The lady at the pharmacy which I have been going to for years always asks me if Iโve been here before. This last time she told me my medication wasnโt in stock three hours after I dropped it off. This is a medication I needed that day and they were about to close. As soon as I asked if she could check and see if other locations nearby had my medication in stock she said oh Iโm sorry we actually do have it, I just didnโt check. I mean seriously? One month later, Today, I went back snd she refused to fill my script because she said it was a day early although on the script itself that my doctor wrote was for TODAY. I will never be back to this location.
How can you close at 8?
Im not a very regular customer but have popped in over the years and service was fine though not fast. I quit buying milk as it seem to go bad before expiration date but they would replace it. My issue now is a safety issue in that their bushes around their main sign have gotten so big that they block the view of traffic on the nearby road (Waterfront). The speed is 45 here and you need a clear line of sight even with a stop light and shouldnt have to stick your nose into traffic to do that. I talked with the manager about it and being nothing has improved in over two weeks Im presuming they dont care about safety of their customers or nearby residences.
Itโs taken 3 hours for me to get my prescription. I understand itโs flu season and itโs a hard time to be in the pharmacy but when I am standing at the desk and Iโm told the assistant โhasnโt gotten to take her 15 todayโ itโs a little infuriating. Im giving 2 stars because rest of the store is great, the pharmacy needs some SERIOUS help.
This store is very organized and clean. The staff is knowledgable, courteous and helpful. I know this because I have shopped there for several years and get my annual flu shot there. You can count on Walgreens being open even when everything else is closed. This store and staff deserve so much more credit than they get. They are dependable and consistent and the community is fortunate to have them closeby.
Ive been to this Walgreens 7 times, each for a prescription. They have one of the slowest group of staff memebers Ive ever seen. Each employee has their own way of being slow. Itll be 20 minutes, before anyone will acknowledge me. This location should get an entirely new staff and actually train the employees for better costumer service.
Very nice clean store good customer service! A lot of cool board games !
Pharmacist couldnt be bothered to do the required math... my son had just been discharged from the hospital and he had a prescription for antibiotics. I took it to this local Walgreens because Im a big supporter of the company in general and the pharmacist told me that no area Walgreens carry this drug. This is a common antibiotic, not a complicated compound medication. The mgs were too low in dosage he said. I explained he couldve easily tried to reach childrens healthcare to recalibrate the milligrams but just couldnt be bothered to do the mathematics required which is something very easily done when transitioning the formulas for medications. I took it back to my old side of town and the pharmacist calculated the milligrams easily and made the medication.
This store must be one of the worst Walgreens here in Marietta. They operate with minimum staff who are slow. I usually have to look around for the cashier to purchase my goods as she is NEVER at her post, and then she always give me some sort of attitude when using paper coupons. Only use this store as an absolute last resort!!!!!
Great customer service. They always know what I want.
Love myself working there
3 hours for a prescription is ridiculous.
