They do not honor their appointments. I scheduled my appointment over 2 weeks ago. The lady I spoke with over the phone, took my info and I gave her my insurance numbers which she looked up on the computer and verified it was active and set me with an appointment for June 2nd at 3 PM. I arrived about 2:30 and was told I didnt have an appointment scheduled. Excuse me! I took off work, brought my glasses and insurance cards and I dont have an appointment. I then asked for my medical records and the lady stated it will be a five dollar charge and the doctor has to approve having copies made but he is at lunch. Im not paying anything for my records. So I waited until 3 to get my papers then left...furiously!!! At about 3:17 pm they were calling me back. I will never use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. They should have honored my appointment, after all, it wasnt my mistake but theirs. The receptionist should have went out of her way to rectify the situation, I found her to be rude and I think the Faulkners should train their staff to deal with these situations. They blamed it on a glitch

I have been coming here for years now. The staff most of the time is very welcoming and polite. Today I brought my son in for a follow up appointment on his eye glasses because he has been wearing them for 3 weeks now and his glasses were too strong.Today I heard the staff have a discussion about my sons prescription and the Receptionist Jolynn was very Rude and Unprofessional. Normally she is very nice and professional. However today I Literally heard her make a very Rude comment that was directed towards me. So I confronted her about it and she got an attitude and didnt apologize or even acknowledge her wrong doing.You cant make rude comments towards customers in a public forum. Her behavior was very unprofessional. I will be discontinuing my services here.

The staff here is so polite and very helpful! Not only with me, but also the others there. There were young ones picking up their glasses for school. The staff made sure their glasses fit securely. The doctor (Julie Faulkner) was great! Thanks yall. Look forward to my next visit!

Dr. Faulkner was very kind and thorough. She talked me through the process, since I didnt know a whole lot at the time. The other employees were efficient with testing and choosing glasses. Aforementioned glasses were ready in less that an I week. I was very impressed.

This business is absolutely extraordinary in its precision of work. From the front desk until the exit, each employee seems dedicated in doing each test or each task with no shortcuts. They absolutely go above and beyond in every way to ensure your needs are met. Marion, AR is fortunate to have such an outstanding eye care provider.

Good place for an eye exam but they dont give you your prescription automatically. You have to ask for it. And if you do that after the appointment they make you wait for days before you can pick it up

Prices are a bit high, but they have a good, tasteful collection of frames.
