You cant go wrong with FedEx. They have always been good to deal with and delivers on time.

Very upset. I ordered an anniversary gift and paid extra so that I would have it by this weekend. The tracker said that it would likely arrive by Monday/Tuesday. In the past, my packages have always been left in front of the door or a note is left saying that they tried to deliver it. The driver did neither this time. Apparently the driver came by Monday morning while I was at work and left no note saying he tried to deliver my package. I didnt find out until today (4 days later) that he even tried delivering it by looking through the tracking history of my package. If the package was taking longer because of covid I would be more understanding, but since its due to poor/no communication from the driver I am very upset. I regret paying extra for quicker delivery as now I will be receiving it in the amount of time it would have taken for regular delivery.

Driver delivered my package to my neighbor. I really don’t understand why especially when my house number is in big numbers above the garage

I dropped off my prepaid package inside instead of using their outdoor drop box. Walked in the door, handed packageto the employee at the desk and I was in and out of the door in less than one minute.

They needed a signature at the door, I didnt hear them, but I was able to go pick my package up.

Made the stressful ordeal of shipping my laptop to the factory for repairs quick, painless, and simple. The delivery manager app made it even simpler. Will consider fedex for my shipping needs more often.

My wife flew out to new Hampshire to visit her grand kids for a couple of weeks she forgot to pack the mask off of her c-pap machine FedEx shipped it to her in 3 days at a very reasonable price...

I would give them no stars for my recent experience if that was available. The tracking showed that they h as d delivered my package, but upon looking on front porch it was not there, although their note online said thats were it was left. I called within an hour of it saying it was delivered to report that it in fact had not been delivered. They said they would start a tracer and have someone call me with the details about where my package was. They did call me within 2 hours to tell me there was nothing new and that the plan was to get a hold of branch manager and he would get in touch with driver to see about package, but that I had to give them 48 hours to find package. And if they cant find it then I have to file a report with company that I purchased it from, they arent responsible for that. The person I talked to on phone was rude and insisted I wait 48 hours. Needless to say I will file a complaint for poor driver, customer service and plan to let company I bought product from know how bad this experience was with Fed ex

This review does not at all reflect on my regular delivery man. He is always timely and courteous. However, the Saturday delivery leaves much to be desired. My package (signature required) was left at a neighbors house, where no one lives. The courier stated that I personally signed for this package, which was a lie. No one could help us locate it, as it was Saturday and everyone is gone home.. well call you Monday with an update. I called THEM Monday afternoon, and they didnt have an update to give. Lucky for me, my neighbor happened to visit his farm and saw my package, and called me to let me know he had it. TERRIBLE customer service!! I am VERY DISPLEASED.

The service here was very rude, and would talk to you with their back turned so you couldnt hear them. Go to UPS just a minute away.

Sooo everyone in the house was asleep when we got the package and we all know how you have to sign the paper. the person banged on the door until someone answered (i thought they were supposed to come back if no one answered?) and the babies woke up and most people know how annoying it is when the babies wake up before their time to because of how hectic they are after

Multiple times their LAZY and ignorant driver in Vienna Illinois left important, time sensitive government documents outdoors in the rain! I hope I can post pictures so as others can see the drivers ignorant and lazy business practices!!! Maybe it will drive people to UPS!!! absolutely worthless!!!

Hurried in near close & received excellent service getting a package out ASAP.

I think we may just have a bad delivery driver but the delivery service has been the worst. I manage Brookside Apartments and first they werent even attempting to deliver packages to the tenants or leave notices. So after complaints from tenants I asked the driver to attempt delivery and leave a notice before bringing them to the office. Well not only is he not knocking on peoples doors but hes not bringing them to the office and leaving a notice saying that theres nobody at the office to sign. Tenants know that there is always someone at the office. Once I find out the drivers name I will be calling FedEx in Marion, IL to have him removed from the route since he doesnt want to do his job.

Really nice lady at the front counter helped me pick out a box and helped me wrap it. Giving very helpful suggestions on how to send the item that saved me the most money

They will do all the work just give them a address and what ever you want to ship and they will take care of the rest

The driver from this location just got out of his truck, never knocked on our door, did not leave our package and left a door tag on our door. The laziest thing I have EVER seen. Both of our cars were in the driveway. And to top it all off, the package does not even require a signature. Moral of the story... Higher educational standards for people who work for you.

Driver did not knock did not ring my door bell but left a door tag. Ive sat next to my door waiting specifically for the important package I paid 2 day shipping for. Terrible.

In and out fast service

Meh, it was confusing to say the least. Fed Ex doesnt always mean fedex. They are not connected as in: ground, express, air, etc. They tell you to go to another location. The name is FedEx on the door does not exactly mean you get what you need. Unclear! Not connected!

They ALWAYS attempt deliveries while Im working and their pick up office is almost an hour away. Use UPS ALWAYS!!!!!!!!!!! Also UPS is slightly cheaper.
