Super great staff that was both knowledgeable and helpful in getting me the glasses I needed for both work and home at a price range I could afford. Glasses look nice and prescription was spot on perfect. Will definitely go back if needed in the future

Dr. Gould was great and upfront with me. Josh was great willing to make I got best frames for me, listened to what I said and there was no hard sale. Top notch service.

While I was in the middle of the exam the doctor snapped at me. He had asked if the letters looked clear and I said the letters got wider looking and he said thats not what he asked me. The ladies up front were nice. I have been wearing the glasses for four days now and I have had a headache the whole time. I will be returning the glasses for a full refund. Going to Dr. Tavell in Muncie.

My frames broke with barely a touch after a year, and Meijer Optical did not replace them. I will take my business elsewhere!

Terrible experience. They would not release my prescription to me after not one but 2 visits. The first time because they did not have a trial lense in stock and the optometrist had to see me in them before releasing. I went back when they said the trials came in and the doctor was not in that day OR the following day. They would not release my prescription again. The woman had the nerve to tell me it was my fault I didnt ask if he was in. That is information they should provide to me. I have no way of knowing hes out of the office on 2 weekdays (Monday and Tuesday). Very unprofessional staff and atmosphere. The optical itself is very small and right in front of the busy checkouts. So alot of noise and distraction going on while youre being seen. Overall a terrible choice. I should have never strayed from Walmart Vision Center. Never had an issue with them and they are less expensive as well. Update: The lenses they put me in are the wrong prescription. I’m on my last pair now. I can barely see out of my left eye. The quality of the brand they put me in is awful. They may last a week before I cant even wear them anymore. I’ve had to wear glasses from Walmart with my correct prescription to see and I rarely wore glasses before this now I have to or go pay for a new exam and purchase the right lenses.
