Looking for box pricing for a relatives, a uhaul place in town said to check out the store on 18. I was pleased with the selection and the pricing is fair. The lady in the office was very helpful & answered all of my questions. Ill be passing along the information to the family and anyone else I know that might need boxes and supplies.

The property manager was onsite. The phone number directed me to support. She text the property manager and led me to the website to sign up. It was so easy and they were so friendly.I was signed up by the time the property manager walked up. She sold me supplies for packing my kitchen and directed me how to access my storage unit.I feel so secure about leaving my items here!

Update: Manager on site is very friendly. And helpful, but the website is kind of clunky.No cameras on site.Got broken into even though I had a lock. DON’T USE A MASTER LOCK. They are easy to pick or drill. Don’t think it can’t happen to you. Double lock your stuff and get insurance. No one cares about your stuff more than you do. Crooks probably had access to gate. Don’t think the gate/code process will stop criminals.

When we came into stay lock for a storage we was met with a woman named Brandy, which was probably the nicest person EVER! She was super helpful and was able to work around our needs in an easy manor. We have been going through a patch of bad luck lately and she was the only person who made this transition possible. I know we thanked her but it still doesnt seem good enough for the great service she did for me and my family. I would recomend this facility to everyone I know. Not only where they a clean and friendly environment they helped us and worked with us to fit our needs. Thanks again for all your help Brandy Im glad you was there to help us. Brandi is a real pleasure to work with. She went out of her way to help us get the space we needed. Very reasonable rates, just all around good experience. I highly recommend StayLock-Marion as it is the cleanest and best secured storage facility in the area.

The storage unit was very roomy and convenient to access. We easily stored our one bedroom condo in the unit without everything being cramped in. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The property is also well light and secure. I had to go there once or twice at night and felt safe.

From the minute I spoke to Brandi, I knew I had found the place I wanted to store our camper. She was polite, courteous and very helpful. We were in the process of moving three homes and she was very patient and did everything she promised. Satisfaction is often based on customer service and you have a real asset in your management of this facility.

Best place I have used so far. They sent a personal e-mail when I had forgotten to lock my unit, and I always felt that my belongings were safe. The staff is incredibly friendly, concise, and helpful. I will definitely use them again.

Getting into Marion, Indiana our unit was already available for us to unload and we were even given a corner spot so our vehicle would have clear coverage to put directly into the unit. When my Mother-in-law passed away, my hubby and I needed somewhere to keep her belongings until we can get them home to Georgia. Having never employed a storage facility, I had MANY questions. When I called, an answering machine picked up. As I was listening to the message, I got a text from the same number. Brandi, the site manager, was not able to speak on the phone with me at that moment, but made sure I could still talk to her. She made the process so easy to understand and was so knowledgeable. Brandi made something that could have been a major worry and headache completely painless. She was thorough in explaining everything, made sure to take the time to get us exactly what we needed, and was super sweet the whole time. No impatience whatsoever. Once we got everything moved in to the unit, my hubby realized that 2 of the 3 doors were not secure. We went back to the office and (I SO WISH I knew his name!!!!!) a man was running the show. We explained what the problem was and he INSTANTLY got up, grabbed some tools, drove around with us to the unit, and fixed the problem on the spot. Once he was done, we needed to get in to a few things, and he left us his flashlight to use! The level of courtesy, customer service, knowledge.. The location of the site is convenient, the facilities themselves are clean and well maintained.. I cannot fully express in words how grateful I am knowing that Mamas treasures are safe. Brandi, you are an absolute DOLL and I look forward to seeing you again when we come back up. If yall need a storage facility in the Marion/Sweetser area, there is NO other choice. Thank you guys so so so much!!!

This is our second summer storing here and everyone is just so great! We had bad experiences with other storage places in the past and were weary of another. Everyone did everything they could to help us and make moving out every summer so easy! Would recommend to anyone!

I am so glad that we chose this storage facility over any other Sometimes my husband wouldnt get in town in time and the storage place would already be closed..The gated access is great especially since its 24hours accessible. The area is very clean and the fact that the units can have their own insurance is wonderful that way I wasnt scrambling trying to find an insurance company to protect our valuables. I would strongly recommend this company. The staff is great at all they do. I asked that if I needed a larger size could I transfer into another one without hassle? The gal Brandi was great she had ready answers just asked that I give 3 day notice which is great.. Other places want you to wait a month or more.. The service is excellent..
