Incredibly place. From Cleveland, and on a trip down to South Carolina I ran into some car trouble while crossing into West Virginia. Got a recommendation from a local auto parts store to call up KMA. Despite it being a Saturday with only a few hours to close they got me in and had my car back on the road in a few hours. Price was more then reasonable. I actually asked the guy about 3 times if that price was labor and everything included, because I was shocked how fair the price was. To top it all off they have a great waiting area with plenty of comfy chairs, a fridge stocked with drinks, corn hole, spots to charge your phone, and even an adorable shop cat. Not to mention the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even called a few days later to make sure my car was running smooth and I arrived safely. Next level customer service. I wish I had them back in Cleveland or Columbus. I wish every auto repair shop/dealership could be like these guys. Can’t recommend them enough!

And when youre investing into something as big as a vehicle, its imperative that you get exactly what you want and what you can afford! Patrick (Salesman) & Kevin (Owner) took my truck buying experience to the next level with their service!Going into this process, I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. And when I didnt find exactly what I wanted on their lot, they found it!! Zero pressure sale....period. They were the only dealership out of the dozen I spoke with who actually worked on my behalf! Thats what I wanted out of the buying experience and thats exactly what I received.Last note: Their finance team is amazing. I had worked with my bank to secure financing. However, they were able to take care of all the paperwork in-house and even found me some additional discounts. Kudos!

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my 2020 Nissan Rogue!!!Everyone in the building was super friendly the only negative thing I have to say is that its taking a long time for them to pay off my trade in!!I am getting phone calls every day from my former financing lender. My credit score is getting lower and lower because they are delaying the payoff!!!
