BEWARE**** Scam furniture**Cheapest smallest furniture I ever seen, please don’t order anything with out actually seeing and feeling on floor, it’s made from cheapest material, they will take your money and within 5 mins of noticing an error, they will not return your money or exchange on spot, they will leave broken furniture, drive away and tell you to file a claim.. which will take forever ( still haven’t heard back, it’s been a week) they will not screw on furniture legs, but when you do that’s Whn you find all the errors, not even wood legs ..omg real plastic legs for couches!!!! Never seen anything like this in my life!! If u want furniture that breaks soon as you sit on it, this is the place. Wish probably has better furniture *** man these good reviews has to be fake, don’t do it

I ordered a beautiful sectional from them but it don’t come with the piece on the chaise lounge that suppose to connect to the sofa part. I called no one answer the phone to replace my chaise lounge no communication..Beautiful furniture HORRIBLE customer experience..I should’ve known it was to good to be true when you don’t even have time to inspect the furniture before the delivery guys leave I brought my couch may 20 by the way..NEVER AGAIN

A friend told me about Deal Decor and Im so glad she did. What a hidden gem!!! From start to finish the experience was everything I needed in order to knock some things off my to do list for a house we renovated and were staging to sell. The sales staff was amazing, answered all of my questions, I had many LOL and the furniture looked even better than online! So happy with our decisions and the excellent service provided by the sales & delivery staff!!

Im not going to lie, I was skeptical at first but my experience with Deal Decor was flawless. And I also dont normally write reviews.... but this place deserves it. I needed a new couch desperately because of pet issues and I was looking for something with quality at a discount rate and I came across the Deal Decor website and could not believe the prices of their furniture. Sectionals that normally cost $1000 and up are less than $500. I thought for sure there was a catch. or a hidden fee. but nope! The order process is a little unique but if you want nice quality furniture delivered to your home at good prices this is the way to go! They even accepted alternative forms of payments i.e. Cashapp which is great. The delivery guys were punctual, polite and answered all of my questions and the assembly of the furniture was quick and painless. i know for sure if i ever need furniture again, Deal Decor will be the first place I look. They have the best prices youll find anywhere, the furniture is nice and they deliver the next day even during COVID. Most companies right now are scheduling deliveries 6-8 weeks out. Just moved into a new house and Im very happy with my latest purchase. I have family coming in for Christmas and they were able to deliver in plenty of time and its VERY comfortable worth every penny...

I have 4 Airbnbs in Atlanta and I have used Deal Decor every time to furnish my rentals. You cannot beat the price for the stylish designs and quality of the furniture plus they somehow are almost always able to deliver within the same day. Will definitely be returning!

This place and the employees are literally a joke. Store is so small its funny hardly anything in the store. I had a horrible experience with them. im not going to lie, at first it all was going well. the sales woman was very prompt when sending messages and letting me know about the delivery. the delivery guy was really really nice. however i ordered a dining room set and a 3 piece white sectional. the dining room i had no problems with . however the sectional came with all types of stains on it. so i made them aware of it immediately and was promised it would be taken care of. well im going to post the thread here between me and the sales woman, and yall see how they are trying to play me, but no worries, i wrote the FOX 5 I TEAM about this. the sales woman lied several times with in this conversation. i just paid yall $599 for a brand new sectional and you are going to offer me $50 and tell me the stains are on the back, so it should be a big deal. No sir no maam and going to tell me that you cant take it back because the boxes are gone. if its not that big of a deal, then yall come pick it up and put it on your showroom floor and put the back up against the wall then. im not doing that. and the bad thing about its, im still trying to be nice and say hey i will keep the dining set but not this defective product that was supposed to be brand new. Do not do not do not buy from these guys, but im going to make a very big deal about this because they could do the right thing and give me my money back for the sectional. i even offerd to just get another sectional from them, but at this point. thats not going to work, i hate when a rep tells me oh corporate is going to tell you the same thing. oh really??? well we gone see about that then.

I just bought a headboard from them on Friday I wasn’t able to put it together because the delivery team forgot a box with other parts so I called the divert guy on Sunday and he was nice enough to bring the box over. Then I thought I could finally put my bed up but WRONG. The headboard and legs wouldn’t line up so they sent me the wrong parts I’ve been calling since Monday. No one will return your calls you have to constantly blow they’re phone up for a response no refund was granted and I’m just stuck with a kind size bed that I cannot use. This is a VERY unprofessional company and I will be taking them to court.

I found this place through Facebook marketplace. Kelly assisted me. It was a pleasant experience! I bought a King sized platform bed. I paid a deposit for the bed at 10am and it was delivered at 1:40pm! The bed came exactly as shown in the picture. It was easy to assemble and the tools for the setup of the bed were included. A Phillips screwdriver is the only thing you’ll need that’s not in the packaging. Overall I’m very pleased with the quality and it was a great price!

I order a sectional and dining set combo on 6/23. Customer service and response time was good until 6/29 when I opened the box to my dining table and it was missing screws and the table was damaged. I submitted pictures and a complaint same day. I reached out on 6/1 and was told that there was a delay and someone would get back to me. Well I called again on 6/2 and 6/3 no response. I have a huge heavy table in my family room that I cannot put together and that’s disappointing. Now I feel as though I’m being ignored. I paid deposit and full amount for the merchandise upfront with no issue. I gave 3 stars for the sectional looks amazing. Hopefully I’m able to get my table rectified soon, if not I will be requesting a refund and they can come get it.

We just moved and donated our old bedroom furniture. We ordered furniture from another company and they kept delaying our order. We found Deal Decor on Letgo and ordered 2 bedroom sets for the price of the one we originally ordered. I ordered on Friday and it was delivered on Tuesday. The furniture is beautiful! Bree was a great help and made sure everything was delivered together and on time! Definitely recommend them!

Make sure that you are 100% about the purchase. There are no refunds period! I had second thoughts about the purchase and was not able to get a refund even though it wasn’t even delivered yet. So I’m stuck with the sectional I purchased. Will give an update on the product once it arrives.UPDATE: The sectional arrived today. They arrived an hour after they called. The loaders could have been better with the packages. They were slamming them onto the floor. Reason why this is important is because “YOU” as the buyer is responsible for any issues with the packages. Since you are the person who has to assemble it, any improper assembly of the furniture automatically voids any manufacturer warranty.My sectional was the B2321-C, B2321-S, and B2321-O. They were made in China so quality is not great. You are also responsible for unboxing and assembly of the sectional. If you screw up they are not liable for it. Assembly was fairly easy for me. None of back support prongs fit correctly. I had to adjust them by hitting them with a hammer. The legs screwed right on.The quality of the couches in my opinion is mediocre. The fake leather is very easy to cut or rip open even with your fingernails if you tried. None of the Velcro on the back cushions lined up. DO NOT sit on the back rests of the sectional. It’s made of weak wood so it will crack or break. The bottom seat cushions are not removable so if you have kids expect there to be chips, cereal or other small crumbs to fall into the cracks. I’d give the sectional a 4/10 in terms of quality.Final thoughts.For the amount I paid I could have gotten a better sectional from IKEA or Amazon. I knew this was going to be the case but I was too quick and failed to see the no refund stamp on the receipt. They’re nice people but the product was garbage. They even told me that if I didn’t want it then I could try to sell it on Facebook market. Do not waste your time here. You have better options. To not accept refund is pretty much telling me that you as the seller don’t even back your product or expect 100% customer satisfaction.

I ordered a sectional on Thursday, I paid my deposit, and was Told I would receive it on Monday. When Monday came, I didnt receive any update on where my furniture was. It is going on 11pm and I still dont have my furniture! No one has called or told me anything smh this is ridiculous! My sales rep acts as if she doesnt know anything! So unproffessional!

Both Bri and Steve provided excellent and fast service. They were both very pleasant and answered all questions to my satisfaction (even outside of normal business hours). They expedited delivery around MY schedule. Sofa arrived with no damage and exactly as expected.

Christian is very informative and gives amazing customer service. In regards the furniture, if you are realistic in understanding that you get what you pay for, then it works. The furniture is cheap but durable. I strongly recommend double checking to ensure that you have the right order, color, and all the pieces when the delivery is done. Set up is not hard but definitely not the easiest. Takes a little patience. If you dont go in with the expectations of Rooms - To - Go quality furniture and service, then this will be a great process and product for you.

Ordered a 4 piece bedroom set. Read the reviews saying that the bed had to be drilled together. I asked TWICE if that was true and was told that the review was false. Sadly enough, the bed and the mirror had to be drilled and nowhere in the instructions does it say ANYTHING about a drill just a screwdriver! They should really consider rewriting the instructions or becoming more educated on the merchandise! Other than that, the bedroom set is nice!

Had the furniture delivered and upon opening the box (since they dont set up) I realized that the leather on my sofa was faded in spots and was missing a piece needed to completely put it together. I called and was told to use some conditioner to get rid of faded spots and they will send the metal bracket for me to attach it myself.

Customer service whats on points she was very helpful.... But the material of the bed frame sets is so cheap and the instructions are unclear on assembly after I managed to get it assembled they only broke within the first week... sad part is I still have to pay for it. Still waiting on return call about replacement parts.

The furniture is cute and nice to look at. But you definitely get what you pay for. I weigh 140 and my roommate is 128. We ordered two beds and a couch in August. Everything was pretty much broken by October lol. They say it all depends on “how you take care of it.” Lol don’t believe the lies!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. If I could give them zero starts I would. They only care about the money and could care less about customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with the product you ordered, they will come up with any excuse to not resolve it even when its their fault. And dont even think about trying to get your money back, because you cant. So they leave you with a faulty product and youll never hear from them again. I advise you to order furniture from somewhere else.

The bejeweled queen size bed requires a drill to make your own holes which they do not inform before you purchase. You also cannot receive your money back be careful before purchasing from this company

I have ordered from them a few times. The first time it took a few days to get my order but it was good quality and a great price. The second time I had to cancel an order and they refused to give me my deposit back even though I never received the product. This last time I ordered they were in better spirits because they applied my deposit from the previous order to this one and I received my furniture the very next day. The prices are amazing. They just need to make their policies clear so people know that they dont do refunds.

Khristian was very helpful with assembling the couch over facetime when I got stuck. Steve and his coworker also were quick and helpful in dropping off the couch and getting me in touch with Khris. The assembly instructions that come in the box are horrible.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE... we purchased furniture, receiving furniture that was not pictured on website. I contacted the owner Damion Degiorio and he haggled me around for almost a week before it was correct. While the delivery was taking place they damaged my husbands truck and the owner Damion Degiorio seems to think it’s not his responsibility to fix it. Damion is now contacting my husband and I threating us!! This story could continue on with how poor this business is ran but no need to waste more time.

I have not personally had any dealings with this man but he did my daughter and son in law very wrong. Delivered the wrong furniture the first time. One of his delivery men damaged their vehicle. Its ashame that people treat other people like this when they are dealing with the public. I guess he can live with his decisions!

Do not buy from here I am trying to save you do not buy from here. It comes with all missing pieces and once they have your money they stopped responding. They also dont tell you that you need to drill and you have to completely build the furniture like youre a carpenter. Anyone but gave them more than one star is their friends and family are fake account. I have to go to Home Depot and try to find hardware just to put this furniture together because he threw it in my house and ran. I mean he really Ran So Fast to get in his truck and drive off that he left my door wide open. Cheaply made the frame just broke so now we have to have a couch with no legs so its very short. Hard to put together the brackets dont match up when putting the backs on. Pay the extra money and get a non cheap couch and the review from steve valley down there... He sold me my couch set hes not a real customer and thats obviously a showroom picture. The delivery guy showed up in his pajamas and flip flops and not even on the day it was supposed to be delivered. We had to postpone the delivery because they were so late the day before and it wouldnt be delivered until 9pm

Horrible! They delivered our furniture without all the pieces, I didnt realize until the driver had gone due to the fact they dont set up.... I called only to get told a bunch of BULL! They are so sorry I can eith come pick up the items or they can mail them and it will be here the next day. Well here it is day two and I still dont have my items... reason she forgot to mail them and she apologizes 🙄🖕🏾
