Joel at Ronald Sachs Violins is fantastic. He was very helpful with our rental of the cello. This is the first time Ive ever had to go through this process. We dropped in one day. Joel was patient and knowledgeable in answering our questions. We later rented through the website with no issues, and picked up the instrument 2 days later. An overall easy and smooth process. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely couldn’t be happier with our violin rental.We chose to rent since our child is still growing and learning how to use the violin properly. Renting allows for her to exchange into a different size as she grown and because she’s learning she may need help with tuning and/or repairs. Ronald Sachs Violins takes care of all that.But what sold us what their customer service. So friendly. Easy to understand how everything works. Saved us money, we got everything we needed in one stop and we were in and out in less than 10 min.We all felt welcomed, lots of smiles and saved us time! Joel also knew our child’s music teacher and it gave our child feel confident she was getting everything needed for class.Totally awesome. I would highly recommend. Especially if you have a child in cobb county schools.

We have been renting from Ronald Sachs for about four years now (cello and viola). They are very easy to work with and both times I was able to walk into their facility and walk out with an instrument fairly quickly. they have helped with instrument management and also have been flexible when we had payment glitches with our card. Found a violin at my grandparents house. The bow was broken, and we couldnt figure out how to tune it. When we came here, the worker tuned the violin and worked with us to buy a new bow. I was very happy with the service and definitely recommend if youre looking for a local violin and strings shop.

Joel do school delivery so you dont need to go to the shop. He also included all accessories my daughter would. Great service all around.

Took a viola in and Andrew did a beautiful job of restoring the instrument from all the scrapes, bangs, etc. We also had a bow re-haired, all work was done in a week and reasonably priced. Andrew laid out several selections and described each violin and also played each of them. He was extremely patient and put no pressure on her selection. He answered all of our questions as well. Great store hoping to once again rent a cello and that person who is arguing about the hours they have, they have more troubles than you do and just being 1 time closed before the time theyre usually suppose to be closed doesnt mean you have to get salty.

Its amazing and they treat us with so much kindness and compasion amd their so talented at what they do and all of the workers have their own story and their amazing. The instruments they give you is beautiful and tooken cared of. Its such an amazing experiance.
