Very clean and well organized store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The seem to carry those unusual items that you cant always find at the big stores. The store is rarely crowded and no lines to check out. They make it a very personal experience.

I thought i had ordered something from them and turns out im in the wrong. i did not i order it from someone else. Stephanie over the big green egg products was extremely helpful and should be recognized for it. Thank you guys again and sorry for the bad review at first which is now a top review.

Took advantage of their July special of buy a grill and have it set up and delivered for free. Ordered the grill. When it came Joshua called me and stated there was an issue with the grill and they were ordering me a new one. A week later Joshua called me again said the new grill was in and ready for delivery. Just received my new grill. It is very pretty. Joshua was very helpful. Over-all great experience!

Just recently moved to the area and so pleased to have found this Ace Hardware within just a few minutes from our home. Although there are two big (same brand) box hardware stores another 10+/- mins away, I will go out of my way to visit this Ace first to find what I’m looking for vs fight the crowds at the big box retailer. All the staff here are great and go out of their way to ensure they can answer any questions or help you find any particular item you’re searching for. Thank you all for the great service and I trust other shoppers will have similar experiences shopping here.

This Ace Hardware store is AMAZING! It has all the elements for the best shopping experience. I placed an order online for the m250, and literally within 3 minutes of placing the order, we received a call from Josh letting us know the order was ready for pickup.Once we arrived, Ms. Kerri and Josh greeted us upon entry. Josh was very knowledgeable, helped register our warranty for the tools on the spot, did a quick demo before leaving, and answered our questions. This store is always consistent. Our first shopping experience was with River. He was so helpful that we returned many months later when needing to make another purchase.Not only did we get excellent customer service and a pleasant shopping experience, but all employees had face masks and/or face shields on, which is much appreciated.

Nice place and friendly staffs, who would take time to guide you through lots of things they have in store. The store is tucked in the back of the shopping, so you really look for it. 😍

Did not have what I went for, even though the website said it was available. Cashier directed me to wrong aisle, finely found it by walking around. Didnt have size container I wanted so had to get a bigger size. Had to guess who was store employee, I didnt see name tag or anything to ID. Staff was not very friendly or very helpful.This location is not in my neighborhood, I made a special trip for product I wanted. I will not be returning to this store.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at this Ace until today. I placed my 3rd order online. This is the 3rd time I have not received an order ready notice. I mentioned this to the cashier. The ace employee working the paint booth area gets an unusual anti-customer attitude. I tell him I don’t appreciate the attitude and telling me my story is untrue. He then he facetiously tells me “sorry sir”. Ace will not get my money going forward. Unfortunately, one bad apple will change my vote and I vote with money.

Ahh the old hardware store! Much better service and selection than your typical big box store. Go see these guys.

The lady who helped me out was fantastic! She helped me get copies of two keys. I purchased a key blank from them for one key. I had my own blank for the other key. This is the best place to get your keys copied without the hassle of going to a locksmith. The keys always come out perfect and the return policy is awesome!

Josh was super helpful in assisting me with my recent purchase of a Stihl backpack blower and weedeater. Very knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and attentive. This will be my go-to hardware store moving forward.

The lack of customer service at this store is shocking. Went in looking for paint swatches and other items at this store. The young gentleman at the paint area couldnt even be bothered by us. I told him I couldnt locate a color and he didnt even attempt to help me. My husband asked two different employees for items and they pretty much told him to figure it out. We wont be back.

Just like the hardware store I grew up with. Family owned - they recognize you when you walk in. You see the same faces every time you walk in. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. FAR wider nut/bolt selection than big box and they have stuff you cant find at the big boxes. Pricing is generally quite competitive.

Decent size Ace Hardware that is well maintained and well stocked. Some locations seem to struggle with one or the both of those. The employees are friendly and helpful and Im typically and to find everything I need.

Long overdue for a review here.I am always impressed, and enjoy my experience when I visit this Ace. This store is well stocked, and their staff is friendly and always willing to help.I always go into other Ace Hardware stores expecting a similar experience, and Im usually disappointed. Then I always realize that each store is franchised out, and each store is run very differently.Another plus for this location is its stock of Big Green Eggs and Big Green Egg accessories. If youre in this area and own a BGE, this is your stop.Keep doing what youre doing.

The commercial use to says, ACE is the place with the helpful hardware man... This place definitely has that! I know you are not going to get the variety as you would elsewhere. But, if you need to order glass that needs to be cut at your desired length, this is the place! Very personable, helpful and resouceful! You will get help/assistance here. Grateful that I found them.

The worst customer service!!!. They dont deserve a star. My daughter bought a snow shovel for me as a Christmas gag gift last Friday. She went to return it today. Keep in mind that we had no snow and did not use the shovel between those 5 days. When I called, I was put on hold for a long while. When I called back, I asked to speak to the manager, Stephanie. She said that the shovel was a seasonal item and could not be returned. She said that there were signs by the cash register on the receipt. First, if the shovel is seasonal, we are still in the same season. Second, the receipt says that items can be returned with a sales receipt. The nonrefundable only appears on the line under the item bought. I dont think of shovel whether snow or dirt is seasonal. (How would a teenager know that a snow shovel is a seasonal item?????) She said that she could argue all day with me. She can also take the shovel and shove it her @ss. I am going back to the bigger chains were I dont have to deal with crappy individually owned stores.

I love this Ace. When you buy a chainsaw or I assume other power equipment, you actually get a lesson in starting it / basic operation and safety. I could be wrong, but I dont think that you normally get that kind of service at The Despot. Also the staff here has given me lots of helpful tips and ideas.

I had an exceptional visit today. I decided to visit East Cobb Ace Hardware to purchase individual lag screws, bolts, and nuts. That can often be a real hassle in one of the big stores.I was greeted as soon as I walked in, directed to the proper aisle, and they called for an associate to meet me there without me requesting that.Upon arriving at aisle 9, I was immediately helped and all of the necessary hardware was obtained, bagged, and the pricing info written on the bag for me. Wow, that was super easy!I honestly need to make more of an effort to come here instead of Home Depot in the future.

Helpful staff and great product knowledge!They filled the tank of my new pole trimmer and started it before I left to make sure there were no issues. Registered my purchase with Stihl at the store to activate my warranty.

I found this place very cozy and quaint and quite well stocked with difficult to find parts and pieces far exceeded my expectations of an Ace hardware. staff was extremely kind and I almost ended up buying a $700 blower however I resisted somehow Stihl BR 800 is really over the top in a very special way

Typical Ace Hardware, small mom and pop store with over priced items. You can go to Home Depot and find the same products for cheaper.My issue is their are a couple of old timers that are always too slow to help and when you ask a question they give you that thats what you ask for and there it is, and walk away Bad customer service. This wasnt the only time.One day noticed all of the Craftsman tools, I knew Craftsman sold thier tool division to Stanley Black and Decker. One of the old guys that was following me LOL finally asks if I had a question. I asked if this is Sears Craftsman or Stanley Black and Decker Craftsman tools this store is selling. The old man looked at me strange and said These are Craftsman. I said yes I know but which one? You know Sears sold thier tool division to SB&D. He just looked at me with that dazed and confused look. He said its Craftsman, theyre all the same and started to walked away LMAO.No theyre NOT all the same. Trust me, I build hot rods and classic cars for living. I know the difference. The old man just walks away. Terrible knowledge of a simple question of a product that is a BIG seller that takes up two aisles in your store and you dont know ANYTHING about those tools? And you just turn around with a wave of your hand. Man go back home and retire!! Dont waste the customers time if you cant remember about the products your store is selling!!!Piss poor customer service!!! No wonder this place will go out of business soon to Home Depot!! Came here to get my chainsaw fixed and while they did fix stihls couldnt fix mine becsuse i didnt buy it there. I bought at Roswell hardware and they are closed for good now.. So i needed some nutserts sent me to the isle cant find them. Guy comes over to help starts looking spends 10 seconds looking then walks away from me and just starts helping another guy and ignores me.. So i just left ordered the nutserts from amazing with 2 clicks while walking to the truck. With home depot down the street and amazon 2 clicks away these types of stores cant survive providing this type of service. The first part is probably stihls fault and some silly policy but still im a paying customer and your sending me somewhere else....

Terrible service and attitude especially the man working at chain saw desk .on 11-14-19 they are a Stihl chain saw dealer but he told me that if I didnt buy my Stihl saw there they would not help me with repairs never go there again.

I am always one to support the small business owner. If I have a choice between a family owned Ace Hardware and a Home Depot I would choose the Ace each time even though, due to being a small business, they inflate pricing. For example a two pack of GE Crystal Clear Ceiling Fan Bulbs is 4.49 at this Ace vs. 2.49 at a Target. Again, not the issue. On October 29th I bought 20 dollars worth of goods from this Ace which I typically support - I bought 2 packs of these bulbs for a ceiling fan, opened one, and realized the ceiling fan sockets did not fit the bulb. The bulbs are clearly intact, no sign of any wear or damage. I bring back the bulbs on 11.3.17 and I am informed by WB at the counter that even thought the receipt says Refund W/ Receipt Within 30 Days - this does not include an open light-bulb package. WB must be blind as half of the packages on his light-bulb wall had openings and tears in the back. I informed him that I would need to stop supporting the store based on this policy not being stated on the receipt. He said no problem. The smart business owner or employee, especially smart small business owner or employee does what is necessary to keep business in the store but WB is either a poor owner or poor employee because he has lost our families business and I will make sure to let other families in our neighborhood know of the stores business practices. I will happily travel a bit farther to grab my items from Home Depot or Target - at least they honor the return policy stated on the receipt.

Rented the Big Green Bissell Machine from here. Had my teenage nephew return it and they were completely rude to him called to ask them why and the cashier hung up on me. Will not return here not even to buy a pack of screws. So dissatisfied by their customer service.
