We made a last minute choice to go visit the dealer. So glad we did. Five star service. They weren’t pushy. They were courteous and patient. We looked on a Saturday and couldn’t purchase until Tuesday. They held the car with a down payment. Listing was 100 percent accurate. The vehicle was in better condition than we hoped. Prices were very fair. Would absolutely visit again.

Bought a car from there. A 2016 Nissan Versa with 76k miles on it last Thursday. Today, Monday, the check engine light comes on, the car sputters and I almost got hit because the car stalled in the middle of an a intersection. Don’t buy a car from here. They don’t inspect them before they sell them to you.Also, I’m active military and told them I needed this car to get to and from work since I just got back from deployment and they still sold me this car knowing it was in horrible condition.Do not buy from here unless you have your own mechanic come and inspect it before you drive it off the lot. I don’t expect cars to be in 100% condition at used car lots but having issues 4 days after a sale is not acceptable.

**Update**Downgraded to 2 stars because the vehicle has had multiple issues and transmission now needs complete rebuild ($3500).***Purchased a good car for a fair price. Pretty nice folks. Be aware that the sticker price does not include taxes/fees and that they charge an extra $500 dealer fee.Why only 3 stars?. . .they told me I could avoid the title processing fee if I went to the Tag office myself with the papers and paid directly. I went to the Tag office and was rejected because S&S forgot to sign when they purchased the vehicle. I got this straightened out and returned to the tag office. This time I was informed that GA requires dealers to file electronically.So, I went back to S&S, arriving at 10 am. I was told to wait for Omar. Its now 10:30 and Im still waiting.Between time at the tag office and returning to S&S, Ive wasted over 5 hours already trying to get this straightened out.

First off we called them on a Sunday and they took the time to come out and allow us to see the vehicle we wanted and even sat and waited while we were in traffic.They were honest about all the questions we had and they stayed open late to sell us our new Jeep twice in one week. Great salesmanship, easy to works and honest. An the vechile was is in great shape with no issues.

On cargurus they have the vehicle I was looking at for $14,995, I get there and the lowest theyll take is $16,995. Will never go back there.

Great dealership, I purchased a 2009 Nissan Armada truck! Mr. Billy was the helpful gentleman who helped us out. He quite honest about each vehicle we had eyes in. We drove another vehicle which was the GMC, I would’ve purchased it drove really well. But something about the Armada has been screaming my names for quite some time.

I bought a 2009 Honda CR-V. Great customer service, However I bought a 2007 Nissan Pathfinder here a couple weeks later driving down the road and a hose busted, i couldn’t drive it because it was overheating had to have it towed, now 6 months later I have to rebuild the transmission,The price was great and so was the Mileage but I’m sure they knew when they sold it to me it had issues not to mention I had to replace the tire sensor also, I know with a used car you will run into problems however I didn’t expect something to happen so soon !!!!And what they will say is they sold it to me in great running condition, of course long enough so I wouldn’t have to bring it back complaining!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. We found a 2007 Mini Cooper on their website and went to go look at it. We test drove it and everything and it was fine. We ended up buying it and legitimately five minutes down the road the check engine light came on. We immediately took it to Pep Boys and they said that they had reset the codes on the car in order for it to be able pass emissions. We immediately took the car back and he said he knew it was the O2 filter so he kept it over night and had it fixed. We got it back the next day and I drove it around for a few hours and whatd you know, the check engine light comes back on. We took it to our local Pep Boys and waited of course. They then told us it was the catalytic converter. Which I mind is you is nearly 1,000 to replace and the O2 filter is nearly only 40$. He knew exactly what was wrong with the car and lied and lied and lied to us. Of course besides that the car was perfectly fine but he lied and schemed his way around for us to buy this car. I mind you this is my first car and he knew that. So please DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. You WILL regret your purchase.

I bought a vehicle there and it seemed OK on first inspection. It had a few issues that needed to be fixed, so I signed contract and had it fixed and came back when I got in it would not start, now the engine lights are on along with the trailer brakes and tier sensors. He messed with things said all good but just reset the lights. I was not allowed to go back on the deal even though the things were not as I left it. I took it down the road to find more issues brought it back said it was unsafe to drive. He test drove it said it was fine just the brakes sticking the alignment was good. I took it in after driving 5 hrs home to find out they did not put the bolts back on after they did a quick alignment, caused major damage, $3000 there. Plus another $1000 for the shock air system which was ruined. The brake module was not any good $500, The tire he was to replace was patched. Had to have a new Engine put in$6000. The mechanic tearing it apart found out that things had been patched up and stop oil leak... had been placed in the vehicle to make it look good for short term, They changed the oil after that to make it have a normal oil color to it. I wasted a lot more money buying from them I could have bought a much nicer vehicle for the about I have put into this and been far better off, tried to take it to get a trade I basically would have just thrown the money away that i spent on it and bout a new vehicle. I would never recommend this place even if i did not like the person. If you do take a chance have it lifted and a mechanic look at it pull off the hoses and check... If not have an extra 10G ready to spend on it! I have bought a $500 car that had far fewer issues than the one I bought there.Yes this is the correct dealership. No I will not remove something because you want to screw people over. You sent me in a Vehicle after questioning it saying it was all good that literally could have killed me!

S&S MOTORS is a trustful and reliable used car dealerships that I will always recommend. The fact is that, I was in search of a good used car and visited 5 used car dealerships in Metro Atlanta to compare prices and service. My general observation is that the car dealers now used CARFAX data to sell cars. They show customers the car value on CARFAX, then the dealer’s price so that they can highlight the saving offered according to the CARFAX value. 4 of the used car dealers told me that their asking price is not negotiable. Only S&S was flexible on their asking price and offered me an unbeatable deal. They are the best in town!

I was moments from purchasing a vehicle here today. Price agreed pending mechanic inspection. The CARFAX Report was clean. After being told the vehicle was twice owned, was not a fleet vehicle and had never been in an accident, (I didnt ask specifically if it had structural damage), I purchased an Auto Check Vehicle History Report. The report indicated it had three owners, was at one time a fleet vehicle, and was announced at auction just two weeks prior to have structural damage. Structural damage can mean many things, but regardless, it could seriously degrade the cars ability to protect you in an accident and compromise the structural integrity of the vehicle. At the very least S & S Motors knew this to be true, and felt fine about not disclosing it.

I bought a 2011 Subaru Outback from Omar last week. He was extremely polite, very helpful, and genuinely enjoyed doing his job. If the time came again to buy an other car, Id definitely go back to S & S.

I expect very little from any auto transaction, so, no disappointments. The check engine light and another light came on a few days after buying the vehicle, so I assume that the oxygen sensors have been bad and that they just reset the codes so that the vehicle looked as if nothing was wrong with it when we got to it. Typical of any typical vehicle transaction, so know your vehicles that you are looking at

I don’t want to give even 0 start to him .... very very very bad experience..... bad behavior..... bad service...... we bought a car Nissan Pathfinder after 2-3 days we got some issues in the car so we went to the mechanic so they said it needs transmission and some other issues and it’s cost almost 4000-5000 $ more or may be more than 5000$ .. and it’s very dangerous to drive without work on it .... we went the dealer and when we reached their the was even not moving at a place to another place ...we asked him why u did dis to us .... he was aware about the problem and we didn’t check that becoz we trust that guy .. he said I did the emission befor 2 days we didn’t check that and trust him ... my husband’s father has cancer so we were already in too much tension.... we requested that person plZ understand our problem.... I can’t tell in words how much mental tension we suffered that time ... he said I will give u only 8000$ dollar back ...we were in a big shock that time ...we r not able to understand Wht we do .....after a very long long discussion we gave back that car . we bought that 12500$ and returned only 10500$ and we lost 2000$ + 1000$ tex ..... we request him that could u plz give us the car transfer cancelation refund (1000$)becoz that will come in his account ... ... so he clearly say no ....it was such a inhuman behavior.... he already got 2000$ from us within 5 days and he also want the 1000 $ refund ...... within 5-6 days he got 3000$ from us...the RESULT was we didn’t get any car and lost 3000$ in seconds and got too much mental tension ☹️

Bought a 2007 Suzuki XL 7 in November 2015. 5 months later ( last month) car is dead. Needs a new engine. I wouldnt buy from them again. Need improvement in customer service as well.

They were very friendly friday night when we showed up to look at a honda crv. We made plans for my father to bring my daughter back at 10am the next morning and for them to take the vehicle to the honda dealership i work at for a pre purchase inspection. Well my daughter ended up calling me in tears because the owner went back on his word. He said because it was sat (well he knew that the night before) then said because someone else was driving down from Tn and he felt bad for them. Even though they knew and OKd us to get it in the am. They didnt even bother to call and tell us, just let them drive 45mins and made my daughter cry. Must of been a really good reason he didnt want a Honda technician to look the car over.

We went and found a nice van. Tryed it. It was horrible, the paint smell inside, could not breath, we had to open the windows the whole test. The salesman wouldnt let me have check at a dealer/garage. He would not let us go on highway. We went back and tested many things. We tough the smell was gone, it was still there. The salesman said it was sanitizer, but I argued it was paint, he insisted. I finally found paint there and there on plastic cover and carpet. They did that to hide scratch. But it was all dry. The smell was probably from inside the doors or the roof. The guy said it will go away. We trusted him, we had to drive the windows open, everyone got sick, children too. We drove like that it took 6 mounts for the smell to start going away. Really not happy. All winter long we had the windows open all night with a 2 feets wide fan on, charcoal bricks and driving the windows open. Very toxic paint. Not satisfied about the lies.
