Every Kiss begins with Kay...well so does every kick...and kick is what they will do if you order online.. They often sell things online that arent available...Here is the kicker they charge you knowing full well they dont have it in stock. They then send you an email stating they dont have the item, but the email doesnt include information about when you will be refunded...so you spend an hour attempting to get your refund which they say is coming in 3 to 5 business days and that your bank can credit you. News flash they wont while it is in pending status. So here you are stuck with no merchandise and no money until they decide to process a refund. Dont waste your money or time here.

I purchased my wedding ring at this store with Jamar 2 years ago. From the day he sold us the ring and over the 2 years since, I’ve been in for cleanings, to purchase bands, and sizing, every time I walk he greets me by name, asks about my family, and goes above and beyond to give the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will absolutely only shop here (with our favorite salesman) for all of our jewelry!

I knew I should have taken the time to go to Shanes. Necklace is about 6 months old and my son lost the jump ring. $10 plus labor and wanted to up charge to clean it. Its not the price which is nothing, its the attitude my wife got.Never again.

I have been going to this store for years. I have gotten to know at least 4 different managers there. They have all treated us with respect and kindness. Those who say they are rude and pressuring...my guess is it was a bad day for all or the customer was rude, impatient or misunderstanding. I never go anywhere else and I dont want to. I dont even go to other Kay locations. We have bought birthday gifts, anmiversary, Christmas, built mothers day Charmed Memories bracelets, etc..This one is home. In fact, this is the store that helped us rebuild my engagement and wedding ring into beautiful ring. It took about 5 different sessions. They never tried to get me to replace them with a whole new set they were selling. They knew it wasnt what I wanted. I get compliments all the time because it is not like anyone elses.Building that ring is how we really got to know them and the great people they are. Like I said, it feels like home and they are now family.

I love the people here at this location. Morgan is absolutely amazing and has been the best when it comes to purchasing any jewelry. Elaine is just the sweetest person ever and always provides us with the best service. If you need a watch Jamar is the man to see. He knows all the details and can give you the best advice when it comes to purchasing a watch. Ive been doing business with them for years and have spent a couple bucks in there. If they didnt provide the best service and take care of me I wouldnt go back. Go shop there, you will not be disappointed.

After reading the below comments, it is clear they visited this store (in the West Cobb avenues) before the new manager and her staff took this store over which has just taken place.I have been shopping at this location for almost 2 years now. About a year ago, this stores staff and store manager were very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE... I call it how I see it.But since New management came in, they have done a complete 360 of this store and turned it into a place where I love to shop. All of the previous employees have been removed and replaced with hard working/caring employees led by a store manager name Morgan (shes great).I admit that I have shopped at a numerous of different jewelry stores but since the New Management, I havent been to a better-managed store. If you are looking at buying an Engagement Ring or trying to find a Just Cause gift, this is the place to shop.Since the new management, I have bought tons of new pieces of jewelry including an engagement ring!! I will continue to spend my money here! This store is a solid 5 stars.A HUGE thank you to Morgan and her new staff!!

My wife and I stopped in to special order a gift and found out several hours later that we ordered the wrong item. Because Jamar and the rest of the staff were so polite, understanding and willing to go above and beyond to correct the problem we actually went back the next day to make additional purchases. We specifically asked for Jamar and once again he was patient, friendly and more than willing to spend the time with us during our time in the store. His outstanding customer service should be used to as a reference and model for anyone In the retail industry. Extremely pleased with our experience and highly recommend!

The gm there has grown through the ranks and has made it to the head of the store. I love shopping at this location!!! My wife and I have 20 years worth of jewelry, and inspections can be a pain, for everyone- it takes forever! Every time I go into the store Morgan is extremely helpful and takes her time to throughly inspect and update each piece every piece (We absolutely Love the new and improved inspection records and emails). She chats the entire time and never rushes to get us out the door. She makes the experience so much more enjoyable for us.Everyone at this location for the past year and a half has always been friendly, helpful, and kind.We will continue to only do business at this location!

Beware of opening an account or of a rewards program with Kay Jewelers. What they are actually trying to do is open a credit card with them. One of the sales associates that was assisting me was very deceiving, even conniving trying to get me to open an account. I even asked her if this was a credit card and she replied that it was just an account (which was a lie). I will certainly speak to the manager of this location about their policies, and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.I am very disappointed to write this because one of the associates was very kind and helpful, but I will not support a business that engages in this kind of behavior.On a positive note, their selection of jewelry is small but tasteful.

Will not return. High pressure tactics and only priority was gaining access to SSN. Plan to update with name of employee responsible for poor experience. Will insist on opening account to check on your limit. Will never mention credit or card, deliberately evasive and dishonest. Sad that she may have missed out on a much larger sale by trying to insist an in-house account was needed. Costs the store thousands.

I went into the store on June 21 and my fiancé and I ordered our wedding bands. Alaine (a manager there) sold us our rings. Both rings had to be ordered and we were told they’d be ready around July 4. I got an email that mine was ready early July and so I called the store to see if his was ready yet. They said no not yet. I was okay with it being delayed a little. I continued to follow up 2-3 times until August 5. On August 5 I explained that I need to know when it’ll be here because we were a month passed the date it was supposed to be here. The manger could not find the ring there and could not give an explanation of where it was or anything. Instead she said.... “We send rings back after one month if the customer has not called us back about them so that’s probably what happened.” So she blamed the situation on me when I never once received a call from them about EITHER rings. But I did call and follow up myself a few times. What I think really happened was that they did not order his. She told me on the phone on August 5 that she would reorder the ring. But...she also did not have it recorded what size my fiancé needed? I don’t see how it isn’t in the system...my fiancé had to tell me what size he thinks he was because they didn’t have it down anywhere. Hopefully it fits.. anyways, I went to pick my ring up on August 6 in fear that something would happen to mine if I didn’t. I talked to a staff member who isn’t a manager and I didn’t get her name but I asked her to make sure it was ordered. She could not find anything about it but said she’d order it for me. Today, August 13, I called and spoke to the other manager Jemark, and he could not even find the info about the ring at first. He called me back and said it’ll be here by August 29 at the latest. I am supposed to get married in 4 & 1/2 weeks and the last thing I should be worrying about is if my fiancé’s wedding band will even come in.

I had bought a Sterling silver charm bracelet a couple of years ago from here, for my wife. I had recently bought a sterling silver flipflop from the breast cancer site with the words you will never walk alone. When we entered the store, we were not greeted for about 5 minutes other than by the security guard sitting down as you entered the store. The lady was on a personal cell phone, and we were told she would be with us shortly. When she finished her call, she was very abrupt, when we asked what it would cost to add a sterling silver o ring, and solder the charm onto the bracelet, she replied, we will have to send it off, and it would be $60. The bracelet cost about 250 and the charm cost 30, and to solder a o ring 60.....t was very obvious that my wife is going through cancer treatment, but to be rude and abrupt and unfriendly is disgusting, Very poor customer service, interpersonal skills, I WILL NEVER go back there!!!!

I brought in my engagement ring to be repaired. The woman I originally worked with was very helpful and recommended 1 of 2 options to repair my ring. I was on the fence as to which option I should choose so I paid for the cheaper option but was told that I should call back within a few days to verify which option I actually wanted. Everyone I have dealt with since has been rude and unhelpful. I spoke with an employee last night that wasnt able to find any record of me coming in, wasnt able to help me, and said she would talk to her manager and call me back. I never received a call back that day. This morning I called at 9:50 and was told to call back in 10 mins so they could get their systems up and running. When I called back at 10:20 I explained the situation and throughout the call felt like she was hurrying to get me off the phone. I didnt really feel like she ever listened to what I had to say, and was reminded several times that she wasnt the one that worked with me. She sounded irritated when I tried to clarify what I wanted done to the ring. It was quite frustrating. I was only calling in because I was told to do so. I wont be going here again. I Didnt appreciate their disregard and irritation with my situation.
