This place has survived forever. If you are looking for one on one professional help, and friendly local personal help, this is the place for you. They carry everything Stihl makes, and other hardware. Locally owned and operated and a great convenient place for most hardware and advice.

I made a mistake buying a blower from this place. They’ll never get anymore business from me. There is a guy who works there named Allen who has some of the poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Crazy part is you can’t even tell the supervisor Bob about it because he condones Allen’s behavior. I get an email from Stihl that my $700 blower is defected and it needs to be taken to a Stihl dealer for maintenance and they’re acting like it’s no big deal that a piece of equipment that I spent a lot of money on has a recall on it. I’ll never go back to this place again.

Poorest customer service i have personally ever experienced, Especially from a Stihl Dealer.. Allen is a real piece of work, when I enquired about parts instead of service for my blower because of his poor attitude, he hung up the phone. I called back and ironically couldnt get a manager or anyone on the phone.

A little bit of everything here. Pipe cut to length? Yes. Stihl tools, parts, and service? Yes, yes, yes. Wooden post for a mailbox? Got it. Shovel? Of course. Sand paper, paint, brushes etc? Sure thing. New blue jeans? Those too. A friendly and helpful crew? Everyday!

We go here exclusively because they are a Stihl dealership, they are very knowledgeable about the equipment, and they are always helpful

I walk in the door and they call me Steve(not my name) because I look like one of their friends from the past. Funny thing about that is they know my real name and my look alike name. You want service, come here. They don’t have every part like the big box stores but they have knowledge, expert advice, and happy smiles!!! These guys are the best. Their repair shop is the best I’ve ever used. I’ve Had a blower(chainsaw, weed eater, another blower, etc) for over 25 year and get it serviced there and they start the first kick every time. Won’t buy or get power tools serviced anywhere else. I’m headed there this am to buy more power tools. Can’t wait to hear the stories about the new house(build 1867) we just bought. These guys know everything about old school Marietta.

They may not have everything the monster stores have, however you will get so much more in knowledge. You don’t have to walk 100 yards in hopes of finding help here. 5 stars.

So so rude. i stopped at the store one morning on my way to work while it was pouring down rain because my windshield wiper had just came loose and i had no idea how to put it back on, although i tried to fix it on my own for about 10 minutes until i just gave up and asked for help. i walk into their store soaking wet asking for some help (mind you there were THREE men) and they continue to say “we can’t help you but the people down the street can”...... LOL i obviously stopped because i couldn’t see where i was going. not one of them even moved a muscle to even try to help. and proceeded to laugh while i was on my way out. i will NEVER recommend this kind of service to anyone.

Fantastic place if you are looking for a hard-to-find item. I needed an O-ring for a pressure reducing valve that no other place (4) had. The very helpful counterman found just what I needed at a price I couldnt believe.

Didnt fix my leaf blower correctly. Asked if they could look at while I was on that side of town for a doctor appointment (I live 45 minutes away). Was told I could drop it off and that they were too busy. Waste of my time and no attempt to right their wrong.Former customer.

Rude. Wanted very little to do with helping me, and I couldnt help but feel it was because I was a woman. Ironically, Ive worked in management for the hardware industry or some sort of design contracting for most of my life. Ive never experienced this before.I had a few of my current female customers ask for a good local place to pick up hardware, (now that the Ace down the street closed), and say they had the same experience at this store. A few of my neighbors said they recently had the same experience and that the quality has gone way downhill. This is why I finally decided to post this.I seldom post negative reviews, but I feel confident that after I waited for help for 15 mins while a circle of 5 men just sat and gabbed to the gentleman ahead of me, and then was treated as a nuisance and an imbecile... I wont be back and that this review is, without a doubt, necessary.

Brought blower in for service. They said it had been run without oil (not correct), needed a new engine and it wasnt covered under warranty. Brought to another Stihl dealer. Fixed it in a day. Bad fuel that had some water contamination and TOO MUCH oil. Not sure if it was incompetence or whether they were trying to rip me off, but really, really bad.
