Walked in and for a minute it looked like there was only the tech guy present, but after he finishes receiving a delivery, an older gentleman helped me find exactly what I needed. His name was Floyd, I think. His name tag had a sticker on part of it. He walked me right to the exact item I was there for! Great experience; in and out, despite the low number of staff.

Working from home last year this Office Depot has become the place to go for all my office supply. Great people and very helpful. Thanks for being my IT and printing support team.

Called to ask if they have a product with clearly stated certain dimensions. Got a reply of yes we have it. Drove there and they don’t have. If you want to waste your time for nothing, please visit them.

Nice people. Good service. I had to return a laptop and it was hassle free.When they asked why, I said I just didnt love it and they said fine.I have also used their printing services a lot recently. The staff there has been very helpful helping me get all my documents printed.

I had great, friendly help in the store but it all went downhill after that.I purchased a 2-drawer, $99 file cabinet that was to be delivered to my home the following day & was told I HAD to be home in order for it to be delivered (which is ridiculous). They have me a TWELVE HOUR delivery window from 7 am until 7 pm. I’m not sure who has this kind of time on their hands but I blocked out the entire day. I opened my blinds and watched out for their delivery truck all day. I didn’t leave my house or do anything important. At 5:30 pm it still hadn’t arrived so I contacted Office Depot through their online chat & was told delivery had just been attempted but no one was home.I knew this was a lie because I had been sitting at my desk by my front window all afternoon AND I have Ring cameras on my front porch & driveway. Now I’m told the delivery may happen tomorrow! I’ve thrown an entire day away waiting on this delivery and probably won’t get it tomorrow because I cannot sit at home waiting on it then.I will NOT step foot in this store again unless it is to demand my money back on this purchase since I may never see this file cabinet.

I was very close to putting my items down and walking out. Ron, the store manager, needs to reevaluate his job description and desire to work for this company. If you have customers waiting, and your one employee in that department is very busy, you greet the customer, and jump in the trenches to help out. Customer service is lacking here.

This store has a very pleasant and modern atmosphere. I went the other day to buy a router of which Id say they have a decent selection. Staff is very knowledgeable about the products. However the only thing that disappointed me was there was only one salesperson who had enough knowledge on the routers and printers. I had to wait 20 minutes before he was able to help me, but I dont hold it against the store too much because I bet its very uncommon four people come in at the same time that need help with selecting a printer or router. Overall it was a good experience.

Terrible...only one person working the store and if you’re looking for an easy to find laptop ddr...don’t waiste your time thinking that this place might have it. They don’t!

Office Depot has remodeled. Cleaner lines. Easier to find what you were looking for without having to dodge things which have no business being in an office supply store. They actually had staff on the floor to assist in finding what I needed. Seems that the trick is for getting ink however is to just go straight to the front counter because they have it all stored behind at the counter. Worth giving them a new look

I took my computer in for Steven to look at it and see if he could help with some info. He was great! I am not very knowledgeable on electronics so he was very helpful in giving me some quick pointers!! Thankful to him and Office Depot for having this great extra addition to their store!!!

Very rude and unprofessional customer service. The employees were just chatting up front and did not want to help. When we finally got help the man was comically condescending; plus he set off the alarm on the merchandise.

Daniel was EXCELLENT! He fixed my computer and was a HUGE help! Very nice young man! I highly recommend him!

Daniel Jones whom always runs the printing section (usually by himself) is the most amazing, respectful, raise deserving employee of any customer service job Ive ever encountered. He manages to do a million jobs at once while still balancing his time and efficiency. He takes care of me and every other customer ever ever seen him encounter. Please give this man a raise.

Just a warning. If you are under any kind of deadline, I would advise against using this location for your printing needs. I placed an online order on the 20th & was notified my order would be ready by the 23rd at 4pm & I would be alerted by text. After waiting until 5pm for the text that never came, I called the store & spoke with Avery in the printing department who advised me she was too busy to help me or make sure my prints would be ready by store closing that day. Instead, she said shed leave a note for the overnight associate to make sure my prints would be ready to be picked up by 9:30am the following morning. Of course, that never happened. Again the next morning I called & spoke with another associate at 10:30am who told me hed get right on it. Nonetheless, my prints were not ready until close to 2pm that afternoon. By then I had taken the order to another location that had them printed within an hour. Terrible customer service, I wont be patronizing this location again.

Wow.... no customer service whatsoever.... needed copies and had to ask for help because the woman behind the counter seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered on a Friday night..... Ron finally helped me and said that the color copier has been down quite some time. As we are checking out I hear another employee say something to the woman who ignored us and found out this was the Manager I think the employee called her Jillian..... just a piece of advice to Jillian ... get out of the retail business, you need to be a people person !

Excellent service. Computer system down but Manager to rescue and everything went smoothly. Recommend this to everyone.

Sales associate was hiding behind tech desk playing Hearthstone, a video game,on the work computer and was rude and short with me when I asked him for help. The store is Roswell is 100% better and I will never shop at this location again.

Very nice, clean store. Only criticism is that their prices are extremely high. Amazon is about 1/2 the price on laser jet label packets.

I have had two very bad experiences with Office Depot/Max. I bought some ink cartridges in a sealed box only to find the cartridges were used. When I returned them I was treated like a crook until I made a fuss and than they gave me some unused cartridges. Today I had another problem having to do with recycling cartridges. First let me say Ive been told by to store employees (2 different stores) that I get back $2.00 per cartridge, period. Come to find you dont get anything unless you have reached at least 1000 points = $10.00. 2 cartridges are 400 points if at the end of the quarter you dont have 1000 points you loose the money you were due. If you recycle 7 cartridges you get 1400 points, $2.00 per cartridge or $14.00. at the end of the quarter you get $10.00 dollars not $14.00. I am now doing my recycling elsewhere. FYI, when I spoke to someone at their 800 number she was rude and not understanding or helpful.

Friendly staff. Great selection of office supplies. Not sure why they even bother offering electronics as the vast majority are outdated or lower level models. If you buy an old computer, itll be ancient in 6 months.

Its good to go to to find school suppplys and office stuff, but the challenge is finding the things you need.

Do not use their online services...they are a total mess. two managers at two stores agreed. corporate is unable to issue refunds. had to go to my bank to dispute payment. could not get a manager from corporate on the phone...total run around.

I was at Office Depot to mail several packages. The computers were very slow and the clerk stepped away for several minutes and went up front to assist with check outside. As I was in the store first and he was already working with me, I felt that was not good customer service. Not my best experience using the shipping service at this store.

Waited a half hour for someone to help with the purchase of a printer, was looked at but never asked if I needed help. Very poor customer service in the store and if you call. Had a bad experience with the purchase of a desk, also, took months to straighten it out.
