Sales Staff were very friendly and competent. They answered all of my questions and concerns. They did not rush me into making a decision. All of the staff wore face masks and the facility was clean including the restroom.

This is not the dealership to go to and that is a fact...Marietta Storefront...bad enough that I spent $833 to transfer a truck from PA and I got up and left after 5 hours loosing a transfer fee...A $25000 sale lostThe solution...replace the financing from my credit union that pays me for being a member to financing that the dealership gets paid for and you will bring it to meSometimes, yes, every now and then, the customers might just know what they want and might leave when they do not get treated right. Never haggled about a no haggle price...all I wanted was a buyers order and couldnt get that...Like I said, this dealership goes down as Rip Off city....

I was completely amazed by the service I received here. I had been renting a car with the Villa Rica location for almost a month after a road rage incident. After looking at many different cars and talking to different dealers, I was told that I am an unlikely candidate for financing. As a young buyer, with no established credit, and no cosigners, it would be best to purchase another car out right. I went in to extend my rental and a young man told me about enterprise car sales. I was contacted by them within 2 hours and scheduled an appointment with them later that day. To my surprise I was not only able to get a car that day but was also taught a lot of really useful information. Horrible I had financed for a car and they sold it to someone else after they just told me to come up there to get the car I caught a Uber and ask him where my car at he said right here as time progressed thinking all I needed to do next was sign the papers lol smh they was financing the car to someone else that have to get approved for the car that I already was approved for as time went by cuz they asked me to wait to see if they do not approve when I said I have already been approved for why cant I just sign the papers and go with the car SMH. I could not understand any of what they did but I will not finance a car from them ever again I just didnt like how they conduct business making people feel they had something they didnt have Im not trying to throw no shade they just handle it the wrong way oh and I had to find another way home

Eduardo was knowledgable and kind from the start and helped me through the entire car buying process. Most of the car places I visited before either ignored me or left me with a bad taste in my mouth.Enterprise had great vehicles at competitive prices. Eduardo head my concerns regarding brands and had great insight on preferences and safety. They worked to get me the best price and made me feel confident in my purchase. I’ll start by stating the positive. Great selection of vehicles with some pretty good prices. Now on to the negative. My fiancé went in to check out a vehicle we were considering financing. Although we received a pretty decent price the process was a little unorthodox due to COVID-19. Their response to the virus is to have you complete all paperwork while sitting outside. Our sales rep Daniel did exactly that. No help was provided while my fiancé completed the application. Daniel gave her what needed to be completed then immediately went back into their nice cool building to have a seat at his work station. I arrived on my lunch break to test drive the vehicle and ask some follow up questions. Every questioned I asked my fiancé had already asked and we received different answers from the same person, Daniel. I also asked Daniel about the possibility of e-signing and he proceeded to tell me it was against the law to e-sign. The world knows we are still in a pandemic so certain laws have been bent. We’ve had a little time to shop around so we know that statement was incorrect. Enterprise was the only agency to tell us it was against the law to e-sign. After I returned to work my fiancé went back to finalize the sale with the financier and was informed her paperwork didn’t match her supporting documents. She was eventually told the bank didn’t want to deal with changing so many things on the application so the approval was reversed. If we would’ve received accurate answers to our questions that could’ve been resolved. If we were offered assistance through the process that could’ve been resolved. This error fell completely on the car salesmen. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with telling someone “Give me one second to get an accurate answer for you” We already have a vehicle that was our headed from this same location over a year ago. The main difference with both encounters was CUSTOMER SERVICE. Again, there’s nothing wrong with not knowing, but there is something wrong with poor communication which is the sole definition of customer service.

I really enjoyed my experience here at Enterprise Car Sales. I was referred by a rental car specialist on Howell mill to go see his great friend JG at the Enterprise Car Sales in Marietta, Ga. Once I got to there, I was introduced to Bradley because JG was busy with a customer from earlier that day. I had no problem. Bradley treated me with much respect and catered to my needs. I ended up leaving with a 2019 car that fit within the budget I gave Bradley when he first asked. I can’t remember the financial advisor’s name but he was such great help also. What an experience! When I arrived at this Enterprise location, I was greeted with pure enthusiasm. My presence was immediately noticed and recognized. I did not have to wait on service. I bought my 2017 Nissan Sentra yesterday from Enterprise Car Sales in Marietta. I went to 2 dealerships before finally settling here. Eduardo helped me all day long and even stayed after hours to make sure we were happy, and he was WONDERFUL!! My experience was nothing short of amazing. I purchased the vehicle I came in for within 2 hours (includes test drive, applying for a loan). Everyone there gave off pleasant and welcoming energy. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Was in need of a car ASAP when my transmission went. I called Enterprise just to see if it was possible to get a car due to my HORRIBLE credit. Mr. Andre Pulmer gave me a call told me with the type of car I wanted maybe tough BUT he has an Outlander Sport which was bigger, newer, and less miles. I said sure, few minutes later back he advised that I got APPROVED! And was within my budget for down payment and car payments! Then time just wasnt on my side, I had to keep rescheduling when I can finalize the deal, Andre was super patient with me and just genially wanted me in this car! And yesterday it finally happened! I contacted Enterprise and 1st spoke with Phil, the finance guy, around 11:30 in the morning and, with the help of Curtis the sales guy, the car was delivered to my door by 6:00 pm. I got a great price, solid financing, and fabulous service. They had to drive to the Duluth branch to retrieve the car before bringing it to me. Along the way, Curtis noticed the wheels needed balancing, so they stopped and got that done at no charge before delivering it. These guys were friendly, conscientious, and nothing short of professional. We love our new car and highly recommend Enterprise!

This was the easiest car purchase Ive ever had. I was in and out in less than 2 hours (ideally its usually 3- 5 hours from start to finish). For a car company to work with someone, and get the vehicle I wanted with a down payment was awesome. The payments are extremely reasonable. Jeff was crucial explaining absolutely every step.Recent update: I had the car for a month and I had to turn the car in. Apparently, it never cleared the bank and I was told that it would take $5,000 to clean up the loan or a higher interest rate on the loan. I went to another dealer using the same loan company and got a car with just putting $2000 down and getting a better finance rate. It unfortunate I had to go through this but I got a better car with better financing amazing how that works out.

I would highly recommend purchasing from Enterprise Car Sales. We drove from out of state to purchase here as they had a great deal on a vehicle with features that were hard to find elsewhere. I was a little uneasy about driving 3 hours to come test drive a vehicle I had only seen online and unsure that it would even be there when we arrived. I spoke to Justin JG who assured me the car would be there and it would be worth the drive and he was right! This is not like purchasing from a typical dealership, it is a low pressure environment with no haggle low prices. At the time of sale, JG had found an issue with our spare key fab and promised that if I took the car into our local dealership (3 hrs away from this store) Enterprise would reimburse me for the repair. I finally got into our local dealership about 3 months after we purchased the car, sent in the receipt, and JG had us a reimbursement check within a week, I was very impressed! We will not hesitate to shop here again!

He told me over the phone before I even met him in person that he will get me in a car the same day I decided to meet with him and that’s exactly what he did . No run around or games he kept his word and did exactly what he told me he was going to do very trustworthy guy . Everyone was very helpful praise to the whole staff . UPDATE: I have now been driving my car for 7 months and have been no surprises. The car runs smoothly. Very happy with this experience.I had a great experience buying my car today with Mr. Lucas in sales and Mr. Wesley in Finance. They are low pressure people and I felt well informed through the process. This review will be updated after driving the car for a while but I’m optimistic based on the experience so far.

Please don’t sleep guys. Enterprises is the way to shop for a car. I brought a 2018 suburban and it’s beautiful. The staff were kind professional accommodating playful and most of all experienced at their craft! Never felt so at ease going into a dealership. We all know how long stressful and exhausting car shopping can be. I was in and out of there I about 2 hours. No pressure from sales man, and they are truly interested in getting you the right vehicle for your needs. Please check them out. Next time I need a car I’m going right back to them! Sales experience with the dealership was good with no pressure to buy. Found a vehicle I liked and eventually purchased. It was stated that the vehicle went through a inspection and was up to par with their standards. Vehicle had several defects which were discovered. Though most of it was handled with several visits to the manufacturer dealership and enterprise dealership, it was a hassle. One issue was never resolved with the enterprise dealership. I requested to get a call back from the Enterprise Area manager to resolve and never heard back. I ended up getting issue fixed myself and had to pay out of pocket. I was surprised that these issues were not discovered and handled prior to vehicle sale. I will not be purchasing any future cars and highly recommend a thorough inspection prior to commitment. Will not be recommending.

My experience working with Enterprise car sales was excellent. Tasia, Daniel and Antonio did a great job helping me with my car. I had a minor issue and they took care of it with exceptional professionalism. Andre is a good person, not pushy which is good. Prices seem a bit higher than elsewhere but include processing fee which seemingly make it competitive. No haggle is the way to go. Tired of dealers and the old game. Still hesitant bet enterprise and carvana though

Our experience at this dealership was absolutely amazing. Jeff showed EXCELLENT customer service from his speedy reply to our email inquiry, to our face to face encounters. He truly went above and beyond to provide the best support for our family. We wanted a different color than what was at the Marietta location . So he drove to get the car from the Duluth location . In addition, he noticed that the passenger seat would not recline so he took it to the dealership for us- this is all before we finalized the sale. Lastly, when it was finally time to sign the papers he personally buffed the car for us. I was truly blown away . We will continue to use Enterprise Marietta and recommend it to all of our friends and family . Lastly Armando was also very helpful and friendly when it came time to explain the financial and insurance legalities. He also let our very rambunctious daughter run and play around his office. Don’t go here. They will run your credit numerous times without acknowledgment for different vehicles & then they will say it’s because the banks are more likely to approve U for this car. If I test drive a certain car & ask to apply for that car I expect to only get informed on the car I’m asking for. Not a whole different car that I didn’t even drive but yet my credit was ran for that vehicle. Plus at that I had and appointment but I was told to sit in the reception due to bad planning.

Our experience at the Cobb Parkway location was exceptional!!! Edwardo did an excellent job of assisting us. He was very knowledgeable of the inventory and features of the vehicles that we were interested in. We were especially impressed that he asked why we decided on one vehicle over another and what was it about the vehicle that made us decide against it. That let us know that he had a true desire to extend exceptional customer service for future customers who may have decided to purchase that vehicle (there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, it all came down to a color choice). All of the staff at the location were very kind and accommodating. We will definitely refer others.
