Great customer service. We needed to purchase just a small amount of an unusual type of flooring for our house and they were extremely helpful with special ordering, helping us load the material into our vehicle, etc. You would have thought we were major customers from the level of thought and effort they put into working with us on this tiny sale. Would definitely recommend.

We have used Carpets by Dennis, now Arnold Flooring since 1986. Carpet was installed in our new home by Dennis Arnold. When we sold the house in 2007 people commented on the great condition of our carpet that was 21 years old!! We got quality carpet at a great price.Now it’s 2021. We had Mike Arnold come and measure for our new basement flooring, carpet on the stairs and tile in the bathroom for the shower. The quality of the products was wonderful. Installation was on time, fast and efficient and the installers were professional and left the floors very clean. The price we got from Mike and Amanda at Arnold Flooring was $2,000 less than the contractors price.We would highly recommend this company.Dan and Alice Barth

I used Arnold Flooring when I added hardwood to my upstairs hallway. I was worried about the color match but they nailed it and it looks fantastic! Mike and his staff are the best in the biz! Do no use this company you will be sorry if you do they do not come to the job site when they say they will they make no apologies or compensation for there mistakes and they left my elderly parents stair case half fininshed for almost a week and showed up to do a stair case without a staple gun!! the whole thing was a night mere ! i never even heard the word sorry!!!
