The doctor was wonderful spoke in plain language this was a pleasant and fun experience. I was able to find the right prescription and the price was reasonable for the thorough service and attention to detail you receive from this crew. They will even help you pick the right frames for you. They really care about you and your eye health. To say I am very pleased would be an understatement. I am definitely a satisfied client and will return for all my eye care needs.

Very thorough eye exam. Front desk and technician, doctor, all very friendly. Arrived early for appt and waited 30-40 minutes to see technician, then another wait to see doctor. Retinal imaging offered at check-in for extra and out-of-pocket $39.00. I have no idea what this is or why I would need it, so I declined. If I learn there is a reason, I’ll pay for it. Nice office. I arrived with a mask on and no one, staff or other clients, were masked. My eye doctor wore a mask. He said it was optional only. Other than him, I don’t think anyone was masked and no social distancing. I would have preferred everyone wore a mask. This would be consistent with all other medical-related appts I go to. I really liked the technician and doctor. Despite the wait, I will continue eye care at this facility. Deducting a couple stars due to the long wait and no masking.

My doctor is very good, and very caring about you eye health. I love how the ladies help you pick out the right glasses that look the best on you. I recommend then highly!

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Dr Matthews took the time to explain why my issues were present and what he suggested options to correct the problem. After the exam the staff was very helpful in assisting me with selecting two new pairs of eyeglass frames and picking what options would meet my needs. I would highly recommend them

The staff is phenomenal, very nice and friendly! However, the wait was not at all. Total time in the office for my annual eye exam was over 2 hrs. I waited over 45 min just to get to an exam room, and after in a room another 45 min to see the eye Dr. I would love to continue going here but being there over 2 hrs is kind of crazy.

Staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Fettig takes his time and fully answers all my questions. I recently moved over an hour away and will not be looking for a new Optometrist. Love this place.

I had an amazing experience at Preferred Eye Care. This was my first time going, but the first tech that saw me was so nice. The doctor was also very nice and really took his time to adjust my prescription. The best part though was the woman who helped me pick out my new glasses! She took so much time to make sure that I found a pair that really fit my face and made great suggestions. She also was able to detail all my insurance benefits to me. Not happy with my glasses. They are so loose even after going back to have them readjusted. Also I paid extra out of my pocket for the no lines bifocals. The marks for the bifocals are very visible on my glasses. Told a woman there I wasnt happy with them but she informed me it was the material that my glasses were made from & that they are all like that. Ive NEVER had nor seen anyone elses glasses be marked like that. Will DEFINITELY NOT be back.

I will never return to this place. There fitting fee is outrageous and Ive never been anywhere that the fitting fee wasnt part of the price of the eye exam. Then the doctor tried to tel me that the brand Ive worn for 15 years isnt designed to be a monthly contact, just to try to sell me a more expensive brand. Then once he brought me the brand he reccomend I couldnt even see out of them at all, and he suggested that we were done and they just need to adjust. So he was going to let me leave and drive my vehicle on the road after telling him I couldnt see anything and his response was they just need to adjust.....horrible experience!
