I had Carl install carpet in my rental 15 years ago. Needed new carpet even though the 15 year old carpet still looked great. Still had his number, called him up, met with him, and now he is doing that house again after 15 years. Hard to find folks that know a business that well and know how to get it done. It is great to have him doing the flooring again.

This company deserves 0 stars. Carl came to my home and wouldn’t negotiate AT ALL. He was very very rude and the pricing was totally ridiculous and over priced.He left my home yelling and screaming and slammed my door.Also said to never call again.Is this how this company treats its customers? Completely unacceptable!! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!Hire new employees very terrible customer service and no patience!
