Dr Dublin and her team were fantastic. I had cataracts removed and new lenses inserted. They explained the process, and followed it exactly. The surgery center was great. Everyone was very nice and talked to me throughout the laser portion of the surgery. Dr. Dublin called me the evening of the surgery herself to see how I was doing. I cannot list all of the positive things they did. I have had many surgeries and none of the other surgery centers or hospitals come close to what Dr. Dublin and her team delivers.

The process and experience here has been easy so far. I have my surgery scheduled and am looking forward to the good results.

Do you value good customer relations/care and timelines?This is definitely not a place for you.For the past five years that I have been coming here, there has never been a time I wasn’t kept waiting for over 30minutes.BUT COME JUST ONE MINUTE LATE they receptionists and doctors will be so quick to tell you that you have to reschedule.Today I had appointment for 2:55pm I called in to tell them I was running late. They said I have only 20minutes Grace-Period hence I should been in by 3:15pm. I got there 13:12pm and reported to the receptionist that I called she allowed me to Self-Check-In after I was done she told me I was late that my check-in time in her system was 3:18pm instead of 3:15pm. I was told bluntly that I have to reschedule for another day.THEY ARE VERY INCONSIDERATE WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR OWN TIME!

Dr. Long and his assistant took great care of me and were super sweet. Would highly recommend.

My experiences at the Marietta Eye Clinic (Kennestone location) have always been excellent. The staff have all been professional, quite pleasant, and made me feel comfortable. (That goes for when I am there in person as well as when on the phone with them.) Dr. Risner, who did my eye exam, was very pleasant and thorough. She made me feel very comfortable from the start, shared information with me and also answered my questions.Any time I needed to see a Retina specialist or an Oculoplastics specialist, I have always been able to make quick appointments with them. All those I encountered were very helpful and professional at the Kennestone clinic location including:1. The gentleman who greets and assists the minute you walk into the clinic2. The techs who administer the drops & perform the visual exams.3. The techs who take pictures of the inside of the eye.4. The receptionists, schedulers, & those taking payments when leaving..5. The Doctors who have taken care of my eyes.I hope I didnt leave anyone out.Unfortunately, I don’t remember all their names. One specific example was today, when I was not able to access my patient portal, I called the clinic to get assistance. Melissa helped me after which I successfully entered my portal.If you want a place with people who know what they are doing, who are very professional and who make you feel comfortable from the start, I highly recommend this place for your eye care. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, I give them at least a 20.

Very pleased with my laser/cataract surgery. Its nice to be able to see clearly and see the vivid colors again! I was very nervous but Dr. Mitchell was a soothing presence and there was no pain. I owe my sight to him! Thank you Dr. Mitchell!

Ive been to this chain three times and my experience here was the worst of all three. Not only did I wait almost two hours for my appt, Dr. Y rushed through the visit and pushed any questions to we can talk about that when you come back. Without exaggeration, he was there for seven minutes...and that includes the half apology for having me wait, him giving a cursory look at my eyes, and providing zero info or guidance or consult during this $300 consultation. Final straw - will not be going back.Gave two stars because the front desk staff were very pleasant and its hard for them because people had been there for hours...two people stormed out saying this was not the first time theyve had to wait this long. Horrible time management and no remorse on the impact to peoples time.

I would have to say this is an A++ medical facility. Dr Mitchell was absolutely wonderful. And I spoke with and met many other representatives and everyone was friendly, professional and knew how to answer any question presented to them.I had cataract surgery and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had an amazing experience at the Marietta location. It started with the initial phone call and the level of empathy and compassion displayed by the representative. Followed by the ease in booking the appointment and being seen on the same day.The staff was very friendly, professional, and organized. I moved through the system rather quickly and finally saw Dr. Park, who is absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable.I was in a panic initially, but was able to calm my nerves when Dr. Park assured me I wouldn’t lose the eye.

Easy electronic check-in, short waiting time before first optical technician came to get me, followed by prompt sit-down in examination room. Equipment was cleaned with disinfectant wipes before proceeding. Complete vision check before Dr. Park arrived. She checked my old glasses against the current exam/test numbers (no change recommended) before continuing the vision checks.Courteous, professional and thorough. Easy discharge, my insurance covers Annual visit. Very quick but comprehensive examination.

I have NEVER been there that I did not have to wait 30 to 40 minutes before seeing anyone. Ridiculous. Do not come here if you value your time. U wish I had never entered these doors. This is my last visit

This place is impressive. A great combination of professionalism, comprehensive care, caring people, and available options.I first found them in an emergency: a family member got a corneal abrasion about 4 PM. I called, Sierra in the call center worked diligently to get us seen; we got seen at 9 AM the next day. The staff took care of us as soon as we walked in, and they gave the family member what she needed. They even gave us enough samples of antibiotics that a prescription wasnt necessary.They have just about everything youd ever need with reference to your eyes: anything from contacts and glasses to retina surgery. This clinic is on a campus; its building 100, and building 200 is for surgeries.That said, the campus can be a bit confusing as soon as you pull in, but as long as you look for and follow the signs, the signage is excellent.On walking in, they have a big kiosk with multiple stations for check-in; there are workers behind several desks, and there are about four clinical wings. There was a worker in the welcome area sanitizing kiosk stations between customers and also helping people check in, get where they needed to, etc.There is only one single-seater restroom for the entire facility, so you may need to wait for that. Other than that minor complaint, Ive been very impressed by this place; I think we found our family eye doctors (by the way, they do take children; I saw people of all ages and stages while we were there).

Imagine suddenly going blind and not knowing why. Well that’s what happened to me about a month ago now and totally out of the blue. I was referred to Marietta eye clinic by another facility and I haven’t regretted it. From the start Dr Kooragayala was amazing! My family in NY were being ridiculous and insisted I fly back to NY or get a second opinion so instead of flying to NY I went to Emory and the doctors there agreed with everything Dr K was already doing. Within a few weeks my vision started coming back, the severe swelling that I was having went down and now I can see enough to type this. I would definitely recommend Marietta eye clinic especially Dr K.

I checked in about 30 minutes early for my visit with Dr. Tran. The digital check-in was easy, and I then was directed to the waiting area by the arrival staff. The wait was about 15 minutes. A tech specialists took me to an exam room to complete my initial eye prep for Dr. Tran. He soon arrived and took some time with me to evaluate my eyes. It took him about 30 minutes, and then he explained his diagnosis and the effect it could have on my vision. All in all, I rate the experience as excellent. Dr. Tran is experienced with this type of problem, and I trust his judgment. I have a follow up later this Summer at the Woodstock office. There, they will have another look at my eyes to see if there is any progression of the condition. I look forward to that visit as well.

I was seen very quickly. Clinic is clean with appropriate Covid 19 procedures in place (masks must be worn, every other seat and sign in kiosk is blocked off and kiosks are sanitized after use)

Dr. Ho of the Marietta Eye Clinic is a Great Doctor for anything to dowith the eye. He performed cataract surgery on my left eye . I used towear a contact in that eye but the artificial lens he inserted for distancecould not be better. I told Dr. Ho that it had been 60 years since I couldsee that well out of the left eye without corrective lens. I now driveand take care of all activities without wearing glasses or contacts.Thank You Dr. Ho you have completely changed my visual life!!!

Everyone was very nice and the man that checked me in was very helpful. I had a toddler and a 10 month old with me and he was very kind to help me check in, since I had my hands full. I have used Marietta Eye Clinic for several years, and I have never been disappointed. I have always been given a thorough eye exam, the staff is always professional, and I have never been coerced into buying something I really don’t need. My eyes are a little off normal but not enough to warrant glasses. They always give me the paperwork with my prescription information on it just in case I decide to get glasses or contacts.

Since moving to Georgia and in need of new doctors for the family, my experience hadnt been all that well. I finally found taking my son to the eye doctor at the Marietta Eye Clinic has since changed my mind. I loved the doctor and she definitely made the experience for my son pleasant. Great initial diagnostics and general check up care by tech/assistant on a Saturday 10:50am appointment. Waited nearly 45 minutes for Dr. Cape to come in. She was clearly rushing to get through and out of there. Zero acknowledgement of wait. Rushed through her part. Not my issue she was running behind. Come in for an annual visit and expect aporoiate time and care. Horrible service. Will be switching providers.

When I come to a doctors office I like to feel that I am valued as an individual from the moment that I come into the door. I visited Marietta Eye clinic with my 5 year old daughter. Upon arrival, I was told that they would not take my vision insurance (they are in network, I had previously checked) because of her age. I would be self-pay. The doctor was rushed, but fine. The office staff was not friendly at all. My daughters glasses came in a week after they have been promised. At her follow up appointment, I witnessed an employee in the optical dept treat a patient extremely rudely. Do not plan to visit again, and would not recommend for children.

I was a new patient here when I started earlier this year. I have been going to other chain eye Dr places and Rx in 2020 just wasnt right. Seemed no one could get it right over the last 6 yrs. So I decided it was time to see a REAL eye dr soon bc I do craft shows and didnt want to wear my glasses I needed new Rx for contacts and glasses. After said and done my Rx is now double what the last Dr prescribed. Thanks to Marietta Eye Clinic I can see clearly now

Great and caring doctors! Dr. Dublin did my cataract surgery about two years ago. Eyes are now 2020. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this practice.

The optometrist told me after my examination that I would likely experience retinal detachment within the next decade even though my eyes were fine at my visit. She did not offer to answer questions or fully explain why she was giving this diagnosis as she hurried out of the room to her next patient.I have seen optometrists for the last 25 years or so. I have never been given a similar diagnosis, and certainly not as abruptly. I have since sought a second opinion from a member of the optometry board. He disagrees with the manner in which the diagnosis was given as well as the certainty of my experiencing retinal detachment within the next decade. He has taken me on as a patient, and I will no longer be a patient of Marietta Eye Clinic.Visiting this office feels like a cattle-call for patients. I did not experience the level of care that I expect from physicians at this practice.

Marietta Eye Clinic, and Dr. Andre Cohen, are very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Their service is top notch and I’ve always had great experiences. I know they’re taking good care of my eyes.

Dr Cohen is top notch and so is his staff. Professional yet friendly. His exam is thorough and he answers all questions and concerns. Followup with his staff is also thorough. Dont get discouraged if the phone isnt answered by a person. You will hear from the person you need assistance from immediately. There is more than enough staff to do any and every thing you need.

My annual eye exam in December 2020 was my first doctor visit since the Covid-19 pandemic started. I felt very safe during the entire process, and I appreciated the masks and social distancing. The ophthalmologist and other staff members were friendly and professional and answered all my questions.

My appointment was a good expierance. This was my first appointment as I have moved to the Woodstock area from Sharpsburg, GA. The assistant that checked my eyes was very through geting me ready for the Doctor. The doctor was very through with his exam. The young lady that fitted me with glaases was most helpful in chosing the right frames fro me. All in all it was a great experience. I highly recommend The Merrietta Eye Elinic..

Double billing and horrible customer service. Received an eye exam in September of 2020. The exam missed glaucoma discovered by another clinic. Paid $350 for an incompetent exam. Received a bill four months later for another $210 even though the entire balance was paid during the visit. They won’t even see you if you don’t pay before visit. Total garbage of an eye doctor. DO NOT USE. DISHONEST AND INCOMPETENT

I had a great experience with this location. The sign-in process was easy and convenient. The receptionists, techs and Dr. Thomas were all very professional and carried a great attitude. The only reason Im giving 4 stars was because I was told my brand of insurance didnt exist when I realized I forgot my card. I couldnt do much about it at the time because, well my eyes were dilated and I couldnt see (haha) but luckily we had an alternative. Aside from that moment, the gentleman that helped with our billing and glasses selection was very helpful, personable and overall great to work with.

Check-in is straight forward and simple. Usually you don’t wait to long after your “appointment time” for friendly staff to take care of you. Doctors I have seen are all good; MEC got rid of a few really bad doctors.Warning to always check your bill. The administration department is horrible. Bills are mostly incorrect, the staff never follows through or calls you back.

My son had a stye like bump on his eyelid for over 3 months and dr. Long proposed a conservative medication based approach to treating it first before a potentially traumatic surgery. This worked great for us as over time the bump disappeared.

My experiences at Marietta Eye Clinic have always been positive. The staff there are kind and helpful. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else. They are worth the drive from Paulding County .

I just had my Lasik procedure completed last week and it was seamless. Dr. Cohen did the procedure with 0 issues, and I have been seeing Dr. John for checkups which have been convenient and informative. A special shoutout to Ashleigh, the Surgical Vision Coordinator Manager who left me with nothing to worry about at the pre-procedure appointment and the day of surgery. Although the procedure was painless, I was nervous and she held my hand through the whole thing. I like going to Windy Hill Marietta Eye Clinic. It is easier to get an appt and the wait time is reasonable. I see Dr. Augustine, and I have found her to be a positive, caring opthalmologist. She takes the time to answer questions and explain procedures.

Wait times are not great. Doctors are great and can provide a wide variety of lenses and glasses

The doctors are great, but I kept getting bounced around between specialists with know definitive answers. I got the glaucoma diagnosis in short order, but I keep going back with no real prognosis offered. Is there a surgery? Will I eventually go blind? Are the drops the only thing in my future? Ive actually asked some of these questions with very vague responses, almost like theyre afraid to tell me
