Patrick and his team do great work from installing camera, stereo system, tint, & all of my lighting from head/fog/under carriage. I wont go to anyone else to touch my cars. I had a special request to install fog light that have multiple colors, Patrick track down a vender and got the light I wanted with in days they were install and running. Work was done quickly and in the time specified during time of purchase. Installation was top notch and done very professionally. The JL audio 12” power wedge subwoofer/amp/speaker box combo was described accurately both in size and quality of sound and was a good recommendation for the level of bass I was looking for in my 2016 Ford Mustang. It doesn’t take up much room and it hits HARD for what it is. JL Audio is known for being the best, and they proven it again with this all-in-one product. The sales team at sound sensations are all knowledgeable, up front, and honest about the work their team does, and overall this was a good experience. My only gripe is that they didn’t call me when the work to my car was completed, I had to show up a half hour before close to know whether or not the work to my car was completed. Regardless, if I need more audio work done to this car or another in the future, Sound Sensations will be the place I go to to get it done. They are good at what they do.

I purchased a Kenwood radio 📻 and had it installed on April 24, 2021 from Sound Sensations !! I had a good experience. My Sales person was Andy Drummond and he was knowledgeable. He explained the different radios that I could purchase for my model vehicle (Chevrolet Camaro) and booked the appointment. I was promptly called the day before my appointment advising that I could just drop my car off. They completed the installation on time and the radio looks extremely great ...Adding to my review a few days later...on April 27th I was asked by Andy to complete a review...and I did right away...the next day I received a text from sales person Andy asking me to return a USB charger that he left in my 🚗 to show me how to work the new Kenwood stero system...I assumed that he was giving the USB charger to me when he did not ask for it back on Saturday...After spending $1,200+ ...Andy Drummond could have given me the USB charger for free...Im so very disappointed about that...The charger is $5.00 at the store Five & Below 🙄😏😕

Sound Sensations was fantastic. I told them that I needed a new radio for my car so I could talk via Bluetooth and stream music. After they looked at the car, they told me about a device they could put in that would accomplish the same thing. Absolutely wonderful experience at Sound Sensations, as always. Evan was incredibly professional and helped me upgrade the speakers, sub and backup camera on my F250. When one sub didnt fit, he worked diligently to find a sub that would fit. After that, we were able to get it in the truck and ready to roll. The install took longer than anticipated due to various delays, but Evan and the tech were willing to stay a couple of hours after closing to ensure that I got exactly what I paid for. Undoubtedly stellar work from both Evan and the tech. I have used Sound Sensations many many times over the last 6 years and plan to continue using them! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have audio work done to their vehicle.Also, their customer service took time to follow up and ensure that my audio system was working perfectly and see if there was anything they could improve on. Diligent staff, quality service and excellent follow up. Wish I could give them 10 stars!

The quality of the work (Apple CarPlay the first time and a sub woofer installation the next time) was good and fast and great quality. The 2 stars comes from my $210 Rayban sunglasses going missing the second time I brought my car in. They said they SAW the glasses, described them to me and put them on the dashboard for me. The kicker...when I delivered my car they were inside the armrest, inside their case. But NOBODY could find them. My son picked my car up for me the second time (when the sunglasses went missing)...their conclusion was he had to have taken them because he picked the car up. Very disappointed. Never again.

They always do a great job. they recently did my seat covers install on front and rear seat turned out great. My speakers and bluetooth cd player they installed few years back still sound amazing as well in my 98 Honda accord !!! Highly recommend these guys their worth the money and have good warranties as well.

I have been looking for a head unit replacement for my 04 Ford Mustang for awhile now. I just couldnt stand my FM Transmitter any longer. It made me think I had horrible speakers. So I google car audio and this place came up since I literally live around the corner. I read some of the reviews and they did kind of worry me a bit, but I thought to come look for myself. It was a very nice layout you would expect from an audio store. I was greeted by David and he was very friendly. He asked what I was looking for so I told him. What stood out most to me he could have tried to sell me stuff I didnt need like previous stores Ive been to, but David got into my car and tested my speakers before we even got start to reassure me that I just needed to replace my radio. Then we went to look at the units they had in stock and the Pioneer NEX model with Apple Carplay caught my attention. After he showed me all the cool features and explained how the install would go for my car, David didnt have to ask about did I want it, he already knew. I think the best part was able to get this done as a walk-in same day. The only complaint I would have is they should give you some gas money because I didnt want to leave my car. I would recommend their services ASAP to anyone. I will be coming back for window tints definitely. Thanks a lot, David and the whole crew at Sound Sensations.

They changed the radio in my Bentley to the most modern up to date radio system. This modification was very technical and because of their expertise they not only changed the system, they also trained me how to work the new system.
