I have never woken up and thought to myself “wow I can’t wait to go to Kmart!”, and this location justified that feeling. I can’t name a single recognizable thing about Kmart given how bland it is. No fantastic deals, no great bundles, no outstanding aesthetic, no convenient locations, no inclination to go whatsoever. The moment I stepped into that door I was put into maybe the most dull environment I’ve ever been in. The employees were helpful but they couldn’t get me out of that store faster than I wanted to be. If I ever find myself in a position where I have to step into another Kmart then, well, that’d be fairly unfortunate.

The Marietta Kmart closed this evening for the last time. It was a store that was a family favorite. Thank you to the staff for all the good service and memories. We will miss you!

It was the best sore Ive ever been to it had a huge variety of different products and the staff was very nice and helpful I would go there any time

Good place to shop, but unfortunately, after January 2018, it will be the only Kmart in the surrounding area, until it permanently closes its doors also. 1/6/18- This Building is having their closeout sales now to close for good.

Customer service is usually bad and its hard to get anyone to help you when you need it, but otherwise this place is great to shop at. Good prices on stuff. Love their end of winter/summer clothing and shoe sales. I have been shopping here for years with my family and most of my shoes and clothes have come from here. I will be very sad if this store ever closes for good.Edit: They closed this winter. I am really sad to see this place close. Great childhood memories shopping with my parents here.

Pleasant atmosphere, very casual. Prices are competitive although not as cheap as other Big box stores, they still treat you like a person rather than a number

I live in Florida and my young adult sons live in Marietta so I use the online site to shop for them then they just pick it up at the store. Its an amazing convenience

Perfect example of what incompetent management at the top can do to a once great retailer. I hate to admit it but I guess the complete close down of Sears and Kmart stores is inevitable and that makes me and many others very sad. I HATE WAL MART and WILL NOT shop there.

Went to the store In Marietta, Ohio to get a TV for my grandson couldnt get a sales person to help me after a half hour I walked out and went to Walmart. They got the 500.00 dollar sale. Went in again today had no cashers another half hour just to get out of that store .I see this place closing down soon.

Its the last one I know of just had to before it closed( By Kmart)

The staff was great and helped me find the items I was looking for. ..even suggested a few like products.

Was a former employee between 2016-2018 and I hated how I was treated and us employees and she kicked out a person for video taping in the store the video is on YouTube.

Some of the service desk personnel could use a refresher course in customer service! There are a couple of rude ladies behind that counter.

Typical Kmart. Plenty of parking. Bathrooms are typically unkempt.

Cindy at customer service has been rude the last 2 times we have been there and she claims that she was sick and that is why she continued to role her eyes at us but that is no excuse to be rude to a customer personally I think u should not put her at customer service
