I came in late on Memorials Day, after traveling there from another Rack Room that had the shoe I liked, but not in my size. There were no one in the store, except for 2 employees one young guy and a woman. I asked the woman if they had the shoe I was looking for and even showed her a picture. I told her I was told from another Rack Room store that they told me this Rack Room had the shoe. She told me they didnt sell the shoes. So, I began looking for a different shoe and low and behold I see the shoe I originally came in for. I told her I found the shoe and she said, oh it must have been a return with an attitude. Good customer service would have been when I came in and told her I was looking for a particular shoe and that I came from another store that told me this store had the shoe, was to check the system, instead of looking at me as if I was crazy and she is the manager. If it wasnt for me really wanting these shoes, I would have left due to bad customer service. The customer service needs to be better.

The employee was helpful. Selection was good but a little limited in the kids area. In the end we found a pair she liked.

Ordered online. Was told order was ready. Went to pick it up. Got attitude from manager as it its my fault for not knowing they messed the order up. They cancelled the other part of my order. Screwed out of items and have to start all over again. Driving around and wasting money & time.Dont waste your time._

Ordered online. Ordered wasn’t ready yet then I proceeded to look at the shoes I ordered on display which had a BOGO SIGN IN THE FRONT OF THEM JUST LIKE THE REST OF THE BOGO DEALS ask about the bogo deal. Ian check me out then told me it’s not ringing up apart of the bogo deal let me ask my manager THE STORE MANAGER SING OR SUNG (Chinese lady) was absolutely rude and unprofessional telling me I’m lucky she’s giving me 20% off I don’t want 20% off I want what the sign say then CRUMBLED UP THE BOGO DEAL THAT WAS RIGHT UNDER THE BOOTS IM PURCHASING TALKING ABOUT ITS AN OLD DEAL When it’s signs all around the store.really wanted the shoes I’ll take my money else where !! With that customer service coming from the store manager then customers service telling me they can do nothing about it okay !! What’s the point of customer service if you have an issue at one of your locations !!SPENDING MY MONEY ELSE WHERE ! FIRST AND LAST TIME

Drove 20 minutes out as it is my nearest location. I got in line as there is was a customer already at the cashier. The nearest worker ignored me. Then a Caucasian male stood next to the cashier and she offered to check him out. She helped two other customers who got their after me.

Kelsey the manager in training was so pleasant and helped us find what we needed! She helped us save some more money! We got some great shoes for a great price! The store is really clean and well organized! The manger there was very nice as well and greeted us right away! The customer service is great as well as a clean well lit store! We will be back!

Great place to go for shoes. We went for supportive shoes for my 81 year old mother in law and had numerous choices of name brand shoes. We found exactly what she needed and received the 2nd pair for half off. They have every kind of show you could need from sandals, sneakers, boots and dress shoes. The sales associate that helped us was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Plus you can join their club and get special discounts for your purchases.

Decent selection and reasonable prices. They have a very different style of stocking shoes which makes finding your size much more difficult than other places. We mainly came here because of a sale. Buy one get one 50% off barely made it cheaper than getting the same shoes on Amazon, but the staff was friendly and the store was well kept.

We shopped here frequently when we lived in Marietta. We especially enjoyed the clearance racks at the back of the store and received some free shoes through the customer points card.

Theyre reasonably priced,, love that they always have shoes on Clearance and BOGOs. But it is always hard to find my size in the shoe I want.
