These cookies are Amazing, however their non dairy cake was out of this world. The cookie cake and birthday cake were the beat non Dairy cake I have ever eaten . Hope was wondering to work k with.

Yesterday I woke up craving fresh baked cookies so I decided to visit Alis Cookies after googling a cookie shop near me. I will say the cookies are good but in my opinion they are too thick for my taste. I think they will be better if they were a bit thinner.

The owner of our company suprises us with snacks from Alis. OHHHH EMMMMM GEEEEEEE LOL!!! So AWESOME!!! My new addiction for sure! :)

I called Ali’s Cookies on a Wednesday afternoon with a large custom decorative sagar cookie order for a shower to be picked up on Friday. Not only did everyone RAVE about how delicious the cookies were but Ali’s Cookies could not have been more accommodating with my last minute request. I was coming in from out of town and they completed my order ahead of the originally scheduled time as a huge favor! HIGHLY recommend! The sweetest staff too!

I ordered a photo cookie cake for my brothers birthday - it was to be shipped to him in NJ. It was a landmark birthday for sure. He was turning 75 years old and having a pandemic zoom birthday party. I wanted to cookie there for the party so they could show it to everyone and we could sing happy birthday. Unfortunately, the cookie did not arrive in good condition. As you will notice from the pictures on-line - the cookie pictures have icing around the border of the cookie and around the picture. The cookie is wrapped in plastic wrap - which presented a very big problem when unwrapping it from around the cookie. There was no way to get the plastic wrap off without taking almost all of the birthday message with it and part of the picture. Although it was edible - I paid for a picture and birthday message that was not included on the cookie. My thoughts are if you are in the business to Ship a Cookie - you should know how to ship a cookie without it getting damaged. Anyone who uses plastic wrap knows how tricky it is to work with let alone place it over icing. It will surely stick to icing which in this case it did. Who knows what would happen if this were shipped during warmer weather how the cookie would arrive. My suggestion is to invest in a better shipping method so that the cookie arrives and there are not glitches.

Wasnt a fan, especially after reading they were voted best in ATL. Very nice service at their East Cobb location but the cookies are average at best. I feel that Insomnia or Crumbl, as new competitors, are much better. I believe Alis needs to take a hard look at their product as the competitive landscape has changed.

Came here this afternoon with my kiddies and i have been here before but live far .. but OMG the Smores cookie is sooooooo Delicious.. its like a camping trip inside your mouth lols If you haven’t tried already it is a Must have!!!

We have had a long standing relationship with Ali’s and have been ordering the cookie cakes for over 30 yrs (since it was called Chocolate Chips). The cookie cakes are delicious and we have ordered one every year for my wife since she was 9 yrs old. 🍪🍪🍪🍪

Ive read a lot of positive reviews but this wont be one of them. As someone who has passed by the establishment often, they always seem to be on vacation, close early, or outside of normal business hours. After a few months of of trying to catch the business open when Im available was met with disappointment.Above the door, it says come in for a sample.When you enter, it seems like a fresh bakery however their options were limited and one side was pure display only. When I asked the lady for a sample, she looked like a deer in the headlights. She never respond upon request and went back to what she was doing.Its OK. I went to bagelicious 2 doors down and got better service and cookies.

My kids request cookie cakes from the cookie shop for their birthdays every year. They always knock it out of the park and seem to accommodate any off the wall decorating requests my kids dream up. Of course we love stopping in for a cookie on occasion as well. I havent had a bad one yet, but my favorite is their sugar cookie.

The cookies are out of this world. The really do taste home made not loaded with sugar. There is a huge selection of cookie types. The person helping us was wonderfully patient and helpful.

I have been purchasing these cookies for about 10 years. Their cookies are always delicious and is the only reason I have made purchases over the years. I will say that customer service tends to be a bit off. The girls in the front can be quite rude, judgemental, and not welcoming what so ever. This has not happened on every circumstance, but I would say the insincerity occurs nearly 80 percent of the time. It is very obvious that the customer service is better when you buy more cookies. I recently made an online purchase as gifts. Although I did not see the boxes, I was told they looked great. They were sent and delivered on the expected date. I had also received a very friendly phone call from Jeff (probably the owner). He had just wanted to make sure the delivery address was correct because I was sending it to a university address for two separate people. I would recommend the cookies as gifts or for flavor, but not for customer service aside from the owners.

Its a good place for an after-dinner dessert I dont like the owner too much but I like the cookies and all that other stuff to have a wide variety of cookies that are not too expensive

Very upset for paying for a over priced cookie to be shipped for a birthday. It arrives melted. Won’t be buying from here again.

Best tasting cookies just once and a awhile have them for a 1.50 each !But still you cant beat the taste thumbs up to the owner!
