartt overalls.Very satisfied with my purchase, but completely disappointed with the belt choices. 95% of the belts here are flimsy stretchy leather.Doesnt anybody sell stuff leather straps anymore?

I used to work here so I may be a little partial to the place. Its probably the oldest western wear store in Cobb County with literally thousands of boots and great jeans! Its also one of the better places pricing wise to get your horse gear and riding clothes, both western and english.

Love the vast selection of All their products. I like the changes that Cavender is bringing to the place.

Loved being in a store full of boots and customer service. Disliked that none of the staff wore masks of any kind. Very disappointing. Thank goodness there were not more tha 5 customers in the store during that time.

They had everything we needed to get my daughter started with the basic gear for Hunter Jumper lessons. They were also very knowledgeable about the products in their store and were able to advise us as to which products were a better choice for my daughter. Great experience overall.

Place a little expensive but lots of stuff & different varieties of stuff... One pair boots on half price shelf priced $300 & said half off which is $150... Googled the same boot on internet & found it for $160 their normal full price on line & was offering 15% discount...

As with a previous review, Im not the typical person to walk into Horsetown, but the staff was really awesome. I got the boots I needed for work and it didnt break the bank. Awesome store and awesome staff.

Bought my grandkids the cutest boots there. Its the best Western store around.Nice to see the store busy.A lot of businesses are suffering since Hidens BFF gave us covid.They had to do something. Trumps economy was doing too good.A corrupt politician over a businessman. Are Americans getting dumb anddumber. Or is politics getting more corrupt.

Very friendly staff that seem to go out of their way to help you. Seemed to always be some one there to help you. Lots of boots, jeans, and horse/equestrian equipment to choose from.Just be careful if youre worried about covid-19. Not a single person was wearing a mask.

If there isnt a sale dont get it. YOu can often times even find their sales cheaper elsewhere and they do not honor price matching. The floor employees were friendly but the checkout crew with the manager were extremely rude and unpleasant to be around. made it a little uncomfortable and awkward with the lack of eye contact as they went on gossiping about another employee. No covid precautions are in place at this store.
