I ordered from Pine Straw King on Canton Rd this morning & they delivered it a few hours later. They dropped it exactly where I asked them to. Good Service.

HIGHLY RECOMMMEND YOU USING ANOTHER COMPANY NOT PINE STRAW KING - I called Scott on Monday wanting 100 bales long pine Straw installed. He said can do next day I ask could he do it on Friday and Ill take off to be there.. Heard bad stories of the count being off by 75-125 bales.. so Friday comes and NO call around 2:30 I call he said let me check call you right back. Nothing after 2.5 hours I called and VM was full so I text and he said get right back to you.. another hour nothing I text again he said crew up in Dalton and I said thats 2.5 hours a way and its 4:45 .. no rely so I text again whats going on he said can they come tomorrow I said NO I made the appointment with you 5 days ago.. SO NO SHOW - Bad business model for sure...

Excellent pine straw and excellent service. And they stacked it soooo neatly in the pine island instead of the driveway when there was no one home. Worth every penny!!But the BEST part: the strings that tie the bales PULLS RIGHT OFF!! No scissors, knives, razors needed J O Y

Worst experience ever having mulch done - have spent last two hours trying to scrub all the footprints and stains left by mulch all over our driveway - even though we had our personal tarp put down - they covered all my recent planted flowers - sloppy terrible job- would have been better off doing it myself

They are super organized. I was told they were out of what I wanted. They had it and it was stacked ready for loading.I was loaded and leaving within minutes.

Ordered 40 bales for my daughter, they unloaded, stacked beside the house and took the time to show her how to spread the pine straw and work with it. I know they are extremely busy, but we truly appreciated the little bit of extra time they took to help her.

Called on Friday to schedule delivery and installation of pine straw for a gathering at my house on Saturday at 5pm. Was told it would happen. Was advised at 2:30pm on Saturday that theyre probably not going to make it. Not a good look. Have several rental properties in need as well. Eliminating this company as a vendor.👎👎👎👎👎

I like the cut of their jib. I called and ordered 50 bales at around noon on a Thursday. I was quoted a reasonable price with a delivery date some time the next week. It’s late March so that was to be expected. Three hours later, 50 trash free, fresh bales of delicious long needle goodness was dropped in my driveway. Under promise and over deliver. That’s how you do business. (looking at you Mulch Man)

We have been ordering our mulch and pinestraw from Keith at PSK for many years and we have been very happy, satisfied customers. This year we decided to have PSK not only deliver our mulch, but also install it. We ordered 10 cubic yards and Freddie and his team arrived early this morning. Great service and very quick. Just pay inside and the guy on the bobcat will load you up outside. The mulch was on great shape!

One of their delivery trucks almost ran me over near sandy plains and shallowford. We were at a res light. The delivery truck was in the left lane and I was in the right lane. The truck decides it’s goinf to go ahead and switch into the lane I’m in. Thankfully I was paying more attention than they were and was able to swerve into the turning lane. They weren’t even making that immediate turn. The truck had enough time to change lines after the light turned green.

The guy who waited on me( short and husky) was not very friendly at all. He barely spoke and he acted like I was annoying him with my questions( we are getting ready to do a big project with rocks). Since I was there I bought some rocks for a small project I am doing;but I will probably never buy from them again because of the customer service. After I left there I went up the street to Bulks and they were very helpful and friendly. I will get my rocks from them for my big project.
