Descy is a nice enough man; I had used him in the past with good results. He is quick to act and has a positive attitude. The only issue I have with DMS is their poor communication regarding cost estimates. Similar to other companies that are in the business of billing insurance companies, DMS does a poor job in communicating estimates, only referencing what insurance companies are willing to pay for stuff, instead of providing a clear written estimate. I waited two days for an estimate to finish the job and instead received only a bill for twice as much as I expected, never even mentioning the estimate to finish the job, I assume he already knew what my reaction to the bill would be. I spent substantially more for his service, than I have in the past with ServiceMaster. Call the larger company and save yourself the feeling of having been taken.
