We were trying to get a very urgent medicine transferred for my sister. I called several CVSs and they said they didn’t have it and would have to order it. This location said it would be ready the next day at 9:30am. So we had to call the next day and they said they didn’t have it and would have to order it. Two days later we are still waiting…..It is very important to know when meds will be available. You would think a Pharmacy would know that. CVS teach your employees the importance of accurate information!!

Called every day for the last four days. The phone rang to the pharmacy for 20 minutes each call and never had anyone pick up. The call ended on me thanks to their system. This location sucks and I’m so glad I’m moving.

Obnoxious automated phone system makes me dial 10 choices so that I can learn that the “pharmacy will open at 10am.” Have we become so greedy in America that we will do anything to avoid real customer service?

I’ve worked customer service so I’m probably the nicest easiest going customer the pharmacy has, but there is only so much I can take especially when it comes to my health. I’ve been a customer since they opened. They never answer the phone when they do they are so rude. I understand we’re in the height of covid, but maybe cvs should not be offering covid testing at the drive thru when they can barely handle what their doing to begin with. I personally do not feel safe being at the drive through knowing that they are doing covid testing in the same line. I’m switching pharmacies for good! My antibiotic won’t be released because they are waiting to hear back from a doctor. I had to wait on the phone 20 mins for them to pick up and when they did I had to drag the answer out of the tech. She was so rude. She just kept saying “it’s ready yet”. It’s been 2 days! I don’t have time to keep going back and forth while sick and then having to wait so long to get answers.I understand it’s not entirely their fault, but a little communication could go a very long way. I can’t help them if they can’t help me. I’m only writing to hope cvs hears me. It’s not really the people that work there’s fault. When you over work your staff you get rude customers which turn into rude staff, just an FYI. Shout out to Jesus and the pharmacist because they have always been nice.

Worst Pharmacy. Consistently makes mistakes and does not follow through. Not helpful or courteously to customers. After years of using them finally had the last straw on a prescription that I have not had for over a week due to their incompetence!

COVID Testing is a disaster. It take about 20 min for each person to made their “do-your-self” testing. People is confused, not clue how to doing it, no assistance at all. The car line can take up to 1 hour or more.

Stay away....have had numerous issues with time delays, incompetent people (was told its a training store). Today was told Medicare drug plan was not accepted. Had transferred to competitor and they filled for 10% of the CVS price.....STAY AWAY and save the hweadache. Spoke to department manager several times and he really doesnt care. Checked with other pharmacies and revealed to not use the store as they experience issues with transfers and calling.

New and different products in comparison to other pharmacies. Staff was friendly and overly helpful. Products were more expensive but expected considering the area. They didn’t accept HSA card at pharmacy check out and Walgreens does, hoping they update system..

Called for a refill, they said it will be ready in 1 hour, 2 hours later and still not ready. Couple of pharmacy employees are rude. Cant wait till my employer drops them

If you are using the Pharmacy BEWARE! I have had several occasions where I have been overcharged. I have had occasions where they do not apply the insurance I have had several occasions where I have been told I am purchasing 3 months worth and only receive 1 month. Today, December 12, I am picking up my husbands prescription. I am told they are giving me a 3 month supply and the cost is $283, $100 more that last time. My husband has silverscript for drug supplement insurance. I am told by the associate he must not have hit his deductible yet The associate is not able to explain the $283 in any logical way. Based on lack of info I choose to purchase 1 month worth. My 1 month worth ring up at $46 - REALLY? I have got to wonder how many people, especially our seniors, are being ripped off here due to incompetency.

Rotten.Totally devoid of common sense. They refused to refill a contemporaneous written pain medication prescription identical to the 4 or 5 others they had filled in the last couple of months.They wouldnt even call the other CVS location where the same issue had occurred recently ( and been fixed on the spot by the pharmacist at that location), in order to confirm that everything was legit.Instead, they expected me to get the doctor on the phone at 7:30 Friday night.Now I get to spend the entire weekend in pain, but apparently thats not a problem for CVS.Good thing Im not a heart patient!

Severely understaffed. We called ahead for passport photos and were told it would be done in minutes. We waited in line. After a while someone took our photo. Meanwhile a line of 20 people built up at the register. The person told us that we would have to wait until he took care of them. Wait. Wait. Wait. The person calls for help but no one shows. 20 min later someone shows up to help. Terrible.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I have been picking up my prescription at this location for the last 3 years, and I always had a pleasant experience up until recently. Maybe it could be blamed on new or poor management. I went to pick up my prescription through the drive thru. Rose who was the care representative working the window that did not acknowledge me, even though she looked at me through the window and I proceeded to wait for 5-7 minutes before she acknowledged that I was there. When she finally opened the window, I was greeted by a very lackluster attitude to say the least. I told her that I was there to pick up my prescription, and she went to retrieve it. When she returned she let me know the price, which was much higher than usual. I told her that my insurance had changed and my husband was sending me a picture of my new card. With the same pompous attitude she told me that she could not wait a minute to take my card, even though this has been done at this same location before and I had waited for her; due to the fact that there was a car behind me. I let her know that it would just take a minute and she rudely insisted that she could not wait. I drove around and went into the store, which is something I had not planned on doing due to health reason. I advised her of how rude she was in which she smugly smiled and shrugged it of. So on my way out I requested to speak with a manager, Terrell. Who to my surprise came to greet me in sweats, and completely lacked empathy. He continued to respond okay, but never once said Im sorry about your experience. Not a good trip.

My experience at the location has never been good. I try to send someone else for me because the staff has been very rude. I am forced to use CVS so you would think that they would be able to hire quality friendly staff. I did speak to one man today that was nice. My doctor called in a script last week and again, it wasnt ready when we went to get it. This has happened before. Even new scripts, on hold. Why? No one could tell me. I will start trying to get my scripts moved to another CVS that Im forced to use.

I get that they’re understaffed so I don’t blame the staff, I blame the mgt for that. But I call and am waiting 5 mins to reach a pharmacy worker (woman) and she then leaves me on hold for 14 minutes while she goes to ‘verify something’. I finally hang up, wait another 4 mins for someone to pick up, and a male staffer gets me the answer in 30 seconds. Only a jerk or an incompetent leaves you hanging on hold and goes back to work like the woman did. Poor.

Always understaffed and the only new face Ive seen couldnt spell my name. I literally had to type it in for her. The next three customers had the same experience. After dropping off my prescription an hour ago and coming back its still not ready. The aforementioned customers prescriptions were also not ready even though the pharmacy called to say they were. I think the misspelling lady at the register just doesnt know how to check.This place is awful.

The service at this location is disappointing. Last example is that I was texted my medicine was in but when I arrived it was not. Staff said they would reorder, in over two weeks, still no medicine. Any time I speak to them, they seem indifferent and act as though the burden should be on me to figure out how to fix it.

Picked up my prescription and dropped off my sons. Came back at 4:15 pm, waited in drive thru until 4:45 pm. When I got to window the price seemed high. I questioned it and they asked me to drive back around while they added my insurance. Im back in the line now and it is almost 5 pm. Im not sure how my insurance wasnt added when I dropped it off. Either way just plan to wait if you go through the drive thru!

Its bad enough they switched from a 24 hour pharmacy to normal hours, but you would would think they would at least change the sign out front. Also, even though they are now just normal hours they cant even open on time. We waited till 9:13 for them just to open when they were suposed to open at 9:00 am.
