Recently I had T-shirts and sweatshirts made by Big Frog and had a great experience. Both Luke and Savannah were knowledgable and helpful. They produced my shirts in both short and long sleeves - in grey, black and red colored shirts. Their versatility in quantities, sizes and colors on small orders is somewhat unique and separates them from others. When part of my order was delivered, there was a small problem which they resolved quickly and professionally. It’s often said that retailers and vendors are great until there is a problem, then you find what they’re made of. The staff at Big Frog aims to please while delivering quality, professional products and I must say I’m very happy and will have them do more for me in the future. I’d highly recommend them to others looking for custom printed products. They are conveniently located in West Cobb, but would be worth the drive even if they are a ways from you.

I had a photo on my phone that I wanted printed on T-shirt. I am completely uncomfortable doing a design online and sending it in. Addy at the Marietta location was so helpful when I came into the store with only my photo and an idea. In 15 minutes she helped me pick a soft T, designed what I wantedAnd told me the shirt would be ready in 3 days for a tad less that $23.00. Wow! What a bargain! I will be back for sure.

Ordered 5 shirts with graphics on them. After getting them home, two shirts had the graphics crooked. Went back and had them correct it. After leaving for a trip, the other shirts that I thought were fine in fact were not. Once they were on, the others were crooked as well. Shame on me for not being paranoid and checking the others in detail, however, I shouldnt have to worry about every shirt coming out crooked and having to drive 30 minutes back and forth for them to fix the shirts. The girl who helped me was nice but still, apparently this location cant make a shirt evenly. Waste of money it seems.

In a panic, I googled custom screen printing near me to attempt to find a local print shop that could complete a custom t-shirt order in 48 hours. Such a positive experience! Two days before Christmas I get a harebrained idea for a gift, walk in about an hour and a half before closing and walk out 45 minutes later with the gift completely materialized. Faster than shopping online for sure! I am so glad I went into the BIG FROG to look for a t-shirt. Big Frog made my last minute Christmas gift idea a reality! I called them 3 business days before Christmas and asked them to design a custom shirt for me. We came in on a Wednesday before Mothers Day, wanting the shirt by Saturday so we could give it as a gift on Mothers Day. This place is amazing! I had never made/ordered a custom shirt before and didnt m ow what the heck to do or if they would even be able to make the shirt I wanted. I wanted to make my boyfriend a shirt that had his cats face on it and the lady who was working that day(I forgot your name but you know who you are and you are awesome!) helped me and was so kind and gave me enough information about the company and products its self that it make ordering the short 10x easier. It might have taken her about 5 minutes to crop and edit the picture and before I knew it the order was sent. It took about 2 weeks for the shirt to come in and it couldnt have looked better. It was even made from crazy soft material. Needless to say boyfriend loves it and wears it constantly. I would highly recommend this place for any custom shirt design.Now I just need to come back in to get me a cat shirt too.
