So helpful. I needed hardwood floors and carpet in my new home installed quickly. They gave me wonderful advice and did an excellent job of installing my floors. They look beautiful! The installers left the home clean and ready for me to move right in! The prices were excellent.

Marietta Floors installed Red Oak Hardwood for our entire upstairs and it looks great in November. They were the most reasonable of 4 bids, including a big box, a private co. and a 50/50 sale. Jonathan is an excellent sales rep, was easy going, and worked well with us. Great service and no hard sell. Their crew came did the work on time, within the estimate and were very clean. We love our new hardwood floors.

He was good and friendly help me and my helper find what we needed and even told us when it would be better to go somewhere else to get what we needed cause he didnt have the exact thing we needed. Didnt try to sell us stuff we dont need.

I have to say its the details that matter. The floors absolutely look great and the pricing was very competitive. But the reason Im giving the Co. a 2/5 is because it comes down to the details. I have carpet that is right next to the hard wood floors and when they were doing staining they got stain on the binding part of the carpet. Taping the carpet back or really being super careful would have kept stain from getting on my carpet. They tried cleaning it...but, the harder they cleaned it...the more it looked bad. So, as a homeowner I didnt want stained carpet and got in contact with the installer of our carpet and they gave us a quote on repairs which basically was replacing the whole stairs. Well, Marietta Floors didnt like the quote but since there was a remaining balance due to complete the job I subtracted the quote price. This was what Marietta Floors decided to do since it was the only way of repairing the carpet that was stained. Marietta Floors was not happy that they were losing money on this job...but, like I tried to explain to them was that if they were careful from the start this wouldnt have happened. Also, as I look at other areas of my house where there was base mold that was white...dark stain can be seen on it. No taping off of the areas was done. I guess they assumed since I was getting new floors that all of my painted base mold needed to be redone. Anyway...long story short...their customer service lacked since I have called them to come out to do some other repairs...and they have failed to return my calls. I would say...stay away from these guys if you want any time of warranty work or repairs!
