I contacted Artisan (Marietta, GA) while I still lived in Charlotte, NC. I was building a new home and the long closet was great but only include 2 long racks to hang stuff. Wasted space. Andrea Lively did a wonderful job in listening to what I wanted and in her design and even remoted worked with me to share what it might look like and the person they sent to install was quick, profession and agile. I am so please that in my new house my closet is the first thing I want to show others. I will be calling them back for my garage after I save a few bucks :) (Did I mention I just built a home lol ) Thanks Artisan.

The company and Jay Choice in particular were recommended to me by a friend. Ive been looking into getting Elfa closets from container store since we purchased our home a few months ago. I was waiting for the annual sale and had my Closets measured and designed and wanted one more estimate and design from a different company. So glad I received the recommendation for Artisan Custom Closets. Were elated with the results! Jay was awesome and very patient as I had her rework the design for our master closet a few times as I thought of new requirements and colors. The closet looks amazing!! She made use of every area of the space. We also had the pantry done. It looks pretty good but its such an awkward space. Im content with how it came out but not as happy as I am with the closet. This and the installation is what made me give a 4 vs. 5. Overall the installation went OK but being that we are in the middle of a pandemic, I was a little disappointed that I had to ask my installer to put a mask on and wouldve expected him to do that proactively. I also wish he wore shoe covers. My friend that recommended me, had her installation at the same time on the same day and her installer did those things (mask and shoe cover) automatically so I was a little jealous. It did let me know that the experience depends on your installer and my expectations werent unreasonable. Overall, I was extremely happy with Jay and the master closet looks amazing. I would recommend them for sure.

Every part of my experience with Artisan Custom Closets was top notch. From the first phone call I made to set up an appointment, to the follow-up phone call after install, everything was handled with the upmost professionalism. I chose Artisan over other custom closet companies because of their attention to detail, their fair pricing, and their outstanding design. The day of install went according to plan and the installer left a very clean, beautiful closet!

From the estimate to install this company was on time and professional. The design was exactly what I wanted. I got a call and they had some cancellation so I was able to get my install a week early. Installation was quick and they didnt leave any mess behind. I was very pleased with the finished product and will use them again.

Expensive cabinets with a 2 month lead time for a small project. Installer came out to complete the project and was missing the largest piece of the cabinets. The customer service from the office was extremely poor and no discount for the inconvenience or delay was given. When the installer came back out close to an additional 2 weeks later and completed the build, he said that the office would call me to collect final payment and make sure I was happy with everything. That did not happen and was was charged. After the initial delay, I would expect the office to call and make sure the install went smoothly and I was happy with the completed project. Should have used a different company for half the cost. Would not use again.

Absolutely the best thing I could have done to my house! The organization that these units allows is mind blowing! I had 4 other quotes done. This was the best for the money. Vickie was spot on with putting the olan/layout in place, with the vision I shared of what I wanted. The quality is there, the installer was absolutely wonderful. I cant eember his name, bit he was super polite, did an excellent job installing (all by himself) and was done in the estimated amount of time. He promptly cleaned up afterwards and ran us through all the features! Felt like Christmas in March!! Lol. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team of professionals!! Thanks a million, team!!

They installed a beautiful built-in wardrobe along my master bedroom wall. So pleased with the design, the lights and the finished product including the crown molding and quarter round.

We love our new laundry room! Kimberly was great to work with throughout the design process - extremely responsive and accommodating - even with urgent last minute changes on my end. Installation was perfect. Marshall did an amazing job and was so fast. He arrived on time, said he’d probably be done around 1pm and had me sign off on everything at 12:59pm!This is our second time working with Artisan and once again we are thrilled! They had even expanded their selections this time around. I will definitely hire them again for other closets - excellent value and customer experience.

Their process from booking an appt, to their site visit, to installation was easy. Jay Choice, our designer was a pleasure to work with and she did an outstanding job! They designed our pantry. Excellent pre-consultation and their CAD design app was very helpful in visualizing the design. I can’t say enough about how professional they were from beginning to completion. Definitely will be using them again for the next year’s project. So glad I went with them.

When David, the installer, showed up at our house he shared the plans with us. He was very friendly, clean and went over the features with us. She gave us a lot of recommendations and tips that other companies never mentioned. She was also very open to our input and changes, always willing to adapt the design based on our thoughts - but also honest with us to point out the pros & cons.We appreciated the 3D rendering of the closet design to help visualize what it would look like (surprisingly, not every closet company does this). The whole process was efficient and smooth. The installers were also professional and barely left a trace after the job.We would strongly recommend Artisan and especially Andrea!

2021: After years of dealing with a pantry that consisted of wire ventilated shelving, we finally decided to get a custom pantry with solid wood shelves. Debbie D. worked with us to design an outstanding solution! We now have lots more items in the pantry; everything is off the floor and there is still leftover space. Additionally, we received a repeat customer discount!2019: My husband and I worked with 3 other companies and received quotes from each of them before deciding on Artisan. Debbie D. took a great deal of time listening to our needs and desires. She then coupled our requests with closet space and worked a solution that was within our budget. Her sincere personal approach, attention to detail without rushing and very competitive pricing with quality results sold us on Artisan. We also found others at the company store to be equally customer oriented.

Love our new custom wardrobe closets! We knew we needed more closet space and had considered Ikea first as a DIY project. After realizing the dimensions of our space may not work with pre fab cabinetry, we turned to a local company that had fantastic reviews. It all started when we kept seeing them in the neighborhood doing work at other neighbors homes. After research, we realized that Artisan had the best quality for price and did amazing work. We spent a little more than Ikea, but would gladly do it again as it is night and day difference in quality. Lesley was a wonderful designer to work with and took all our needs in consideration with the design. We have enough space for all clothing and shoes on the end cabinets! The installer, Brian was very pleasant to work with. He worked quickly and had it up in a half day. Still cannot believe how well it all turned out as it looks like it was always part of the home! We could not be happier with this local experienced company.

I had my consultation with Artisan Custom Closets, and their representative Jay Choice was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with designing the perfect solution for my space.

I had planned to get multiple quotes on an organizational system for our closet but once Maggie from Artisan Closets worked her magic, I was sold. She looked at our closet, really listened to me and did CAD drawings on the spot. My husband and I were able to look at the specs, make some minor changes and before long we had our beautiful new closet. We paid for the paint and prep service which made everything sooooo easy. The hardest part was culling our junk and moving everything out. Chris did a great job painting and Joel got everything installed perfectly in just a few hours. I go stand in the closet now and pinch myself. I just cant believe this is MY closet. Its beyond my wildest dreams.

Love our Artisan Custom Closets! Brittney did an amazing job designing our master, linen & pantry, making great use of the space. She covered all our must-haves, despite the odd angles she was working with. Mick and Joel were top-notch installers - bringing the designs to life! My husband and I used Artisan to complete all of the closets in two different homes. The first set of closets they did for us was in 2016. When we bought and moved into our new home and saw the falling down wire shelving we knew Artisan had to be our first call. They are the ONLY company we have ever hired to do work for us where we have not been disappointed. We renovated our previous home from top to bottom so we’ve hired a lot of people over the years, so that says a lot about how great they are! Brittney came out and throughly measured every single closet in our home, designed and presented the closets to us within days, made several adjustments and changes based on what we wanted/needed, and even after we signed off on everything I emailed her late one night about a change I wanted to make to one of the closets and she responded with “No problem, I will get that change order over immediately.”! The install team was friendly, very professional, and did an excellent job. They have proven to be exceptional in every area, from start to finish, and I would absolutely use them again, and I would recommend them to everyone.

I have always had the standard type closets growing up and never really thought that a closet could look any other way. Since we are having our house remodeled and part of that was a large master closet my wife wanted to highlight it with more than the standard closet hardware. We contacted Artisan and a lovely lady named Danielle came out, took our measurements and set up an appointment for us to come to the showroom. The day of our appointment we sat in their well designed showroom and Danielle walked us through different options, well mainly my wife and her did the designing! On the day of install they came out did the job and everything was just as we asked. High quality product, great design and awesome service.

We just finished a total remodel of our master bath that has to be walked through to get to our closet. For years, a few of the wire racks were coming out of the sheetrock. We had miscellaneous junk cluttering the floor and too many old clothes. Brittney came in, measured and drew up the perfect plan. The day of install, Alan arrived on time, was very friendly, professional and did a beautiful job. We now have the closet we needed. While our new house was being built we talked to three different companies for custom closets. We visited the offices of Closets by Design, California Closets and then Artisan closets. We were very impressed at Artisan. They were very friendly, courteous and personable and made us feel at home as the sales manager gave us a tour of their sales floor and production center.We met with designer Nicola Anderson at our new house after the drywall and trim were up and she asked us many questions to fully understand our needs and what we were looking for. She explained the features and benefits of each type of shelf, cabinet and drawer and offered realistic recommendations based on our needs and budget. She took precise measurements and then met with us again a week later to discuss the options over lunch. She used a CAD program and moved shelves and drawers around right in front of us. She also illustrated the designs in 3D as well as with example clothes hanging on the shelves. We signed with her for the master walk in closet, linen closet, and our walk-in pantry.After we closed on the house we scheduled the install. The installers Dave and Mick arrived on time and completed the job in about six hours. They were very friendly, courteous, and professional. They installed the closets in a timely manner and cleaned up after they were finished.Overall it was a very positive experience from beginning to end and we were very pleased with the results. We have already recommended them to our new neighbors and will also recommend them to other family and friends.

I have nothing but good things to say about Artisan Custom Closets - Lisa the owner is such a gem and truly cares about her employees and customers. All of the designers are fabulous and care about their clients and their storage needs. The office staff is absolutely wonderful as well. Very caring and a great team environment. AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I had the pleasure of working with Leslie and she was incredible. She came and measured all my closets and pantry, listened to exactly what I wanted, and gave me a mock up of the closet by the next day with a quote. I didnt even need to make changes because she understood exactly what I was looking for. I couldnt believe how simple the process was. Fast forward a few weeks and the 2 guys came over to install the closets. They worked around the clock, worked hard and were respectful of the house, cleaned up after themselves (everything looks immaculate), and they did a perfect job. Literally did a happy dance when I saw the finished product. This was such a great experience. Everyone I had the pleasure of working with was fast (never rushed) and efficient. Im pleasantly surprised with this entire process. My 3 closets, pantry, and walk in master closet look phenomenal. I will 100% recommend this company to everyone.

What can I say except that 5 stars is probably not enough. I just completed my 3rd large closet project with Artisan, and the end result is spectacular. Were there a few glitches along the way? Of course, but when is there not? From the great customer service from my sales rep Cathy, to the owner herself, Lisa, making sure that they went above and beyond, I never had to lose sleep over the final result exceeding my expectations. Any bumps along the way were managed and dealt with expertly and expeditiously. The craftsmanship is excellent and the customer service exceeds. I hope I dont have to do a 4th closet project, but if I do, Artisan will be my first call.

This was the BEST!! Brittney B was our Designer and she was fabulous. My husband began the process as a surprise for me, but then I got to go to the design studio and pick out all the finishes and the little details that really made it special and mine. Brittany was THE BEST and so very patient. She had such a laid back approach but still very professional and responsive to all my inquiries (that i thought of in the days after).the install was fabulous, the two gentleman were so very polite and were able to do all three of our closet spaces in just over half a day. When I walked in, I couldnt believe the transformation!! It was more than i could have hoped for.One regret - not paying the extra amount to have them come out and paint. We chose to paint our master bedroom closet and it was so stressful to get it done in time, I think i would have appreciated someone else doing it. We did not get the kids closets painted - and so you can see all the hole patches (which they did for us after taking down the wire racks), but its not as finished and nice as our master.I WOULD RECOMEND THEM, YES!! - I cant wait to have Brittany help me with my craft room....maybe my pantry too!!! (I even saw in their show room they do garage storage!!)

I love my closet!!!!! Artisan really does offer a great product. The customer service tunnels all the way up to the president of the company, Lisa, who makes every effort to ensure that you as the customer are not only satisfied but also love the final product. I have to say that my final product is reflective of the work that Lisa and her team put in to every design. David my installer was efficient, prompt, respectful, cleanly, and knowledgeable about the entire install. I really love my closet, and as someone who is extremely particular about what I want and need, I have to say they flew past my expectations. Thank you Artisan!!!!!!!

Great sales experience w/ Danielle Carruth - Ask for her when you callAfter my Mom got her closet done by Artisan, it made everything so much more organized and gave her more space, so I decided to look into it with my wife who was immediately sold on the idea. I called in and set up a in home visit.After about an hour at our house where Danielle came out to measure and walk us through the process, samples, etc. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed but Danielle made the decision making process easy on us. There was no pressure to sign today or to upgrade to something we didnt need, it was more like getting advise from an interior designer that simply wanted to make our vision a reality, giving her input along the way.About 4 business days later, the design team put together a design that Danielle emailed us which utilized the space in a way that we hadnt thought of. I went in yesterday after reviewing the blueprint to look at the showroom and we ended up changing a few minor things after seeing the closets in person. If you can make it over to Marietta, its worth the trip.Another thing that made me comfortable doing business with Artisan was just the size and feel of the company, everyone was super nice, they really seemed to care about my experience and customized my purchasing process accordingly.These people know what they are doing when it comes to closets yall. Trust their feedback! After picking an install date and initialing the project plans we were good to go! Artisan closet design is the best custom closet company ever. They are so professional. I went to their show room in Marietta, the first time in December and the president of the company was so humble and nice to take me around and showed me how they make their own product. When I first set out on the quest of customizing my closet, I found about four different companies that offered free consultation. They all came and did their evaluation and in the process, I met with Beverly, a designer from Artisan custom closet who stood out amongst others. She is very friendly, honest, and professional. I appreciate how she worked with me by giving me the best deal I could never have dreamt of. Right from the time of the consultation up to the end of the installation, Beverly was there making sure everything was going well according to plan.In addition, when I called to inform Beverly that one of the shelves had accidently fallen and broken. Beverly came right away to evaluate the situation and sent replacement in less than a week. I can go on and on about the wonderful things Artisan custom design and Beverly did for me as their customer. I just want to say, Thank you and I will certainly recommend Artisan custom design to any potential customers.

I just had my closet installation completed by Artisan Custom Closets and I am extremely happy with the results. As part of an overall home remodeling project, I reluctantly decided to have the master bedroom closet renovation done at the gentle but persistent encouragement of my girlfriend. The designer, Vicky, was personable, professional and an observant, good listener. We discussed how I utilized my closet and she took note of the items that I had scattered about. She came back to me with a design plan that made lot of sense, so I moved forward, albeit still reluctantly, not fully grasping how this would help me. Joel completed the installation in about four hours. He was on time, and it was a clean, neat, extremely professional installation. Now that I am moved back into my new closet, I totally get it! The design really optimized the utilization of my closet space, floor to ceiling. It has significantly expanded the amount of hanger space and shelves, with a place for everything I use on a regular basis easily accessible. Outstanding experience with Artisan Closets. Out of 4-5 custom closet companies we considered, Artisan was by far the most customer oriented one. Their pricing is competitive - not the highest (California Closets) and not the lowest, but the value is unsurpassed. Our designer worked with us to design the optimal closet that met all our needs yet worked within the restraints of the room. Their engineers did an amazing job fitting the specs to the design. Our closet has been transformed, and we couldnt be happier with it!

We just had our master closet designed and installed with Artisan. From the very start with Teresa (our designer) who came to the house and did an absolute amazing job at listening to our needs and utilizing every inch of our closet, to the visit we made to the factory to see how our closet would be build, to the install of our closet (great installation team by the way) it was a pleasure. Super happy with the results from Artisan. We loved their design from Vicky and how they made the best use of our space in our master closet. We liked their no pressure attitude and that is the reason we went with them. We also had Artisan build out our other 2 closets, pantry, and laundry room. Looks beautiful.

From start to finish, every member of the Artisan team was extremely professional. For us, there were 2 important things that we found ultra exceptional - (1) during the initial estimate, there was absolutely no pressure to buy (which we experienced with other companies) and (2) Artisan works throughout north GA - not just in the metro ATL area. We are extremely pleased with the finished product.

I worked with Brittney on our master closet. She is very responsive and helped us with our needs. I’d suggest considering Artisan over any others in the business. I was told by other company that they were trying to save me money while Artisan folks tried to earn my business with their pricing and communication.

Im really sorry I didnt take before-and-after pictures! The before was a 50-year-old small master bedroom closet (ours for the last 30 years) so crammed with clothes they practically moved in unison if you tried to extricate just one item. The after is glossy-magazine-worthy. Plus these folks were so much fun to work with! We laughed all the way through. The installation happened so quickly one morning that Id thought the installer was coming downstairs to get another tool when he invited me to come have a look.

My wife always wanted a dream closet and shes been with me for nearly 10 years. We bought our first home and it was time to make her dream finally come true. I shopped around and I can say without any doubt that Artisan Closet is the best hands down. From our initial visit with the amazing Brandi to coordinating our installation with Kenyatta to visting the actual store and even speaking with the owner, it was both affordable and top notch. For all the husbands out there who are thinking about treating their wife to something special, just go for it!!! We may not be rich but for the right lady in your life...Artisan Closet will give her a priceless experience.

Got three estimates for the work. The final two competitors were comparable in quality and design. However it was the overall value (price + quality + service) that gave Artisan the nod - hands down! No fake discounts, no pressure or rush to judgement or up-selling. Excellent all around from the planning, design, the price, the installation and the clean up. Very happy with the final transaction and closet products. Will be a return customer. Jay was our designer and her attention to detail and customer desires gave us confidence in making Artisan our company of choice for closet builds.

The rods are installed too close to the edge (less than 1.5 inches) which leaves a 4 inch gap between the hanger and the wall. With an entire side of the clothes sticking out into the closet past the unit, it doesnt look at all custom. It looks cheap. In addition, I would not choose white again since it makes the two lines of holes running vertically on every partition jump out at you. I think they would be less noticeable on a dark color.Update: Artisan didnt contact me as they said they would to reposition the rods. I assume it was because I did not respond to their request to remove my Google review. Its funny how the installer gave a nice speech when he was done about having a lifetime warranty, and if there was anything I was unhappy with, just call. Apparently the only way you get a lifetime warranty with Artisan is if you die while its being installed. So after waiting more than two weeks, I hired another closet company to do it. It looks much better. The other company also told me about fastcap adhesive covers. Putting these over the holes gives it a much cleaner, more finished look. Without them the closet looks like the inside of my kitchen cabinets. Photo shows the fastcaps

I cant say enough about the amazing job Vicky Remole and Artisan did with my closet and pantry. Vicky asked great questions to understand my familys lifestyle and needs. Questions that I didnt know or think to ask that had a tremendous impact on the design and functionality of our spaces. She was very patient and respectful of our budget. We have so much more space and organization! My only wish is that we had done this years ago. It was so much more affordable than I had imagined! Artisan will now be my first call on all future homes!

Ok, if you want awesome, you must go to Artisan. I had three different companies come out to my house to design my master closet. There was one that came out and offered 40% off. The bottom line price after discounts was still higher than Artisan. AND, I got a lot more closet (bells and whistles) with artisan. The Third company had a nice design and price. However, They didnt have the Glaze. A must see if you dont know what it is. My wife and I went to the Artisan store in Marietta, GA. We were very impressed. Our designer, Alley Sandy, was great and so nice and personable. She is so down to earth. We got exactly what she designed for us. Even after we made a few changes after the fact, and while she was on vacation, she was great about everything. Construction Day came after about four weeks. The installer was on time, very friendly, and an extremely hard worker. He paid a lot of attention to every little detail. He did in one day what would have taken me at least a week to complete (not saying much about my closet skills). The finished product is immaculate! It was even better than we hoped for. Initially, I was worried about spend a lot of money on a closet. If you saw it you would think I spent WAY more than I did. We are so happy with our closet. If you need a closet done, call Artisan and ask for Alley Sandy.

We couldnt be more pleased with our entire experience with Artisan Custom Closets! Every interaction was both professional and at the highest level of customer service. Brittney listened to my needs and more than met them with her creative solutions. The closets and pantry (my favorite!) were installed on time and left in pristine condition....i.e. shelves all wiped down and floors vacuumed! The quality is top notch, even without going with the most expensive options. And best of all, the transition to a home without the basement storage we were used to has been painless due to all the storage our closets now give us.

Just got closets done recently and my husband is so excited how organized his closet is now. The before and after difference is huge. I considered two other companies and didnt even bother with the third one, which was California Closets. Not only was Artisan informative, but prices were reasonable compared to the others. Maggie, the designer was amazing and had the design ready the same day we met as opposed to the others that took almost a week. If you want great customer service and good quality, etc. Choose Artisan. Fyi, I rarely write reviews.

Recently had two closets installed in our 20 year old home. We had no idea how to get the most out of the limited space of a closet we had, but had outgrown it 15 years ago. Finally picked up the phone after hearing a radio ad and gave Artisan a call. BEST phone call Ive made in a long time.Maggie came out multiple times and kept updating the ideas we had as we changed our mind. She was patient and very creative and gave us a design we were very satisfied with on paper.Well Thursday a week ago the crew showed up to do the work. The men were very good with their work, and when they left we couldnt believe how well our closets turned out. It was literally like watching a home makeover show on TV.Glad we made the call to Artisan, and our next home we will have them as a part of the design team.
