Doug is great! Fixed up my major problems I thought I had within minutes. Buy far the best fella in the area you will find on computers.

I am not computer savvy and I had downloaded a dlc from the windows game site but was not able to locate it anywhere on my laptop and when I explained this to the gentleman, he was clearly not interested in helping me. He kept beating around the bush about possible reasons, he briefly looked at a few things and said I should go home and continue messing with it. In the past I have had decent service from them, but not this time.

How do you call yourself Best One Computers when none of your webcams work ?

I was having a problem sending and receiving emails. Nathan, Michael, and Zack, restored my computer in no time. These guys are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and patient. I highly recommend them. Doug is a friendly and professional businessman and his prices are very reasonable.

Do not go here. We thought we would choose a local shop to save time and to spend money locally but they had our printer for over a month. Did not call us a single time. No updates or anything. We called a couple times and just got the runaround. We had to go get our printer. It was not fixed. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I took my laptop here to be repaired when it would not boot up. They were very friendly and the computer was repaired properly. They even removed some malware they found and did not charge extra for that. Tge price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
