The staff is always friendly and hard working. Wait times can be a little long on weekend nights so I suggest getting the app and ordering online for curbside pickup. You’ll also earn rewards with your purchases. The weekly flavor rotation keeps me coming back. Definitely a great addition to the dessert options in the area!

Some are delicious and some meh - just okay! The week we went they had these delicious double chocolate chip cookies and peach cobbler - both were extraordinary. Milk chocolate chip and cupcake icing were alright. Luckily, there was no line at the Marietta location. Service was sweet! 😉

I’m a cookie Connoisseur and these are some the best cookies I’ve ever had! The building, parking lot and everything is top tier and nice. I got 4 big cookies in a cute pink box for just $10 which in my opinion they are worth more. You have to self order which I love and you can order for curbside pick up. I’ll be back!

A little confusing when you walk in. Customers are standing around, and you dont know whether its a line or people are waiting. If youre a walk-in theres no one welcoming you in or directing you on how to order, actually another customer instructed us in how to order. The pressure to get the cookies out to waiting customers is so much on the employees, youre not really acknowledged until your name is called for your order. Dont get me wrong the screens and self serve kiosks are nice and modern, but being in the south its missing that comfort charm that you usually get in a place that sells comfort food. The cookies are great though. They are like cookie& cake mix, its hard to finish a whole cookie, so dont do what my wife and I did and get a dozen for her birthday unless you have help. Over all, good concept, good product that lives up to the hype, but the business ethics needs some work. As a customer I dont know that my business is appreciated, it felt more like hurry up and buy.

Delicious cookies! Only reason it’s not a 5 is because if you place an order and then arrive to pick it up (and the order isn’t even done yet-not in the box), they don’t allow you to swap out one cookie for another. The whole store is full of cookies so not sure why that would be so difficult.

Best cookies in town. Love that they have staple flavors (chocolate chip, sugar), and they change other flavors weekly. I always come here to get treats for the office and theyre a hit. You also cant beat the cookie cutter!

An in person visit will require a wait. Store overcrowded and Covid protocols cannot be adhered (6 apart). Workers so busy pumping out the orders that it is hard to ask a question( i.e. how do you order sugar cookies wo icing on the store kiosk?)Will definitely go again, however, I will order online and pickup so I dont have to go inside at this time. Unless you are baking your own, Crumbl cookies are delicious and worth the wait.

Delicious cookies! Went in and purchased a four-pack. On my first visit, we got the chocolate chip, frosted sugar cookie (these 2 flavors are always available), Nutella filled and Salted Caramel Cheesecake. Every cookie was delicious. Every week, they change their flavors-- 4 new along with the 2 standard ones. On our second visit, we decided to get all 4 new flavors -- Pumpkin Chocolate chip, Pink Velvet, Sea Salt Toffee and Peanut Butter Brownie. Pumpkin was my least favorite but still a good cookie. Tried to get some today but realized that they dont open on Sundays. Missing the cookies this week. In-store service can be slow as people are undecided. If I get there and see that the store is packed, I just get on my app and order it online. It may not be a lot faster but definitely a lot safer as Im not a fan of crowded places during this pandemic.

The cookies are amazing!! If you haven’t been, be prepared to do everything contact free. You will order and pay from a screen, then wait for the box to come out. They don’t do mini cookies other than catering, and the order ahead seems like it is always “at capacity” for the day. The first time I went (noon on a week day) I expected to be able to walk in to no line and get a cookie and eat at the store. Nope, it was SLAMMED with pick up orders and there is no seating to stay and eat. The second visit, (8am on a week day) I was able to order quickly but there were still other customers. This place must be busy 24/7!

I ordered the night before and let them know when I arrived and it was ready! Definitely would download the app and use it. You can sign up for all kinds of rewards. Cookies are the best and the packaging is perfect for small or large groups.

I walked in close to 9 PM and the shop was PACKED! That didn’t stop the staff from being friendly and so fast. From the moment I completed my order it took about 5 minutes to receive my cookies. The young lady that gave me my order was so sweet! I’m very impressed. Thank you, guys! I’ll be back.

This is a really interesting idea for a cookie shop. If youre looking for a thin crunchy cookies, go elsewhere. If youre looking for soft chewy cookies, go elsewhere. If youre looking for a chewy center surrounded by crispiness, this is not it. These cookies are really had the mouth feel of a cake; al dented as it hits the mouth and melting away on your tongue (for the frosted cookies). Now I understand why even a single cookie is served in a box. I tried to pick up a whole cookie, and it was too big and heavy to be eaten like a regular cookie (same thing for chocolate chip and peanut butter and salted pretzel, potato chip cookies). We used fork and knives and served up cookie pieces like pie slices. For those avoiding human contact, this place is for you. The customer walks in, place their order and pay at the kiosk, wait for their order for pick up. I entered this store for the FIRST TIME hoping to speak to someone about this and that about each cookie and how its made and was shocked to see the assembly line set up like a fast food restaurant. This is not like a neighborhood bakery as I was hoping for but it certainly has its merits. Each cookie can easily serve four with modest appetites and can serve two with bigger appetites. I highly wouldnt recommend one person eating a whole cookie in one sitting. Enjoy!

I absolutely LOVE crumbl cookies! It’s always a surprise to see what new flavors they have each week. On top of that, the cookies there always end up being so good! They practically melt in my mouth! I definitely recommend going there if you’re looking for cookie deserts!

These cookies are far beyond delicious! I absolutely love the peanut butter. The delivery is super convenient and the prices are very reasonable considering the size of the cookies. I also love the fact that the menu is constantly changing, while keeping some basics always available. The perfect fix for that pesky sweet tooth!

Online order was super convenient. Tried all the creamy frozen treats. Fabulous favors. the Raspberry Cheesecake is delight with tasty freshness of fruits. the Churro flavor is also a hit. then there are the rest of the boring ones (still good) like vanilla and brownie.

We had the penthouse loft room to fit 6 people. It was beautiful! Location was great! Grounds were beautiful. We asked for a late check out and they gave it with no problem 😊. This will be my go to hotel from now on! Thank you all so much!!

I have been unable to order curbside at this store for a week or so. This also prevents me from ordering curbside at other stores from my home because they are the closest location. I asked when I visited the store today and was told that due to a corporate decision that they are no longer doing curbside pickup because they were struggling to keep up with orders. I called another store in the area and confirmed that is not true. It is the franchise owner of this store who made that decision. I asked why they wouldnt turn it on when they are slow such as tonight when I was the only customer in the store. I was told theyre usually much busier. Was that when you were allowing app orders? Do you think maybe you just lost a bunch of business by making a terrible decision then lying about it to customers? Why dont you pay your employees well enough to hire enough staff to keep up with demand?

The cookies are phenomenal. Unfortunately placing a curbside pick up order in advance consistently takes longer to receive ( you sit in your car 30+ Minutes) than just waking in to order, even when the line is long. Don’t bother ordering ahead for a specific time using the app. You’ll wait longer. Maybe they need to rethink operations.

I ordered online; delivery in Marietta, GA. Wrote a Birthday. Message that was suppose to be delivered with order, but didn’t and the ribbon on the box for Birthday wasn’t attached. The cookies were great and well liked! But, they didn’t know who sent them. Until I called and spoke to them, since I live in another state, it was the perfect gift to send.

Cookies are a 6 out of 5!Time estimates, curbside, delivery, and overall scheduling of product is a 2. Every time we order, curbside or delivery, they miss by 10-20-30 minutes and it’s always over (never early) and most times, they come out and tell you they are out of at least one cookie type. This “ruins” the experience for one or some in the family….Again, cookies are amazing.

Fantastic cookies. Decent pricing for what you get. Unfortunately they haven’t figured out how to meet the demand of their success. They are often out of flavors, which are already very limited. And they have not figured out how to move customers through the store with any speed. There is no such thing as popping in for a quick cookie. If you gave not ordered ahead it is always a 10-15 minute wait. It is also a little sneaky to make $2 the default tip amount on the app. The scrupulous thing to do would be to start at zero and let the customer add a tip if they prefer. Don’t make them manually go in and change the amounts. Hopefully they can get smarter and improve their service.

If I could leave 0 stars for THIS location I would! My wife placed and online pickup at 9:00 AM, to pickup at 5:30 PM when she got off of work. This order was for 12 cookies with 6 being chocolate chip cookies and was a birthday surprise. She received multiple texts throughout the day keeping her up to speed with the order. When she got off of work, she drove to this Crumbl location and checked in online. 12 minutes later an employee approached her car and asked if she was the person waiting for the order. They notified my wife that they were out of the chocolate chip cookies and it would be another 45 minutes until they were ready and then asked what she wanted as a replacement. Well the birthday surprise is for a child that does not eat frosting/icing and does not care for other cookie flavors. My wife stated she would like a refund and to have received SOME TYPE OF COMMUNICATION before driving 25 minutes out of her way to get to this location when she lives over an hour away from her work! There was NO concern for any time wasted at all. When my wife arrived home, I called the store and asked for the manager. I spoke to the “shift supervisor/lead” and she was apparently unaware of this incident and went into the system to process my refund, since it apparently was NOT done over an hour before when my wife left the store without any of her order. Completely NO care or concern for orders placed 8 hours in advanced. Will definitely not be back to this location and I will probably not visit a Crumbl in the future if this is the type of business they are operating.

Service was great 👍. These cookies are definitely worth the price. Its hard to finish one cookie because they are so big. They taste phenomenal 🤤. As you walk in to your left there is a kiosk. Pick your cookies, pay via credit card then wait to be called if you dont want to do the traditional thing. This was a faster option in my opinion. Worth it.

Love the cookies!!! The churro was my favorite so far and the vanilla Oreo is my second favorite!!! Beware these are highly addictive! I wish there was some lower calorie options

Best cookies I’ve ever had by a large margin. Once you try these, you will be hooked and be rushing to the website at 8pm every Sunday to see what the new weekly flavors are. The flavors are really good interpretation of the food that it’s based on in my opinion. This location appears to be very busy with a very limited staff. I’ve waited 20 minutes before I realized the time. Today I ended up with a cookie flavor I didn’t order, which left much to be desired. I took them back - out of my way, to only be told they were sorry after only calling 7 times for the phone to hang up.

Sometimes you get great quick service and sometimes you get bad slow service. Very inconsistent. It’s annoying they sell out of cookies so fast. Went on a Monday first day of new flavors and already sold out of the one I wanted to try. Went last week for the mallow cup cookie the drizzle on top was missing and the cookie was raw.Honestly the cookies are ok. The novelty of it is getting different flavors than traditional cookies. Wish they let you get the small cookies but it’s catering only.I know it isn’t the locations fault but maybe they can pass it on. The app needs a support number that’s not calling the location. I had an order and used my rewards but didn’t get the points. Asked an associate about it and she wouldn’t help. Told me to call support but there isn’t a number.

6 months ago, CRUMBL was my favorite place to get cookies from, but I feel like recently it has been going downhill. When I arrived tonight, I placed my order for two cookies. Both were in stock at the time I ordered. After waiting for thirty minutes, I was extremely frustrated because the workers did not seem to care about the extremely long lines and upset customers and showed no sense of urgency in packing peoples orders. They have no regard for peoples time. I even watched another customer ask a worker to see where in line her order was and she was ignored. When my order was called out over an hour later, I was informed they were sold out of both of the cookies I had ordered. I asked what my other options were and was told there was only one choice left. At this point I asked for my money back and as I response I was disrespectfully told “I don’t know how to do that”. After this, I don’t know if I will be back.

Great store and always great customer service. Fast workers especially for all of the busy days that come. And to top it off, amazing cookies!

Was really looking forward to trying this place, especially based on the mostly very positive reviews. My party of four received absolutely zero acknowledgment from any of the at least 6 staff members working. It was honestly one of the most awkward experiences I’ve ever had in a retail establishment. I could understand this if the store was very busy but it wasn’t…there was one other customer who was friends with a staff member (who came in after us and got waited on right away). We were finally acknowledged after the customer who came in after us was helped. Part of the problem here is that the staff expected us to know that we were supposed to place our order on the screens ourselves, but there was no clear sign posted about this and no instruction or interaction from the staff.There needs to be some customer service training here, especially for the staff working at Noon on 5/19/21.As far as the cookie goes, it was great. Based on that I will give them one more shot but if the customer service and employee attitude is similar next time I will not be back.

I had been many times before. I am signed up for their rewards (totaled over $100). After having the worst customer service experience of my life, Ill never go back. I have waited over a month to post this review (it wouldve been worded more harshly had I done it that day).Crumbl was celebrating a milestone for the number of franchises they had just reached and were offering free delivery through their third party partners (ie DoorDash). After waiting 20 minutes (I had no place to be) and spending $12 for 4 cookies, one of the featured cookies that was not available when I originally ordered was back in stock. The gentleman who received his order before me switched out one of his cookies for the newly available strawberry shortcake cookie. When my order came up, I asked the lady if it was true that the cookie was available. She replied, yeah, you can pay and wait. I asked if it was possible to switch one of my current cookies. She replied (with an oh so pleasant tone), yeah, if you want to make everyone else wait. Again, I had been standing there for 20 minutes. Taken aback, I just smiled and stated the cookies look great, Im good. At that point she decided to double down and replied again, no its fine, if you want to make everyone else wait. After a 30 second conversation, she begrudgingly took the 2 seconds necessary to switch out the cookies.Under the circumstance, I understand being stressed and busy, but I gave her the out and she went out of her way to comment again. The cookies are good, but so are Publix, Sprouts and any number of local bakeries that have opened recently.

We stood in line for 40 minutes and had like 4 people behind us get there orders before us. We then asked if our order had been lost and it turned out that they had our order sitting there & never called it out. Horrible delivery service! I ordered delivery and was given an hour ETA. 3 hours later and an hour after receiving a text that a driver was approaching called the store to get ‘disconnected’ after being put on hold.. called back and then waited on hold for 7 minutes before I could be told my order was JUST packed and hadn’t even gone out for delivery.
