They were very helpful in repairing my pc. Before putting a sticker on it and telling me to come back in a month they actually sat down with me and helped me try and figure out the issue. They showed me what was wrong and told me how to fix it in the future. I will definitely be going back for any future repairs.

Very honest, fair guys - HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Had an issue with an HP laptop: they diagnosed the issue - for FREE - but also pointed out that it was still under warranty. Then Reuben went above & beyond to help me get the warranty work done (by HP). More importantly, they were patient and not condescending when explaining the issues. These guys are great!

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY....!Bob is absolutely the worst customer service representative I have ever met. Never answered my calls when I tried to check on my computer, then I had my friend to call him and he answered! So I knew he was screening the calls. Then when I finally received my computer back, after a couple of days, it wouldnt come on. I have been trying to call and of course, no one is answering, so at this point, I just have to go somewhere else to fix the problems that Computer Zone made. I wasted $140 and my time!

I wouldnt go there. I took my gaming PC there because it just died out of nowhere and it turned out to just me the power supply which I told them if thats what is wrong with it then I can fix it myself but they took it upon themselves to fix it anyway and didnt even bother telling me and I asked them specifically NOT to do the data backup as it is a $50 upcharge that I couldnt afford and they did that anyway too so I was very displeased with Computer Zone and their service. Go to Frys Electronics, they might be a little more pricey but at least they listen to the customers request and dont go behind his or her back to try and get more money out of you. Computer Zone is a crooked place of business, I will never be going here again. Not to mention Bob or whatever his name was is SUPER rude over the phone.

This place is a joke. My laptop sat for a month and they did nothing. They don’t answer their phone they don’t answer their emails and took my threatening to bring in the authorities to get a callback. I try to support local business any chance I get but I have a feeling this place will be closed soon.

My computer hard drive died and I was freaking out as I couldnt get into any of my files. I took it to Computer Zone and Bob & Rubin assured me that they could help me get up and running again. Rubin is extremely knowledgeable with building computers for over 17 years. He looked at my system and advised me to keep the basic computer and just upgrade a few components, i.e., hard drive, solid state memory, and RAM. He asked if I had any backups of my data that he reload on the new hard drive. I did and he was able to transfer that data to the new hard drive. The hard drive was completely shot and he wasnt able to retrieve any of the data in-house but was able to sent it to another company that guaranteed recovery of the data. My experience with Computer Zone was extremely positive. Instead of buying a new computer system, Rubin was able to rebuild my computer which is now faster with solid state 1 TB memory and dual redundant 5 TB hard drives. Labor costs and equipment upgrades were very reasonable. My computer was back in running in 3 work days. I highly recommend Computer Zone for all computer repairs and upgrades.

Called to ask about the Free Diagnostics that a former client told me about. Bob was rued when I told him what my issues and and second guessed what I told him was the issue, he then told me that they dont do Free Diagnostics and charge between $40-$70 and told me he didnt know who told me this but it was wrong information. He didnt even try and ask me who had told me this information just told me time was money and they get paid for their time. He was rude and short with me even when trying to ask a simple question over the phone. Wont ever take my stuff here. If they are like this over the phone I would hate to see how they would act to my face.

I told the guy at the front counter I would be leaving a bad review due to my experience so this should not come as a surprise. I dropped my laptop off on May 14 to figure out why my screen was not working. At that time, I was given the impression that I would be contacted shortly thereafter (maybe a day or two later) with what was wrong with it. 10 days later, no word from them, so my wife calls to get an update. They say they will call us back with an update, but we never received a call back. 14 days later I call to get a status update since they never called my wife back, and come to find out they have not even looked at my laptop yet... after 2 weeks. At no point over the past 2 weeks did they ever mention that there was a delay, and not once was I under the impression that it would take 2 weeks just to look at. I went over and voiced my frustrations with the front counter and he was apologetic and I know it’s not his fault, but I took my laptop elsewhere and it was troubleshot on the same day as I dropped it off. I hate to leave bad ratings on a small business like this but my experience was unacceptable.

I went to Computer Zone with a blue screen issue on a high end computer after failing to pinpoint its cause myself. Reuben told me right away that I’ll need a more powerful PSU, and Jim worked on the computer. By evening they had diagnosed and repaired my computer, only keeping it until the next day, with my approval, for further tests. I give them 5 stars for that, and for the low fee they charged me. I was expecting to pay twice that amount.Having said that, I’d like to make two suggestions.First, make dusting and cleaning part of the repair routine. I had asked that they clean my desktop, as dust was gathered everywhere, and I was perfectly willing to pay for it, yet I received it still with some dust inside and with still dusty filters on the case. Two, communicate with the customer: Tell him or her what is wrong exactly, before making the repairs. In my case, after dropping off the computer, I had to telephone the shop myself to learn that the repair had been finished. Had they instead called me, I would have asked them to charge me also for installing a new storage drive, because I need one and this would have been a good time to have it installed. I would also have asked them to reinstall the OS, as it was the perfect time for it. Communicating with the customer just makes sense.

I just got my laptop back from Computer Zone, and let me tell you. The people there are super nice, very friendly and good at explaining things in laymans terms. I brought it in on Thursday; they told me Id have my computer back on Wednesday, but actually ended up calling me on Friday to tell me that it was ready already, which was phenomenal. On top of all this, they took the time to clean off my screen *and* my laptop was fully charged when I brought it home. Thanks, yall!

Bob clearly doesn’t understand customer service or how to interact with people in general. I have been patiently waiting for my laptop to be put back together. Bob hung up on me the first time I called checking in on my computer nor can he provide me any information on my laptop each time I call. I will totally recommend trying another place to go to. Each time I walk in the store I am sitting there 20-30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous

Had an issue for months with my HD monitor going black. Obviously, I couldnt run some tests to see what was wrong while BLACK, so just rebooted until screen came back. This went on for months til I got fed up and took it to CZ and they quickly found a bad graphics card and replaced it for about $60. I have come in there other times and theyve given me free advice which though not obligated, left them $20 donut money as I thought they should have gotten something. Never been disappointed with these guys.

Worst customer service. Dropped off a laptop over a week and half ago. Never got called with an estimate. Called several times, got an excuse every time. Called today, told to come by. Went to the store waited 40 minutes. Finally got the laptop returned, it had been untouched and took it to another store. Got a quote and a delivery date immediately. Would not recommend Computer Zone!

A friend brought by his dads computer today, after having taken it to Computer Zone, where he had initially purchased the desktop.Apparently, CZ looked at the system and concluded that the motherboard was bad, and quoted my friend $400 to replace it. They came to this conclusion based on the computer turning itself off after about a minute of being on. Granted, they tried other power supplies, but didnt catch the actual cause of the issue. But - The motherboard was NOT the problem, not at all. The actual issue? The power button was defective. $2.00 later, and the issue is fixed.Suffice to say that my friend will not be going back to Computer Zone, and I cant blame him in the least.

Took Advantage of Elderly CustomersMy elderly grandparents took their computer to Computer Zone and were charged $149 to solve a minor email issue. Computer Zone did not solve the problem and when my grandparents complained the company said they would solve it. When my grandparents returned to pick up the computer Computer Zone tried to up charge them an additional $70 to fix the original issue. The original email issue had not been solved and this company blatantly tried to take advantage of a elderly couple who does not know much about computers.Deceitful business practices. Though I dont have any recommendations at this time please avoid this business and find a honest computer repair store somewhere else in Marietta.

They are super friendly. They however tell you they will do something then do another. If you cant pop your pc open and check behind them beware. I was very specific about what I wanted as those of you who know me know I am. They said np. Will do by tomarrow. Just needed a new case and power cord. Did not get it back for 3 days. The case is not what I wanted. Very heavy and oversized. Hard to move around. Need to upgrade soon but they will not be doing it. Also wont be building the 3 PCs my friends ask who to go to. Guess I am back to Ginstar.
