The lady at the front was helpful in helping me locate the products I needed but when it was time to pay, she asked me “credit or debit”? and I replied “credit”. She then proceeded unprovoked to ask me if the credit card was mine. The connotation in her voice made it seem as if I stole the card. Overall, I didn’t have a good experience at this location. Do not shop here!

I love this store! They are so helpful!

I brought some head bands, earrings, hair spray and hair oil. The store was clean and neat. You could find various items upon the shelves because they were in order and grouped for easy access. The prices were reasonable for a beauty supply store. I would definitely become a repeat customer based off of the welcomed customer service rendered to me and needing some beauty supplies with good quality items for sale. 👍😉

I will not be shopping at this location ever again. Staff is very rude and they overpriced the item. Cashier forgot to include an item. Purchased came back with a receipt and they refused to give me the item. Im disgusted by this store.

They had some of everything there. Friendly, knowledgeable and funny staff. Nice and somewhat spacious place.

Good customer service

They did not speak when you enter saying hello is free. Speaking to your customers makes then want to continue doing business with you. They also have a minimum purchase limit with debit card transactions of $5 dollars. I couldve grabbed two of the items I wanted to purchase but the Asian woman behind the counter was extremely rude. I would recommend you to take your money elsewhere!!!

They were really friendly and courteous helping me with my bumps in my face. The African American sister was outstanding!

I will start off saying I was not greeted entering the store until I got by the wigs (in back of the store at this point)1. OVER PRICED -for no reason2. USUALLY WHEN GIVING A CUSTOMER LAST WIG ON A MANNEQUIN YOU GET A DISCOUNT NOT THERE THO .... I’ll take my business somewhere else3. GO TOO HARD TRYING TO MAKE YOU BUY A WIG, RELAX THE SELL WILL COME TO YOUEncourage everyone if you need hair supply check Wal-Mart first before going there let this store be last result !

My wife purchased a $200 wig supposedly 100 percent human hair but only lasted two weeks. After two days it was all tangled, notted and dificult to comb. Went back to the store and purchased their recommended hair conditioner but without any positive results. After a week hair started to come off everytime you combed it. After two weeks it was unusable, had to dispose of it and buy a new one.
