We had a Low Pressure notice mid-afternoon in our Honda Passport, and went to Butler Tire on Powers Ferry here in Marietta for a repair.The Passport has Nitrogen in its tires, so it is important to get it repaired where they can refill it with nitrogen.We were hoping to get it worked on despite the drop-in nature of our problem.We were immediately taken by Wayne Allen, and has our problem quickly and courteously taken care of.I am very pleased with the quality and efficiency of Wayne & Butler Tire

I normally would give 4-5 stars based on excellent service but this time rated lower. I checked car in for routine rotation and balance but I also wanted back right tire to be repaired for I suspected road hazard of nail puncture. They completed the tire repair sent my car out as finished but did not do the tire rotation. Spent another hour to get car back in que for rotation. Over all took longer than should have. I waited at shop. Was not kept informed of status of car

Came into Butler Tire yesterday to get some tires put on some wheels I had bought off of Facebook market. Raul was great, and took care of me when I came in. He walked me through my options, and we selected a great tire to put on. After I dropped the car off I received a call that I had some issues with my casters. While it was frustrating to hear that Id have to spend more than I initially thought, it did give me peace of mind to see that they didnt just go through the motions and put the wheels/tires on and getting the car out. You see that the shop is actually looking at everything. Raul went above and beyond to talk me through everything, and explained all the details thoroughly. Raul took good care of me with a last minute flat. My Model Y Performance has harder to find tires if you want the OEM ones. Raul was able to get my tires delivered and had my car finished by close on a Friday night. Butler works on a lot of high end vehicles too. It’s one of the few places that services Maserati. My uncle took his Maserati and Porsche there for tires. I’d recommend it to Teslas owners especially Model 3/Y Performance owners. Their pricing is middle of the road. Not cheap but not super expensive. I feel like I got good value. They also cleaned my wheels and put tire shine on my tires which is a nice touch and I appreciate that. Over the years I can’t say any other time I’ve purchased tires the shop has done that.

I made an appointment by phone on Thursday morning at 8:07 AM and was told to bring my vehicle in ASAP. After arriving it was immediately taken to the lift for service, I was notified of a bent rim on my Audi and options were given. The service request was completed in a very timely manner. Great Experience with Raul at Butler Tires this week. He worked me in the same day to fix a tire that was irreparable and wasn’t safe to drive on. He offered me several different options in different price points and made every effort to give me the best deal possible. Butler tires always does good work and has excellent customer service. I got there at 7:30 am to be the first in line when opened at 8am. A mistake was made an I was skipped for another customer. My sales person apologized an discounted my ticket.. I didn’t end up leaving til about 11:20.. This wasn’t the best experience.

Okay so I have been in many tire service businesses in my time of driving. But never have I been in one like Butler Tire. We had an absolutely night and day difference at Butler Tire!! We were customers of Mavis on Johnson Ferry in East Cobb. Butler Tire folks were professional, extremely timely, and actually wash the tires which we haven’t experienced since Georgia Tire (Mavis now) was in business. We have five Teslas and will definitely take the other four to Butler Tire when they need any tire repair or new tires!!

These guys saved my bacon.Got a flat while driving the family back from Florida. After calling 5 places to get a new tire that would fit my car no one had anything. I was close to stranded in Atlanta, but the team at Butler got creative and got me back on the road. Super impressive.

I called to get an appt to get my wheels aligned. Raul told me that they took people on a first come, first served, basis and asked what time Id be there so they could expect me. I drove in at 11 and walked down the street to get a burger. Raul got me car pulled in, had the alignment done, and was ready when I got back from eating lunch. I asked Raul a question about tire sizing and he educated me about that also. I had a great experience at Butler Tire!

I had an alignment on my new 2021 4Runner after installing a lift and was helped by Raul Monje. Raul was delightful to work with, fully covered the alignment before/after specs with me and generally made me feel good about choosing Butler Tire. I’m comfortable that Butler Tire did a superb job of setting the alignment on my lifted 4Runner. I’ll be back when I replace the OEM tires with proper All Terrain tires…

Purchase a set of continentals extreme contactTires for a 2019 Z06 corvette 12/03/2020 whileDriving home I noticed a vibration. I took the car to the dealership have them check it out they told meto go back to where I purchased the tires becausethey wasn’t torque correctly. Took it back to ButlerThey claimed that they retorque them. I don’t drivethe car that much mostly very short distance and around the neighborhood. About an week ago IWas on the Highway and I noticed the vibrationagain. I took the car to another Chevrolet dealership and found all four tires was out of roundness. I was told to go back to Butler thetires was under warranty( mind you the tiresprobably had less than 5 hundreds miles on themand less than 4 months old) (Paid 1,600.40)for them. One of the salesperson tried to convinceme to go back with the original tires (Amish) I believed his name. He tried to sale me a set ofMichelin‘s for 2,100.00 plus give him back mytires.(what a ripoff) After I explained to one theOwner what was going on he said I could get thetires for 1,900.00. My little bit of money wantMake or break you, but I won’t ever go back.

Man. What an awesome place! I first contacted Dani late at night on Google Business Messages and he answered! We have continually communicated throughout the 2 jobs I did with them. Both jobs they got done very fast and my experience with them at the shop was amazing as well! The technician went through everything for my alignment. Why it is the way it is. What he did. What he recommended. Doing the alignment he saw the rear sway bar end link on the driver side was bent and had no bolt. Thats when I bought 2 Rear Sway Bar End Links through them and got those installed the following week! I worked with Cliff and Raul. Both amazing! Raul actually went out of his way to try to fix my TPMS issue then gave me advice on what to do to get it fixed! Awesome people! Highly recommend!

We installed or self camber kits on a lowered car. When we took the car for the 4 wheel alignment they told us the car had been wreaked really bad and said it couldnt be done. The wheels where to far out of spec. The camber kits where installed to correct wheels after it was lowered. We took car to another shop and after about a hour. The alignment was done and all 4 wheels where corrected without a issue. Other shop never mentioned it being wreaked. Even carfax was clean on car. I would go anywhere but butler tire.

Needed to get tires put on before a last minute trip. Cliff was very helpful and found me some tires on short notice. Darnell the installer was very knowledgeable and explained things very professionally. Butler Tire for the win again!

Highly displeased. Let me start by saying I’ve already spent almost $5k with the Marietta location and I sent a referral that literally came in days later and spent another $4k.I was quoted $150 for an additional brake service that I was not able to get originally because I needed to put more miles on my brakes. I come back to get the service done and even though I have documentation that I was quoted $150, I was charged $880. I had to go back and forth with 3 different employees to find a resolution which still resulted in me paying more money than $150 or I would not have been able to get my car back.This is all after I had to wait an extra day because Cliff and the mechanic working on my car disconnected the ABS system incorrectly and didn’t know how to fix it. So my car had to go to the dealership to be fixed.Highly disappointed after spending that amount of money and then referring someone that spent almost the same amount.If only that were the case. You quoted me $800+ dollars for a completely different job that I didn’t mot agree to. You literally just said yourself I was quoted $150 in which I had documentation for. You tried to take advantage of the fact that employee was no longer there to present new pricing after the the job was done knowing that I didn’t agree to an $800+ job.The way I acted was respectful the whole entire time until your staff played games and after I still paid more than $150, wouldn’t allow me to leave because your store vehicle was parked behind my vehicle.

Had a great experience at this location. We were promptly greeted at the door. Got 4 new tires on our Honda odessy at a great price. Professional, clean, helpful staff, good service and a good turn around time for the services I had done. Which was having my calipers painted orange, found out I had a seized caliper, they notified me, told me the best solution, gave me a price fixed it and my car was ready at the time I was told it would be ready.

Being that there are many other places to get tires in the area, just know that you’re better off not wasting your time with this joke of a business. They are rude, prices are ridiculous, and it’s obvious they don’t care about the customer or community.

Purchased a replacement forgiato barrel employee scratched it up mounting the tire, they tried to make it right there way to save them money, but not the business way of ordering a new replacement but they did give me a 150 refund of 1243.00 dollars. Lucky me.. Raul was my salesman and he did everything in his power to make it right, it was all on the janky owner
