Bought a truck today with the great help of one of their sales people Dylan. One of the younger guys working there and He did an excellent job communicating and making the process as smooth as possible despite us coming in during a busy day. Would definitely recommend Dylan as well as his colleagues that made buying my first vehicle a great experience. I cannot speak on the future of the used truck (since I purchased today) but Dylan did a great job leaving no information in the dark and being transparent with us. Overall very great experience.

Found a really nice SUV, called and asked many questions, put in application for it and was told to come sign papers and pick up our vehicle only to get there and be told, We cant put you in this vehicle but we do have a different SUV. Waited over an hour for them to bring over a vehicle from Marietta lot to Williamstown. Test drove while the reran application. They called and said we were approved and to come back and sign papers only to be told again, we cant sell you this but we have another more expensive one. Absolutely not!! Twice they pulled the rug out from under us!! We have purchased 5 vehicles from Pioneer and we will NEVER buy another!!

Bought a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder 2 weeks ago took them a week to put A arms on it . Had a thumping noise in the driver side front took it back today the said is was a strut mount bad . But they will not fix it . 16000 dollar vehicle they should have not let it leave the lot . But lesson learned dealt with mike at EZ credit there all he cares about is selling nothing else . Would not recommend anyone to buy anything there . Update now the ac pump went out 45 days later.

I would like to say I had an opportunity to work with this place to purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately the vehicle I was interested in, which was listed on their website as available, and listed on another car website as available, and after emailing them and getting a message back that it was available, come to find out after actually arriving on site that the vehicle had been sold two weeks ago. Theres 4 hours of travel time I can never get back. Thanks guys.
