This is our 2nd time getting a mattress and another great experience. Great feeling mattress at a great price. They are extremely nice, easy to talk to and know their stuff. We were able to get the mattress delivered the next day which was great. The delivery guys were great and swapped out very quickly. We’ll definitely buy again when the time comes to need a new bed. Great place with great prices.

My husband and I were just in to get a king-sized mattress for our new house. Jerry was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of each product. He let us explore on our own but answered any questions we had. We planned to check out other places in town, but had such a great experience we decided to get a mattress and box spring on the spot. The quality and price were too good to pass up!

I went to Mattress Mart because it had the best reviews and I have to say I was not disappointed. I went in knowing what I wanted and was helped by Jerry. Jerry was very well informed on the products that he sold and provided new information to me that made me feel that I was getting the best product for me. It was a very friendly and clean environment. Since I purchased my mattress my hip pain has gone away and Im getting the best sleep Ive had for quite a while. It was worth the trip and the money spent. Thank you so much! And I wish Mattress Mart many more years of operation as this is the place I will be buy mattresses from now on.

I was in there around Christmas time to buy 2 complete beds for my granddaughters, we had looked everywhere with no luck! We just happened to walk into Mattress Mart and walked back out with everything we needed! The guy working in there was very helpful and nice! Just got off yhe phone with them buying my grandson a new mattress, again very nice and helpful!

Ran by a very nice man. Purchased a queen bed two years ago and it’s holding up great. Just purchased a twin today. Very satisfied

Got all my mattresses from here and they are perfect. The guy working there was very helpful and friendly.

I gave a bad rating because of an issue at a store with the same name in Columbus. A very nice guy from this location called me and kindly explained that they have no affiliation with columbus and were even cometitors. Was going to delete the rating but decided to rate 5 for good customer service.

My mom got a great deal on a mattress and adjustable base. She is very happy. Highly recommend

I have gotten two mattresses in the last four to five years from there and the first one had a divot of an inch or more and I complained about how it hurt my back and there was a huge divot on my side and the husband side and they came out and measured it and said that it wasnt deep enough to have something done even though it hadnt been that old I got a mattress 5 months ago and its starting to do the same thing and I asked for a refund due to being so unhappy I already have back problems I dont need that too and he denied it all I want is to be able to get a good mattress someplace else yet it doesnt seem to matter about customer service anymore
