Very friendly and helpful staff. I came in for an eye exam for both contacts and glasses and had a great interaction with both Dr. Lakhani and staff. Even when we had to adjust my prescription after my initial exam, Dr. Lakhani was happy and willing to make the necessary changes. Will definitely be a returning patient at this location.

I went to get my eyes examined and get some glasses. Its been three weeks still have not received my glasses, I paid 420, no one has called me just to let me know that my glasses has not come in yet. No customer service on that note. Why is it taking so long for me to get my glasses? I will not be back. Its not what I paid its the service. The doctor was good and explained what was needed to be explained to me, Im a diabetic and still waiting.

I called to try to set up an appointment. They scheduled me and I took time off work, then they called me back to check my insurance and I told them I had united health. The lady said that fine and I gave her my information and she said she couldnt find me in the system. I called my insurance company and they told me everything was fine. I called back and she said ok she will look into it. Then she called me back saying my insurance was expired after I just talked to them and they said everything was fine. Then she said she has my old information..I never gave my old info...then the truth came out and she told me that she doesnt like united health care because they dont pay her back...so thanks for ruining my day because you dont know how to file paperwork..Im leaving this to let people know this location is not respectful of peoples time. If she didnt like united health care for personal reasons she should have told me the first time we talked..I will let united know how you guys are soiling their name.

Please be advised theyre always too busy to help you, nobody returns calls and the doctor makes you sign off on your rights to get your prescription so you can order your glasses online. For the amount of money I was trying to spend on some new frames, I dont want to hear youre too busy to give me the information I need to move forward. Lets not forget to mention, I was defrauded into buying new frames to begin with. The doctor said my prescription changed so after I ordered the glasses, I reviewed my prescription and I barely needed new glasses; but I am not the craziest about the frames. All I wanted was to buy a better frame and couldnt get that information.

Visited the Doctors office on a Monday for an exam for some new contacts. Office chaotic and slow. Doctor was fine. Ordered lenses two days later. Never got receipt emailed. Called three times, promised receipt, still have not received. Dont even know if these $300 lenses have been ordered. They seem very incompetent.

I know there are some crummy reviews here and Im not saying they dont have some merit, but this was my first time there and it went very well! Side note - I had an eye exam, had my eye scanned (optional and extra $$), and ordered contact lenses through them.

This organization is highly efficient. Dr Pack upgraded all his equipment, and its completely computerized and very accurate. All assistants were very nice, and again, efficient. They made the most out of my insurance coverage - getting me the most services at the least cost out of pocket.Oh, I can see to freakin China now too. This prescription varied rather a lot from my old one, and the difference is just staggering.Enjoy.

Very disappointed in this location! I’ve taken my son here for the past 2 years so decided to go here for myself. When I got there, the lady asked if I had insurance. I said yes and gave her my card. She gave the paperwork to complete. I completed and returned it. They discussed dilation and the retinal exam with me and asked which did I prefer. I thought everything was good to go. I was then told their system had been down all morning so they couldn’t process my insurance. They said I could pay in full and then tomorrow they could process the insurance and reimburse me the difference but they had no way of knowing how much the insurance would cover. I asked why didn’t they call me before my appointment and let me know so I wouldn’t have wasted my time coming in and could have rescheduled. They said they thought the system would come back up. It really pissed me off that they wasted my time having me complete paperwork knowing they couldn’t process my insurance. Why not just tell me when I first got there instead of going through all the motions???? Really inconsiderate of the customer’s time. They could have called and explained and I would have rescheduled or told me when I got there and I would have rescheduled. They were very unapologetic and acted as if they couldn’t care less. I won’t be returning to this location.

Absolutely poor customer service. Rude at the very best. I am a fellow practitioner in the optical industry and when I called for something as simple as records or a patients prescription, the young lady who answered the phone, Cami, was extremely rude, with no apologies. I was warned by the mutual patient that this would happen, but I couldnt believe it! After getting through the conversation I immediately asked for the managers name and was swiftly told Jamie would not be in today. I instead decided Id write a review versus making a phone call. We should take pride in the ability to help people see, look great and feel great. We change peoples lives with giving them better sight. There is no room for being rude to those who need you!!!!

This is a first-rate establishment. Customer service was outstanding, with the staff generally going out of their way to be excellent in every way.They have a lot of different doctors, so while you might experience different personalities, Im sure that you can find a doctor whose personality you mesh really well with.For me, the process of picking out glasses at an optometrist is extremely important. This store has a wide selection of frames and very well-trained and attentive techs to help pick glasses which suit an individuals style preferences. Also, the techs are very proficient at fitting eyeglasses to your face. In my case, the tech wasnt happy with frosted white (not clear) nose-pieces provided with my glasses, so she offered to swap them out. I mentioned that the nose-pieces on my favorite sunglasses (10+ years old) had yellowed.....she had me bring them in from the truck and swapped those at no charge.

Just received my progressive glasses and love them. Have been with another eye doctor for a number of years and just wasnt happy with their upfront staff. LensCrafters was excellent on the customer service and my glasses came in several days earlier than expected.

Walked in to have my lenses changed out on my glasses and stood around for at least 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I know the associates were busy but at least a welcome, Ill be with you in a minute would have been nice rather than just totally ignoring me.

My husband had an appointment to get fitted for contacts at 3pm. Checked in, spoke to TWO different people, and then sat and waited with NO CONTACT for 1.5hrs. Finally he just left, and no one noticed or seemed to care. The service was deplorable, why have appointments if you have no intent in keeping them, and why have staff if they arent going to assist and provide acceptable service?! Will never return...

Staff made my wife feel uncomfortable. She recently bought a pair of glasses and sunglasses. The Rx was wrong, and gave her headaches. When we went to the store to return the pairs, the manager sighed and commented how the return would really mess up their sales numbers for the day.

Dont waste your time, go to another location. Horrible horrible customer service. Did I mention horrible. This was my 2nd year buying glasses from this location and it will be the last. I was looking at sun glasses to buy while waiting for my sister to finish her exam. I was never acknowledged while standing there. The manager Kim was working while the other agent was waiting on a customer and answering the phone. Still never once spoken to. Needless to say I brought a pair of designer sunglasses. Then 2 weeks later received a call the glasses was in for pickup. Went to get the glasses after work & I work in Mableton GA. Was told the glasses were not in yet. The 2 evening people had no clue of what they were doing could not blame them that goes back to management. After waiting 20 to 30 minutes, I get the glasses then was told no case came with a designer pair of glasses, (In What World). Finally got everything that evening. Then folks a week ago I get a message from lenscrafters saying my glasses were on back order. Did I want to wait or pick out another pair. SERIOUSLY!!

Very expensive and very poor quality! Got glasses and within one month the coating began to strip. Returned it but they would not accept ownership instead suggesting the glasses were left in heat. First pair of glasses Ive ever owned with this problem in 20 years.

Terribly crowded like a cell phone store the day after Thanksgiving. Myself and several other people were waiting for eye exam appointments. One person with an appointment scheduled an hour before mine was still waiting. I left without seeing the doctor, as did another person. It seems they schedule appointments every fifteen minutes and then expect people to wait an hour or more to be seen. I wil not be back.

Went for an eye exam and the blonde female that I spoke to and chose my frames and lenses out with took advantage of me as well as the manager in the eye exam area. I have a history of tbi so my mom usually comes along to help teach me stuff with insurance. I was going to be late so I didnt get her. My coverage was supposed to pay for the eye exam and then pay for most of the frames and the lenses. I didnt know until I saw my mother afterwards and she saw I paid $35 for the exam which I originally was told $25 before insurance and almost $70 for the glasses with lenses I didnt even want... When we went back the female automatically gave us an attitude and flat out lied and put words in my mouth. She never mentioned a warranty to me, which my mom brought up because I didnt know about one. She told her I said no. She continued giving terrible attitude and would raise her voice and constantly snap at my mother and i when Id tell her to stop and that she did take advantage of someone thats disabled and only 19. Prior to sitting down with us she even told other workers to turn the music in the lobby up. I guess it was so others couldnt hear the scam she just played... She wouldnt talk about any business. Just talked about my Taco Bell jacket and how neat my hearing aid was. She also didnt do any measurement changes on the frames so who knows if it comes in right. Very poor experience. I would not recommend what so ever.

I went to the Avenue in East Cobb location and was seen one hour later than my scheduled appointment time (no apologies given..). The appointment was very fast, after I got my new glasses I got frequent migraines and headaches. I went back 3 months later to get my eyes re checked. Again, I was seen 1h after my scheduled time. The doctor changed my prescription to cause less eye strain - and again no apologies. I am never going back to this office

I called to get my PD to order glasses online. The Lenox mall Lens Crafters gave me an estimate, which they said was not accurate, and they have to measure PD specifically for the glasses which were to be made. I asked if they could give me the PD on file from my last pair of glasses so that I would have a point of reference. She said she didnt have it on file, but to try the Lens Crafters of East Cobb where I bought the original pair of glasses.The Lens Crafters of East Cobb said that they have a policy and they are not allowed to give me my own measurements information. I said it seems like you all have a problem with me ordering something online. She said Yes! We do!I replied that I understand they have this policy in place to keep people from ordering online and creating competition for them, but it is really doing them harm. I no longer will be going there to get any sort of measurements - as once they have my own information they will not share it with me! She even went so far as to say well we have privacy laws, and we cant share this with you. Which is absurd, as I told her, privacy laws are for the person whos information it is! Not for the company!Id recommend they deal with their competition another way, and not refuse to give me my own personal information.
