We were professionally greeted, and personally introduced to Arman. He was able to schedule a delivery time of our choosing so we could ensure the appliances arrived at our home before the reno began. Visited this store and had an awful experience. Why is it that they ran over to me to sanitize my hands and put on gloves before I touch anything. Meanwhile ALL the Indian customers in the store were NOT wearing gloves. The sales rep Pirpa I recall her name was, was awful and she didnt care I was about to overhaul my whole kitchen appliances. Ill spend my 10k+ somewhere else.

I was in an absolute panic when my washing machine broke. Not only did it break, it broke mid pandemic during a stay at Home Order. I was referred to Billa Appliances and Raj was quick to respond to my request. He asked what I was looking for at which time I explained I was limited to a front loader and stacked washer and dryer set. He had sent me several options within a day. I purchased them within a couple of days. Delivery was smooth and quick. The two gentlemen who brought my units in were professional, wore masks and respected the social distancing. Just bought LG 3500 Washer & Dryer set from Raj here on Black Friday Nov 2019. He was able to match what Rona, Lowes sale price and gave us a newer model with delivery included. So go to them with a model in mind & tell them what you want to pay. Ask them to match promos from other stores! Overall great experience & would recommend others to buy from them too.We also bought & got reasonable price on Samsung 36 French door fridge from Raj back un April 2018. Delivery was quick next day and there was a $20 extra to remove & take away old fridge completely. You can skip the $20 by telling the delivery guy to just leave the old fridge at front porch. Then someone randomly else can pick them up for free as there is usually always someone in the area that would pick up old appliances. Make sure you tell them clearly you want your old appliance gone. The delivery guy was a bit lazy & didnt want to take old fridge away so we had to tell them clearly that we paid an extra $20 for this so they have to take it away. You need to do this at all the other appliance stores too otherwise they wont want to take it away. Overall good experience & price is reasonable. More discounts if you buy more products from them :)..You can also check Canadian Appliance and negotiate with them for reasonable price too.My parents friends were able to get this fridge for cheaper price when they had a sale last year in 2017 from Home Depot and did price matching at another appliance store. So you can wait to catch a sale if you are not in a rush too.

CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE. Trying to get prices for 2.5 weeks on appliance packages. Initially we got no call or email back, then we spoke to someone who gave us a bunch of model numbers with no links to them and NO PRICES. I tried to call just now to speak to a manager and the receptionist would not transfer me. Use Canadian Appliance Source. Very personable - spoke to someone immediately who had links to recommended products WITH PRICES. I asked a question and he got back to me within 3 days and apologized he did not get back sooner as he was off for a few days.

Horrible. My husband and I are first time home buyers, and we needs a washer, dryer, and dish washer. All three my husband bought from Billa (I didnt get involved because he is the thrifty shopper and I personally do not cate as long as he is happy). We ordered in February, and we were told that they would order our items and get them shipped to our house so we paid upfront. First, when our laundry set arrived they called my husband who works in a no service area, so they called me at 11am. I told them I dont handle deliveries and would have to speak with my husband after work. They then proceeded to call me an HOUR later to ask me again when they can deliver. Lady was rude and pushy. Next, we get a call at the end of May, nearly 3 months since they took our order to tell us they suddenly do not make the dishwasher we purchased. Originally they told us to pick out alternative models we were interested qnd they would call at 4pm. Not only did the call at around 5 20, they said they would not give us another model (only a lesser not nearly as good model) OR we can have a floor model. They didnt even let us tell them the other models. Eventually, we ended up taking our money back, but this whole process was a hassle and now we will be out of a dishwasher for god knows how long. Terrible customer service, no communication, try somewhere else.

Sad experience😭. I paid the original price for a refrigerator. At that time, because they didnt have the goods, they gave me a temporary refrigerator to use. When new goods arrived in May, they gave it to me, and then they took the old ones away. In the end, they dont keep their promises and have no credibility.They promised when the brand new refrigerator come back they will change the brand new for me .At the that time I ask to return the money for me .but they didn’t, Until now they told me that open box refrigerator can’t change the brand new .I paid the brand new price then got the open box product. Our 20 year old freezer finally stopped working so the search for a new freezer was the result. After a few weeks, I found that there was a freezer shortage because of Covid and I would have to wait for a couple of months. Prices seemed to be fairly consistent among the various dealers I talked to. I had previously purchased kitchen appliances from Billa and was very pleased with the price and delivery so I decided to give them a shot. Not only did I get the specific freezer within a few days, the price was competitive and quick & delivery on time. A totally painless experience. I would highly recommend the company!

Five stars to Billa.A word of extreme caution if you purchase LG products from wherever.I purchased an LG refrigerator in 2016 from Billa. In year 4 of a 10 year warranty for the compressor, their compressor failed. One would assume that a warranty item having failed would be replaced at no cost to you by LG.LG came today to fix and replace the compressor on the refrigerator which failed for no fault of mine. LG however insisted that I pay for the labour charges of $450 for one and a half hours of labour. This is ridiculous and outrageous if the company cannot stand behind their own product and replace a defective item free of labour and material cost. ZERO stars for LG.LG warranty is not what you would think. It’s a scam! Invest in Whirlpool, Kitchenaid or other North American made appliances for your own protection and comfort.

We purchased a fridge from Billa Appliances and although the price was right, the service definitely was not. Their delivery service was awful and when I complained they made empty promises and failed to follow up.1) delivery people entered the house without masks or protective gear for their shoes and during COVID, that’s downright dangerous2) they dropped the fridge and ripped out chunks from my floor in a new house. When I sent a photo to the salesperson, he said sorry and would follow up. The delivery people said ‘see how heavy the fridge is?’ No one followed up.3) receptionist was rude and incompetent and transferred me to the delivery people claiming they were customer service. The delivery person was screaming at a colleague in Punjabi and had no idea why I was on the phone4) customer service followed up after that. Told me he would look into it and call me back after a couple of days. A week past and when I followed up he said he forgot. Also said the delivery service claimed that the floor was damaged before they entered the house but I have written correspondence and time stamped photos of when it actually happened. Then he said he would follow up a couple of days after that and it’s been two weeks and no word from them.Overall the price isn’t worth the damage they will do to your property. They damaged my walls too but I didn’t make a fuss about it but should’ve considering the shoddy service. Pay a couple of hundred bucks extra to save yourself the headache.

I wouldn’t even rate them 1. After 4 call attempts, a guy named Sandeep called with such attitude trying to demean us for our budget and then sent us the expensive options by email. Once we tried to reach him again to see if he has more options, he started dodging our calls and her assistant UpMa kept promising us that he will call back and this story continued for days. After that we got a message that this is the final price even though we didn’t try to negotiate, we just wanted to check more options. Pathetic customer service. Imagine if they treat you like this before you buy, how will you be treated post you have their product. Really upset!!!

In 2018 I purchased the Samsung black stainless-steel collection from Billa Appliances. The whole process was very simple. My family and I picked out what we liked and Billa Appliances delivered it to our home that week. A few months ago, I started getting the LC error code on my dishwasher which essentially means that there is a leak detected internally in the unit. From watching several Youtube videos I was able to clear the error code by wiping off water from the bottom tray sensor. For several weeks the dishwasher worked without any issues. But the more we used it the error become more frequent and it was becoming very frustrating to unplug the unit and clean the bottom tray. This got me very worried as I was past the one-year manufacturer warranty and almost knew I would have to pay for someone to come take a look at it and for any parts that may need replacing.I spoke to the customer service staff at Billa’s and they had recommended because the unit was fairly new that I try calling Samsung to have a look at it. Too my surprise Samsung gladly acknowledged my issue and offered a one-time complementary visit which covered Parts/labor. They sent over a 3rd-party technician which was able to identify the source of the leak and offered to replace the front door.I was shocked as I have heard from many people that the Samsung customer service is awful. I will be purchasing Samsung products going forward as they are definitely the greatest bang for your back out there.

I have been shopping for a washer/dryer combo and was referred to Billa Appliances as their prices were apparently hard to beat. I did my research: know exactly which model I wanted and what the prices were in the market.The customer experience was horrible. One rep gave me a price that was over market price. When I had asked them how come my friend got a cheaper quote than me. The first sales rep disappeared and sent another rep to deal with me. They said okay they’ll match it. When I tried to ask more questions, the sales rep seems unimpressed having to answer me in a chauvinistic manner.Overall - their price is fair. But buyers beware - the prices they offer do not include removal of old appliances or installation which you should factor another $200 on top. So technically speaking they are NOT cheaper than your average big boxed stores. Also, make sure you do not shop alone if you are female. The service level you get shopping with a male at this store will be much better.

A family member introduced me to Billa a few years ago when I bought my dishwasher. I got the best price from them. Now years later all my other appliances are starting to get old and I went there to buy 6 pieces for my home and office. Usually I deal with Tony who is very knowledgeable, but so is all the staff there. The good thing about this place, is they ask you what your want and needs are and they recommend what is best for you. I had set a delivery for right after Xmas. They were going to be late and I called them to let them know my displeasure. Right away they sent another vehicle to pick up my appliances and delivered ASAP. Two gentleman came in less than 30 mins. They were so nice and made sure they were quick and kept apologizing. Very professional and kind delivery men which made me feel bad. Billa Appliances is really the best experience anyone can have! I will always buy from then as I have recommended them to all my friends and family. Family owned and always willing to make your shopping experience exceptional and the price is the best in town!

HORRIBLE SERVICE STOP BEFORE ITS TOO LATE! I bought a LG top standard fridge from here and it was HORRIBLE!!!! It did not turn on! When I asked for an expert to install it for me he said the fridge was fake! They sell fake things here folks! And they steal applications and re-sell them too!

We purchased all our appliances for our kitchen and laundry at Billa and not only was the service great, we were able to land on an extremely competitive bundled price. A piece of our LG washer broke and PJ helped us coordinate a fix directly with LG. A repair company was brought in to fix the washer at no cost to me. I highly recommend Billa to everyone.

Unbeatable prices!

I went to their location and had a look around, was helped with prices and was going to follow up after. However, every time I called to follow up- March, April, June, they said they would call me back and never did. I only went as my family recommended I go there (and they always tell others about Billa Appliance). Glad to know they won’t be recommending them anymore. I do not understand why they wouldn’t follow up, whenever I call they say the sale people are with a customer. Buyers beware: they don’t have good customer service.I wish it was different!Update:I just received a call back- they said because of Covid-19 I should be patient. I’ve been waiting since March. The model I was looking at was discontinued and I have made 3 calls this week alone to try and give them a chance.Sorry, going to take my business to somewhere they care.

Second time buying from this outlet. The showroom floor is nothing special but they have decent selection but excellent no haggle pricing. Staff is friendly and consistent in delivery of services and good. Very professional. There is no need for the song and dance here as you may have to do at other places. Ive recommended this place to family as well.

Always purchase from Billa for appliances. Recently I replaced all my appliances. Had an issue weeks later with my fridge. I called Billa and right away they sent someone to my house to check it out. Problem fixed and I didnt need to call the manufacturer which would take much longer. All staff at Billa are very responsive. Delivery guys are nice and courteous. You get personal service with family run business, unlike big box stores.
