The gentleman that came to confirm our template cut down the size by 4 feet. It was difficult to get a hold of anyone at the company. Myself and my husband made multiple attempts to speak to someone at the company and was finally told they were “having issues with the phone”Today is my install day and was given a time frame of delivery between 10 and 12. At 12:30 I called to find out where my counter top was told they couldn’t get a hold of the drivers. I don’t feel like anyone actually cares and that it was actually put back on me that “the driver tried to call you and you didn’t answer” meanwhile I’ve been sitting in front of my phone the entire time. When someone finally got a hold of me I was told it wouldn’t be until 2 oclock until my counter top would arrive. It shouldn’t be on me, the customer, to find out where my order is.I personally work in customer service and actually value accuracy and peoples time. I will never use this company again.
Make an appointment so that you can get the appropriate level of attention. Good product selection. The level of communication throughout the process was exceptional. The installers were very professional and took significant care during the removal of existing granite and installation of new slab. Also, wanted to mention Julie B.’s attentiveness and support throughout the entire process made it a seamless, pleasant experience.
They really value their customers. Ms. Slaton has been a huge help and very knowledgeable in her product. Definitely recommend.
Had repair work scheduled for a 2 hour window on a Tuesday. Nobody showed up, but even worse, nobody called to explain why and apologize. I called and demanded a reschedule for a specific time (not a window) for the following Thursday. Wednesday night, received a call to confirm a 1 hour window appointment that started an hour before my requested time, which I promptly demanded to be the time previously agreed upon. Repair crew called in advance and showed up within 30 minutes of the requested time, which is acceptable. One guy, who was wearing a mask (COVID) properly, completed the repair while the other two guys, who were wearing their masks UNDER THEIR NOSES, starred at their phones. One of the two did sweep up the mess made. Because of the scheduling issues, and because two of the guys were not following COVID mask guidelines, I can only give 3 stars. THE GUY WHO ACTUALLY WORKED DID A FANTASTIC JOB, was very professional, and courteous. At least one of the other two used a broom. The third guy did absolutely nothing except stare at his phone.

Terrible customer service. Waited until after I had paid my deposit to tell me that their install time was almost two months away. I cancelled within 30 minutes of paying but they still expected to be paid a cancellation fee. During this time, they did no work or incurred no expenses. Head to another fabricator.
I called and left a message for someone to call me back and make an appointment. I never got a call back. I called them twice!

Top South did not disappoint!!! They provided the most beautiful granite counter tops for our new LiviRae Lingerie store. We have never had such a beautiful counter! Their installers were so professional and made sure everything was perfect ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The founder of Top South and I go back almost 30 years. Knowing his character, which would transcend his entire organization, there was no question who would get our counter-top business during our kitchen renovation. Everyone we dealt with at Top South was professional and well trained. Event our installers called us when they were 30 minutes away and running ahead of schedule. When dealing with a large purchase that is pure custom by nature, it would be worth extra money for the peace of mind that the work was being done properly. With Top South as our contractor, we got the premium workmanship, but a very reasonable price. Isnt your counter-top project worthy of the same?

I paid a bit more to have Top South do the job based on their explanations of their time in business and the intense measuring they did before fabricating the counter tops. But, when the counters were installed, the sink hole was cut improperly, the corners did not fit the walls ideally, and the installers threw away some of my personal items and damaged my sink irreparably while cleaning up. The management refunded a portion of my money that I had to spend in replacing the damaged and thrown out items, but all in all, a tremendous amount of hassle was had given that they are supposed to be the company with the reputation.

Do not buy your granite here! We purchased a new construction home and Top South was our vendor for all of our installed granite. After purchasing the home, we realized the master bath granite countertops did not match (separate sinks with mismatched granite). Our building coordinator reached out to the company to fix their mistake. The company took weeks to come out to obtain a sample to match the granite. After cutting up my master bath countertops, the missing granite was not replaced for over 5+ months. I tried to contact the owner to find out what was taking so long and never received a returned phone call. The granite was finally replaced but they cut it incorrectly. Now we are left with another side of our master bath counters with missing granite. Lets hope this does not take another half a year to replace. This company has poor communication, is incompetent and an absolute JOKE of a business. Buyers beware.
This company does NOT stand behind their work. Our granite started chipping almost immediately and they are not willing to work with me to replace it.

Very poor communication. It will be over a month from measurement before we can get the counter top installed and thats not even certain. They said 3 times we would get a call for install scheduling and never called. 3 times the materials never made it to their shop.
