I’ve been coming here for 4 years and never had a problem up until a month ago . They lost my package and acted as if they didn’t know what was going on. It’s worse that you have to lie and say you’ll contact me back and put me on hold for 45 minutes . I called about the issue bc it still never got sent out so they proceeded to try and put me on hold again and to call me back due to “customers “ and being on one computer . Considering I work by them I know for a fact that they don’t get that busy or have that many customers especially at 10am on a MONDAY . I’m a very understanding person and would’ve understand if they just owned up to their mistake but no they continued to ignore me and my matter . Sad. Never coming back again . Thanks for putting me in a messed up situation for these payments I now have to make .

Dropped off my Priority Overnight Fed Ex and it somehow it did not get put in the pile of outgoing packages, a day late for our package. A little more attention to detail would help. Sometimes it is better to cutout the middleman when it absolutely has to be there over-night. This facility is convenient, but i wont chance it again.

Great shipping location!!! Its much better then going to the post office and waiting in line for 30 mins or so to ship one thing. I love that I was in and out. They handled all my shipping needs perfectly. Packages arrived in great time and were packaged well. Has amazing printing services too and prices were more then reasonable. Will go there again!!

Toby the owner really helped me out and was friendly, professional and patient. I chose the wrong way to ship some thing and he helped me save over $60 dollars.

DO NOT GO HERE! GO ANYWHERE ELSE! This place is the WORST. Completely unreliable. I was lied to and overcharged! I explicitly requested to FedEx a time sensitive package. My documents were put in a fedex package and I was told I was paying for FedEx. Turns out they overcharged me USPS. SOHO lied and have completely defeated the point of shipping internationally.

Great service!!! I took my phone to them to see if they could fix it, because my phone was locked on itunes support screen and they were able to get it unlocked and back to what it was before it became locked. And at a lower price than your service provider would ask for. Very friendly and helping!!!

Terrible customer service. I literally went in asking for the most simple task: to print return address labels (after all, the sign reads Printing Services). After being told they dont do that and having to re-explain myself, she said that although they could do it, the design would take too long and they were about to close. This was 20 minutes before they closed and I wanted Times New Roman address labels. Safe to say, I will not be returning.

I tried using this store because it was close to my business. They told me it would take $64.00 to overnight a large envelope to Colorado when the Post Office Charges $19.99. I explained this to the teller and she said that the reason it was so much was because of the happenings in Russia and the raised gas prices. Really! I got the $19.99 price from the USPS website that day. Needless to say I will not be back. Friendly and Convenient are not always the best when they are screwing you with the price.

This is a rare family owned store in an area of corporate suburbia. Support the local small businesses like this one - excellent location. Give it a shot.

Beats USPS hands down in my opinion.I love that you can get all the prices for FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Typically very helpful and friendly.

The service is courteous and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. They go the extra mile to help customers at a reasonable price.

Bad. Not sure how they stay in business. They are very, very, very expensive. Id rather go to the UPS store or directly to the post office than to pay their inflated pricing. The final straw was today. Last nigh they told me they could notarize our out of state documents. Today the woman said no and abruptly referred us to the courthouse. After taking an hour to drive into town and pay to park, the courthouse said that they could not do it and we should go to the UPS store. All we needed was the actual signor and ID which is what we had at SOHO. She caused us to waste valuable time and Im vowing never to go there again. Not sure how they stay in business.

You will be treated great, right up until the time something goes wrong. And trust me, with these people, anything can go wrong. They have employees behind the counter that have no idea what they are doing, or the impact that can have on you or your business. If you need something delivered and they are your only option...deliver it yourself!

The staff is trustworthy, as if it is their device that is broken. The repair guy- Mrs.edwins is very understanding and obviously seems to know what he is doing.. thanks soho office!

I have been a customer of SOHO for about 4 years when I moved to this area. All my mail and packages are delivered there. It makes me feel secure knowing that my mail and packages arent sitting on my porch or in my mailbox announcing to the world that Im not at home! There are times they have even stayed open abit longer to allow me to getmy packages when I have been out of town and I really appreciate that.

I dropped off a package and it sat there for three days before I was notified by Fedex that it had not been scanned in. Do not use this location as a drop off only use if they ship. Lucky I bought the insurance on the package I dropped off.

Wont use this location again. The package weight on SOHO receipt was 0.7 lbs and FedEx showed the weight at 0.5 lbs??? They told me to drop the package off at a FedEx drop box across the street - Fed Ex didnt pick up the package until the next day. Over $30 for two day shipping and the package wont arrive for 5 days. What a disappointment.

Horrible! Way overpriced! I could mail my package at the post office for $7 and the cheapest they would ship it was for $24. I would drive cross country and hand deliver my package before I would do business with them.
