I have utilised their services for 3 years and they have kept my hearing aids in full operation at all times. They offer the annual hearing tests in to check for any changes or additional loss. They explain the results and they make any adjustments even if minor to make sure my hearing experience is a close to realLife as possible. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who has the need to improve their hearing.

Although Im relatively young, I experience cookie-bite hearing loss, which is difficulty hearing certain frequencies, not overall loss of hearing. I also have tinnitus. Morgan successfully helped me hear better on the phone (important!) without amplifying the frequencies that I hear well. Another medical provider I tried wasnt successful and gave me much less info. Highly recommend.

Ive been seeing Dr. Pollard for her audiological care & expertise now for several years, for treatment of my severe-to-profound hearing loss and other related auditory maladies. Dr. Pollard is, by far, the most knowledgeable, trustworthy and compassionate audiologist Ive seen since the onset of my hearing loss almost 40 years ago. She puts great effort and pride toward fulfilling all my audiological needs. Additionally, Maureen is extremely helpful and diligent in taking care of administrative matters. What a great team!!!

The team at Audiological Consultants in Marietta is awesome! On several occasions I have had last minute issues with my hearing aids before leaving town. They have always fit me in and fixed my problem so that I can hear on my trip. Maureen at the front desk is so helpful and knowledgeable. She is representative of the can-do attitude of everyone that I have met there.

Finally, at the instance of my family, I decided to have my hearing tested. So glad I did and so fortunate that I found the Audiological team in Marietta. They took so much time listening to my concerns and patiently tested my hearing to determine what my issues are. After I received my aids I was more than amazed at what I had been missing all these years. The aids are so comfortable and you can’t even see them. All the staff are great and make you feel comfortable asking questions without feeling rushed.

I developed severe tinnitus a year ago. Katherine Pollard and her great staff have helped me through a challenging year-long process of acclimation with knowledge, support, and thoughtful kindness. I want to thank all of them for the help I truly needed.
