I drove over an hour to this dealership today on 11/3/21 to see a car I saw listed online for a fair price. I was ready to buy if it looked as good in person. I saw the car, test drove the car and liked it so I was ready to buy. I sat down at the table with John negotiating and we were almost at an agreement. I was paying cash for it so I didn’t need financing, the final number I was willing to pay had to be approved by the manager so John went to talk to him. He came back only to tell me they were going up in price by $3000 and could not sell me the car for the price listed online. I have screen shots of the listed price. They claimed it was not in their control but I know it was an attempt to make a higher commission off the car. I highly recommend doing business else where, where they value your time and your business. The lot looks good with the high end cars but they have low end morals. Stay clear of this business.

I drove to the dealership to look at a range rover blue I was very disappointed this vehicle was not inspected and when i test drive the whole vehicle was shaking down the road drove back to the dealer. right front wheel was completely split tire was no good, backseats doesn’t work, the push button start broken, car was rear end it pour paint job did not match the car this vehicle was not taken care, and they were selling it for big bucks $15000 over the Kelly blue book. Buyers beware make sure you take the car to a professional mechanic. Before making a purchase from this dealership. This dealership does not perform a safety inspection they selling the cars as-is hoping that you don’t notice so they could get the big bugs out of you

Absolutely the worst place to ever go to, especially the service department. You stand 1 in 10 million chances of getting someone to pick up the phone just to give you updates about your car whereabouts. They’ve kept my car in the shop for two weeks without giving me any sorts of update on it after Gravity Autos in Roswell fail to help me and left my car sitting in their lot for a month, Atlanta Autos is probably planning to leave my car in their lot for another month. I’ve been trying so hard to be patient and nice about this whole situation but these people don’t really care about anybody’s situation, no matter how much someone is struggling without a car.I will NEVER EVER return to this place and I advice everyone else to look for a second option if things don’t go right with Atlanta Autos.

Purchased a vehicle in the middle of September. Left without countersign copies of any documents. Dealer has not paid off my trade, filed my title paperwork or returned any of my calls in 3 weeks. Dealer does not follow through with what they say they will do. I do not recommend buying from them if you want a stress-free experience.

I purchased a Tesla last August for my birthday I went back this year to upgrade to another one and I received remarkable service from John. First off he fed me I love to eat and we all know how long it takes when you at the dealership. Secondly, he got me approved within seconds and let me test drive my car. John had more than one customer but he dealt with us both in a timely manner. I will be back in about two years to purchase a G wagon thanks John and to the team at Atlanta auto!

Service Department is the worst, this whole place is a joke, and nobody absolutely cares about you. Don’t even bother calling the number that the “manager” sent out to you on your complaint on google, 9/10 it’s a bot that sent it and not a real person because nobody ever picks up the phone. Imagine hanging up on guest who’s trying to figure out the situation midway. Never again am I going to bring my business here with these people. They are not to be trusted ever and I strongly recommend you taking your car and yourself somewhere else much better.

It is very Difficult to buy a car online without being able to quick the tires.Chase, the salesperson, went above and beyond what could be done in order to make the deal happen. I was buying a very expensive car, 2016 Bentley GTC Convertible, so i wanted to make sure all was working properly. Chase sent videos of convertible top, around the car, inside it, engine running, dashboard, etc... Also he sent me tons of pictures as per my request.In another words, i did not hear any negative response on all my demanding requests. Little by little he gained my trust to the point that i wired the money.When i received the car, it was better than described. I buy a lot of cars from this dealership. I will definitely will ask for Chase. I trust the guy!

Very shady dealership. The sales rep was rude with his responses. The dealer and finance manager rush you to make a decision. I went here with my sister who is in the market for a luxury vehicle. The finance process is very untrustworthy. It’s like they have an act to try to get a person to buy a car with a high interest rate. There is a African/black person man who works there they use to try to talk to the black customers. This dealer seems all nice and shiny because they do have a lot of luxury cars, but i guarantee there are some faulty fix ups they’re trying to sale to people. I only gave 2 stars because we were able to see thru their lies and didn’t buy a car here. Go to a reputable dealer folks!

We we’re dealing with Chico who seemed like a great guy.we were from Philadelphia trying to buy a 2018 Amg Mercedez.we requested the car be put on OVE so we could buy the car and make arrangements to get the car shipped.at first that didn’t seem to be a problem.this was on Tuesday.we tried to contact the next few days and they would not return our calls or emails and wen they did it was to tell us that they would be in touch soon with never happen.today i get a email alert to tell me that the car has been sold for a $1000 less than we were willing to paid..to me this doesn’t seem very professional and honestly there communication sucked and we r disappointed in the whole thing.4 days wasted waiting.I do not recommend these guys at all
