This tow truck company was amazing service and professional. Excellent transaction! Aaron who towed the truck was an awesome communicator along being a veteran at his job. He was also able to accommodate my company due to changes in the drop off location which is more than 30 miles from the original drop off location. I will definitely be using the company AGAIN for my future towing needs.

Listen to this! Towed in my truck Wednesday morning for service. Shop claimed they were busy and could not look at it until Thursday morning which is understandable. Thursday morning comes along and Aaron advised they would not be able to look at it. He went ahead and did an ear test and advised it was the high pressure pump. This was his definition of a diagnostic. Why do we need computers doing diagnostics when we have Aarons ears right?We requested him to tow the truck to freightliner as the truck is under warranty. He advised he would have a wrecker take it asap. Keep in mind these guys dont answer a single phone call. You have a better chance of getting a hold of the president. In the 8hrs we waited for the wrecker, he did not call back once to let us know he had none available. His explanation: we dont give business out if we can do it and we are short staffedClearly you could not do it. Our truck sat at the shop from Wednesday-Friday with not a single diagnostic done on it besides Aarons ear test. We asked for it to be towed and he gave us the run around to earn the business and in return costed us wasted day.I lost 2 days of work being done because Aaron doesnt give business out to others. He held my truck hostage and lied about towing hoping to earn the business in which costs us $1000s. I would not recommend this shop to anyone in the country. If you are a trucker like me, AVOID!

I drive a semi truck. Was stuck for 3 days until Monday when peterbilt dealer opened. When the time came to call for a tow truck found SURE TOWING online saw the good reviews than other tow companies. And gave them a call and sure enough Ive realized I had made the right move. Guy who answered asked me where I was.. gave him the exact location. He arrived exactly at the time he said he was going to arrived. Fast reliable and professional and most importantly at a good reasonable price!!! I hope Id never have the need to call a tow truck again. But If I must these are the guys Ill definitely call for help again. Thanks SURE TOWING

I got stock at the scale with Ower weight on trailer axle I called probably 5 different towing companies they pick up phone at first time and not getting back to you but I found Sure Repair Diesel & Towing LLC and explain what I need they told me will be there in 45 min and they show up on time was very surprised I was not expecting that quick,and by the level of services, and price. Very kind and honest guy. Some other shops were charging me list 2 times more for same services .”and plus at and he wave the storage fee it was nice to working with people like Sure Repair Diesel & Towing LLC. Great quality work at a reasonable price. The only place I can take my trucks and don’t have to worry about being overcharged, problem not fixed, and a lot of downtime. Aaron and his crew will have you in and out. Great, honest, knowledgeable, mechanic that I think will stand behind his work! Notice I said think, bcuz I never had a truck fixed by his shop that I had to bring back for the same problem!

Great experience. I broke down coming from Oklahoma and headed to Florida. The team at sure repair had me going in just a couple hours even though it was a Saturday. They were friendly, professional, and knew what the problem was almost instantly. If you’re in the area and need any work done I highly recommend Sure!!!!

When I had broken down with my Pete SURE REPAIR AND TOWING, THIS YOUNG MAN AND HIS GUYS WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GET ME GOING TO DELIVER MY LOAD ! THESE GUYS WENT AND WORKED ALL NIGHT ON MY TRUCK TO GET ME ROLLING, I PUT THIS WAY IT TOOK LONGER TO GET A COM CHECK TO PAY THEM THAN IT DID WITH THE WORK !! Great service and they work tirelessly to get you your truck back to you quickly. I have a Freightliner with a DD15 engine. After purchasing bad DEF my truck had all kinds of lights flickering along with fault codes. I took my truck to SRDT and not only did the owner Aaron resolve that problem, he also found and repaired another problem dealing with the after treatment that would have eventually had me making another visit elsewhere and possibly needing a tow. I’m very satisfied with their work and I recommend their services!~LH
